Sizing is genuinely terrible, I have never experienced anything like it. I regret ordering from here — there are no reviews on the website and size chart is totally inaccurate. I got a matching set and the bottoms fit fine (maybe even slightly big and were stretchy) whole the top isn't even close to being able to zip. Both were S and were my matches according to the size chart. I am typically S/XS. I truly don't even know who this top would fit. Would be fine I guess if they allowed returns — I wanted to order the top again but the size I got was so off that I don't even know whether the next size up would fit, and I'm not going to order multiple sizes knowing I can't get a refund. I'm so annoyed with the entire experience
White fox responded in time before my shipment was sent and changed my shipping option for expedited shipping. They did this for free! I love this company, I didn't realize the company was based out of Australia when I ordered and I have an event this weekend that I needed the clothes for. I love this company and the customer service is truly amazing. I will continue shopping at white fox, especially with such cute clothes and I love clothing companies who aren't trying to continue ruining this planet and using ethical sourcing.
This company is a scam. It has taken 4+ weeks to try and return a pair of pants they sent to me broken. They have zero accountability and horrible customer service. Trust the bad reviews people there are many other brands that are way better quality and don't ship their things broken and then make you pay a ridiculous amount for them.
I bought a bikini for a trip away and wore it for the first time, when I put my clothes over the top when leaving the beach the pink dye ran all over my skirt and top, was quite embarrassing when people I was with pointed it out. I emailed customer service explaining what had happened and they said there's nothing they can do as it was 'wear and tear' even though I had only worn it one time. I didn't realize togs weren't made to get wet... what a joke, if you can't wear the item for what they are made to do then you shouldn't be selling them. Extremely bad service I will definitely not be recomending to anyone and never buying again with such bad customer service about a faulty Item.
I brought the matching offstage hoodie and track pants, I've worn it so much since it arrived! It's so comfy, cute and practical not to mention how fast it came! (Ordered Wednesday and arrived on Friday!) I've already convinced my best friend brother and mum to buy one! Amazing work
Wish I had of read the reviews first! $80 down the drain. Jumper came with an imperfect, a mark down the front. Emailed them as soon as it arrived in mail but a whole week no response. I have sent photos and still no luck. Contacted Bank for a charge back hopefully that comes through. Wasn't expecting this at all. What a dodgy business!

Order a hoodie from them it arrived smelly very moldy. Washed by hand in cold water. The hoodie was navy blue and the color washed off to brown in a large portion of the shirt. The company refuses to replace or refund. Stated we wore it which was clearly stated it had not been in both responses.

I recently purchased some clothes from White Fox, and got a small. When I arrived, I found it hard to believe I got small sized shorts because they fit so large. Returning process is so complicated.

Beware, you can be waiting months and still not receive your order. I made the mistake of ordering from this company. I have emailed and asked why it's taking so long…. Order went through July 27th…. I still don't have it, and they don't know why or where carrier has it. They've asked me to look into it, because it may speed up the process. It's their responsibility as a company to research and use the best carriers for their customer…and if the package is not delivered, lost or can't be tracked …. They should figure out why and inform the customer that has already paid for items, rather than give them their job/responsibility.
I had a last minute change in shipping delivery, which was totally my fault because I didn't select express and needed my items earlier. I contacted customer service, and they changed my shipping method prior to it being dispatched, so I'll be able to receive my items when I need them. It was super quick and friendly. I definitely recommend this clothing boutique.
You cannot contact White Fox except by email. Their email response takes 3-5 days and they will never directly speak to you. If u accidentally order the wrong color they make u pay fir the shipping to return it by deducting a high shipping cost off your return. They only give store credit no refund. So if u accidentally order the wrong color, to get the right color you pay fir shipping to purchase the wrong one, pay again fir shipping to return it, receive store credit minus the return shipping and have to pay for shipping a 3rd time to get ur correct item, Shipping is slow, customer service non existent. I will NEVER order from them again and caution you not to do so.
