Bought the dress for my sister and she love that! But I was wrong with the size so we had to change it, but there were no problems with that at all. Can recommend!

I used apple pay which helped me purchase so fast that I was unable to update the shipping method. After contacting customer service, it was taken care of within one day and i no longer needed to worry about my package arriving too late.

Dresses were ripped, not nearly as close to what they were seen as on the photo. They refused to give me a refund to my original payment method and only offered 'gift card' why would I do that just to receive more sh*t quality clothes and even WORSE customer service!

When I asked for it to be taken to higher management my email was ignored. Not to mention almost 2 weeks to reply to my initial email!

I had ordered some clothes that I was planning on wearing to the Taylor Swift concert but didn't double check my shipping option before I paid. I quickly emailed their customer service to see if they could help me and Melissa was able to change it and my clothes are expected in the next couple of days with more than enough time before the concert! I am just so grateful she is such a lifesaver and so sweet. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her. I have never ordered from this company before so they didn't owe me anything but now I have so much respect for them and will definitely choose to shop there first from now on!

This was my first time shopping with white fox. I placed an order and didn't realize standard shipping was 10-20 business days. I emailed and asked to change because I purchased a dress to wear for an upcoming event. White fox responded very quickly and didn't even charge me extra for my mistake. Great customer service will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

Fixed my order issue right away and responded quickly on the first business day after sending an email. I love the quality of their clothes so it makes me want to continue to shop on the site knowing they also have great customer service!

Return process is a hassle and difficult with only getting store credit and they charge for shipping back. I'd recommend a clothing store that has less hassles to Return.

I had a great experience on this website. Had a customer service issue with shopping and was helped immediately after inquiring. Forever grateful!

I ordered clothes that I wanted for a specific date and paid extra for express shipping. I never got a confirmation that the clothes have been dispatched so I reached out to customer service and did not get a reply for another week. I asked for them to refund my express shipping OR void the return fee and they said that they were so busy that they could not send out my items on time and that I cannot get a refund for the reason being that when they did eventually send out my order, it arrived in 7 days. So that means that even if you order express (2-7) days, that only counts from when they ship it out so they can wait 2 weeks then and then ship it out and claim that it was still express. Ridiculous. Especially since I am no stuck with them since they only offer store credit and not refund.
