Calls were not answered. Messages were not returned. Only email worked and then they just stated that they weren't going to honor their return policy. Blamed it on COVID. If you changed your policy because of COVID, you need to change your website because COVID has been here for over 2 years. No one would buy from them if they advertised what they do when they ship you something that is half the size it should be.

I called & left a message & was told to email them. Which I did & received a somewhat firm response that their website says products ship within 10 days. My items STILL haven't shipped.

Nearly impossible! I cannot count how many times I have called and left messages, emails are worthless

Contacted by email first with request as to when product would be obtained as they said it was on back order. Resulting emails a month later were ignored.

They reply to emails but I believe these are a handful of autogenerated replies. The replies are always similar in length with the same excuses and thank you for your patience.

Terrible! They just stop answering you. It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for my product to ship
