The wig required adjustments as any lace front wig would. The Lace is very soft and not rough on your hair line. Very easy to cut. The cap has adjustable straps in the back and fits very good. I have a large head and my natural hair in the pictures was only braided in two under the wig. I used a sharpie to darken the edge of the lace to match my hair line. Eventually I might cut the asymmetric bob even so I can wear it down the middle. I paid for this wig and was not paid for this review. I wanted to give my honest opinion because I purchase most things online after reading the reviews so I figured I would pay it forward. Over all happy with my purchase and I hope this review helps someone else.

The second time I ordered a my experience was dreadful. The order was placed the day of Thanksgiving with hopes that I would receive my wig in time for Christmas. Well, I did not receive it in time. I emailed them more than a dozen times to hear excuse after excuse about my wig was on the way. Well it wasn't. When the wig did arrive, it looked awful. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I returned it. They lost my business. I will never order from this company again. They refused to give me a fund refund. I found them very unprofessional. The people responding to the email can barely speak good English. Thumbs down for Wigsbuy. You lost a valuable customer in me.
This is a coooooooool website! Last month I went to join in a big dancing party, so I ordered wigs from wigsbuy, the quality and service are all excellent, and the shipping is fast out of my imagination, so I must give five stars to wigsbuy, thank you!
Love this wig shipping was fine i ordered during the chinese holiday in wigsbuy but the seller gave me express shipping and gave me express shipping and included a necklace. I curled the front for now and probably will cut it a little more later.
Can't understand the positive reviews. I tried on wig that was $59.00 or so. It took a month to get here, I had to pay extra when it came for import duty, and they when I opened the box the color was orange/blond - not at all what I ordered. So then I put the wig on, tried to style it like the picture and it was not even the same wig as the cut was so much different.
Then I called customer service and they tried to give me $10.00 to keep the wig. I wanted to return it for the correct wig and they told me it was the correct wig. Then I asked for a return auth and they gave me one, but with duty out of the country and the cost of returning it - I was only getting $11.00 of my original cost back.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS and the reviews that are positive should be checked because I have found bad reviews all over the internet except of the YouTube videos that they target for Black women.
I cannot believe what poor customer service with a poor way to do a return the phone number does not exist I want to return a wig that is terrible and have no way of doing that the wig was $300 do not purchase from this company!
They do not refund you even if you cancel an order or when the wig is sent back directly from the courier service. They say it goes to the wrong address and it is "lost". I have not been refunded with 2 wigs – one that I cancelled and one that the DHL courier company sent back by accident which was not my fault. Once I close my PayPal complaint, they never sent the refund they promised. They are the worst. NEVER again.
I placed an order and tried to proceed to pay and they responded order placed successfully and then another paged open and said failed to pay. Tried to pay again and same message was sent. I went to check reviews about this company and immediately called my bank reporting my card lost. Thank God they hadn't charged me... This company is very very shady..

I placed an order February 6, told I would receive it in 14 days (process time) plus 7 days shipping=21 day max!
It is now March 27 and they lost it in the logistic department? Now want another 14 day to make it then ship it!
Ev ry time I inquired about where my order was, they would say...'another 14 days.'
Very frustrating and I do not believe their excuses.
If you want a wig you order to arrive any time remotely close to the date promised... Do Not order from Wigbuy.
I finally cancelled my order, when they told me today that it would be another 14 days to make plus shipping time

I bought a wig and it was the wrong color and too small. The customer service department will not take the return even though we never wore it and really just wanted an exchange. Also the wig reaked of cigarettes. Do not buy from them.

The wig that i purchased was totally different than the one I ordered. It was too big but I ordered a petite one. The style was so different and ugly that i took it to my hairdresser to fix it and she told me not to bother because the material was too fake. To return the wig they give you an address in CHINA. They don't answer the phone. I contacted Better Business Bureau and since they never bother to answer the phone my case was closed and I lost more then $60.00. I plan to use the wig for Halloween. Don't buy from them.
I made the mistake of buying a wig for my wife. The ads started to come to my email address and never stopped, despite unsubscribing more than 5 times! Their ads have become nothing less than a continuous harassment!
I never saw any info that all these wigs have to be returned to China, or I never would have ordered this wig. It is not what i wanted, but it will cost me more to send it back to China than it is worth. What a rip off!

I know it took me a while to wait for my shipment, but it was well worth the wait! I ordered real human hair clip-in extensions picked the type of hair and the texture matched my hair so well! I have fine breakable hair. These extensions gave my hair a boost and my boyfriend thinks my hair looks absolutely gorgeous! The extensions is not too thick and is not too heavy where it talks on my hair and hurts my scalp. What a difference in quality! Like I said well worth the wait!

Answer: The positive ones are fake reviews. Standard English is butchered in these reviews. They also write things we would not say like "i recommend site to all my friends to buy." These bad reviews are the honest ones because they have no reason to lie and no agenda to put money in this merchant's pocket. The bad ones are assuredly those who HAVE paid for horrible wigs that are poorly made. They write these reviews for two reasons: 1. It is cathartic getting the scam off their chests, and 2. To help and warn others. It is a waste of time to leave an honest review to help others knowing people will not believe them! For what reason do they have to lie?
