All of the clothes are amazing material, the sweatpants and hoodies are all very thick which is amazing for fall, winter. They aren't thin like most cute sweatpants they are fuzzy in the inside and I'm just In love with everything I bought.
I order over 20 business days ago (which is the timing they say it will take to receive my items) however my package is stuck in customs processing in Chicago since August 6th. I have emailed already but they just told me it will take around 20 business days which it has been. Not sure I'll ever get my package. Disappointed

I bought a hoodie from White Fox Boutique and I am literally obsessed! It's my favourite jumper and I can wear it to be comfy around the house or going out! The quality is outstanding and it's so warm and fluffy on the inside. The print on the back with the bubbly writing is so cute and trendy. The price was really good for how amazing this item was! I received loads of compliments about my jumper. It's easily styleable and just so cute. I recommend White Fox to everyone!

I've never dealt with a company that has customer service like this. I bought a pair of jeans with darker blue dye splotches near the crotch area. I emailed them regarding this and they responded back a few days later. They asked me to send 2-3 photos of the jeans. I sent them 3. It's now been 9 days and I've received no email back. Two days ago I sent them a request for a return back to my card since the item is faulty and they have yet to respond back. Clearly, they do not want to credit you back for their faulty items. Good luck getting a response or a credit back. Looks like I'll have to file a dispute with my credit card. By the way I spent almost $600 on my order and before that I ordered $300 in clothing. Not that it matters but they obviously only care about taking your money.
I was really disappointed with the service. My shipment got problem and their response was extremely long. I never got my order because of a shipping error from DHL and I had to pay to get it back to white fox. It cost me 120$. At that point I just wanted my money back but the only thing they could do was a store credit. As I mentioned if they respond in the next days after your email was sent you are extremely lucky. And it is the only way to contact them. Their clothes might be pretty but they do nothing to help the customers once your order was payed. Now I am stuck with a store credit from a company I don't want to buy from but don't have a choice to. Otherwise I loose my money.
My friend ordered a sweatshirt from here on August 1,2022. Today it is August 22,2022, and she has still not received her package. She emailed them on August 15,2022, and the only response she received was "We will get back to you". Now it has been a whole week since they hold her that. They are absolutely horrible and are stealing from their customers. They are no help whatsoever, and now she is out $60. It is a horrendous store and unless they have a phenomenal fix to this issue, I will tell anyone who asks that it is a scam, and run by a people who don't care about their customers. Absolutely awful White Fox!

You send or email your specials or new designs which is good bc sometimes I forget to go on your website ( haha).

Purchased a sweater and my daughter wore it once before we machine washed and hung to dry inside. After that one wear, the material looked horribly worn and was covered in balls. Contacted company and they said all items should be hand washed (as if anyone is going to hand wash a sweater) and this was counted as wear and tear. After one wear! Disgusted.
I have never ordered from White Fox before and will never ordered from there again ( sorry to say) I ordered a pair of the shadow sweatpants in an XS finally received them and they are HUGE would fit someone at least 20Lbs more than myself. I was going to return them until I found out it would cost me $85.00- $100 to return, thats more than what the pants cost! So I will nerves order from there again.
I never wrote review but I follow Sarah's day and she always has the CUTEST clothe from WF. I finally place my order, I live in California, I KNEW it was going to take 10-20 days for shopping. About 3/4 days went by and I wanted to contact them because the tracking app you have to use is literally useless… you can only email them and they took 5 more days to respond, with the response saying " we are inundated with emails, our response team needs more days to respond to your email you back about your concern" sheesh they didn't even respond so I asked for a refund but I still don't have a response.

My item came faulty with the lining is longer than the dress itself, shoulder strap is faulty and everything about the dress is just cheap the product is not how it supposed to be. Contacted white fox and they insisted the dress is not their manufacture fault ( the fault is so obvious!) and they will only give me a credit note and I need to send it back for them to assess. They claimed to take only 1-2 business days to get back to you and in my case every emails I sent it took them between 1-2 weeks to get back. It took so long for them to respond that my return request got rejected on their website ( you need to do a return request online before you could send it back) when I finally agreed to send the dress back as I didn't want to be forced into using credit note. It's now been 2 weeks since I last emailed them about my return request got rejected and still haven't heard from them. I've lodged in a complaint with the department of fair trading as I am so tired of dealing with white fox. They just keep dragging it on and on and You will not get the quality you paid for and customer service so far is shocking. They keep ignoring my emails until I mentioned fair trading. They just don't take their time to provide customers with enough informations or help and customers will just get tired of the situation and give up. First and last time for me!

Answer: It's a scam! No refunds only store credits that does not include shipping or customs charge! Dresses do not look the same in real life. Quality is very poor for expensive price! Shop on Showpo and Princess Polly instead. Good quality for the price.
