These people are extremely unprofessional. I ordered a very expensive item from them and when they sent it to me it was the incorrect item. When I emailed them asking for an exchange they REFUSED to exchange them and when I asked for a refund they said they would only give me a percentage of my money back and I have to pay the shipping to send it back because they already wasted their money on making the product and shipping it but it's not my fault they sent the wrong item so why am I being punished for their mistake. If they would have just done the exchange they would have come out winning because I needed to order from them every six months but they still refused. This is unjust, they are basically robbing me.

I felt so proud and happy to wear the 100% human hair wig. The chic Jennifer lopez hairstyle of this 100% human hair wig added good impression to my personality when I wore it. I love the adjustable strap made in this wig.

I ordered the color brown and what I received was the color blondish orange. I was an awful artificial looking color. I have gone back and forth with them to try to get a refund and so far all they offer me is for me to pay shipping and get half the money back, 75 dollars so I would lose 95 dollars, or get a credit. I asked how they could assure me I would get the correct color next time and they said they could not. I am still disputing the claim to no avail.

To return a wig, you have to send pics of the wig, the barcode, the box it came in, etc. The company, in their own time, will get back to you and try to talk you into keeping the wig! If you don't want it, they will then tell you they do not have a return label for you and you will have to pay your own shipping back to China. I am stunned that people give this place of business good reviews. I will tell everyone I know, in every place I can, NOT to do business with these people.

I ordered my wig approximately two months ago and the shipping information was up to 25 business days. I inquired after that since I still had no shipping confirmation. They said it still was not ready and would not be shipped by the time I needed it. I tried to cancel the order at which point they told me I would only get back $37 of the $95 I spent because "it was specially for me" and I had to pay for the time and materials to make it, even though it wasn't made or shipped yet. This also was not a special-order item; this is an item displayed on their website as purchase for anybody without customization. This is a scam company. I still have not received a shipping confirmation after I told them to finish my order since they wouldnt even refund 50% of my money. I wasted $95, doubtful I will ever receive this order.

I loved the short bob design and color greatly. It was ordered for my evening party. Also the blonde color made me look like a princess. It was great for my party. Thanks wigsbuy for giving me a cheap price.

I purchased a wig about a month ago. It looked nothing like the pictures so I emailed them and told them I wanted to return it. I didn't hear from them so I emailed them again, and then again. They would never acknowledge my request to return the wig. I had ordered another wig at the same time I ordered the first one. When I found out wigs could not be returned, I tried to cancel the order. It had been a month and I had not yet received it. They sent the wig anyway. I don't feel they are honest at all. The wig I ordered is horrible, not human hair verified by my hairstylist, and nowhere in the package does it state its human. The color, cut, and style are nothing like as advertised. This is by far the worse purchase I've ever made on the internet. Customer service offered a $15 refund on a $191 item. NEVER BUY ANYTHING from WIGSBUY. I learned an expensive lesson. I ordered a wig from this company and it didn't look like anything that I had ordered. It look like a raggedy cut up mop. I paid 199.32 for this trash and then I returned it and had to pay another 52.00 to return the wig to get a refund. Paypal emailed me and tells me that I will not get a refund because I didn't give proof of return. That was a lie too! I called Paypal and emailed them and gave them my return number and receipt. I'm very upset that these people can just take money from people and get away with it. Do not buy from these people!
