I ordered wen and it made a huge difference in my hair. It's actually cheaper than the hair products I was using before so I am super excited I have been looking for a product that I could use and not have to spend a hour fixing my long thick frizzy hair. It made my hair smooth and it cleans it you just have to follow the directions and it really does work. I understood when I ordered that I would be charged monthly but to me it's worth it.

This is awful, had the exact same experience as everyone else. I was careful about what I was ordering, and NOTHING on the website or confirmation email of my initial order says I signed up for a reoccurring monthly thing. Its best that you call your credit card company to block future bills from them. It is such a shame that they operate their business this way because the product itself does the job. Still, I totally regret my first and last infomercial purchase. Oh, and they make random charges to your card, too. BEWARE.

The 60-day money back guarantee is a scam. They make it extremely difficult to return, cancel, or modify the automatic billing. I didn't like the product and the only reason I tried it was because they said I could return it and get my money back. It has been 4 months since I contacted them to cancel. They still send you product and I have sent it back at my expense and still continue to get billed.

I had trash bags full of hair. I had to cut 8 1/2 inches of my hair off because this horrible product made my hair fall out. Have pictures of before and after. Just didn't know who to contact

I think it is great! I was getting ready to order the Wen products via Gunthy-Renker (from the tv ad) and most definitely will not. I have ordered other products and found myself trapped in product hell before I could cancel the order. This was so-o-o-o helpful.

I hate to admit I liked the product but it's too expensive for me. If you decide to try the product, be aware that you may be purchasing an on-going subscription for over 3 times your original purchase. It wasn't part of the product I added to my shopping cart, but showed up in the product's description later (in very fine print). If this happens to you, consider disputing it with your credit card company and filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I shouldn't have to pay for original shipping and handling and return shipping, but I'm willing to return the unauthorized purchase for a full refund. Their customer service is aware of this practice because they had answers for everything I brought up. Just be aware!

Today i just find Wen.com charge me $33.94 in my discover card(6th June 2017). I just ordered one time last month(8th May 2017), i never order again, but they chager me again. Then i go to their website find they will shipping to me every 4 weeks and will charge me every 4 weeks money. But i cant cancel this order, then i send email to them but failed. They never tell me will shipping to me every 4 weeks when i made first order.
Then i want to try cancel item but no button let you cancell it, they just show me will ship to me every 4 weeks. But i cant cancel it.
I already dispute this money if they dont refund my money i will complain to BBB, i cant believe such sacm company. Full of tricks.

Product not really that good but customer service even worse. Canadian bought product has to be returned to US -at high shipping cost at customers expense. Unable to cancel further shipments successfully with Wens customer care centre, and have been unable to obtain refund. This product and service is definitely NOT recommended.

Never use again

I used once and my hair became dry and frizzy. On top of that they have charged me over $80 in products I never ordered. I returned everything when I checked they received it on March 30,2015 and still have not given my money back. Then they charged $24.94 on 3 /24/15 called CS they said they would return the money. On 4/2/15 they returned $16.95. I called today 4/16/15. They told me they would return the $7.89 and I had verification of pkg was returned. I asked CS when they would return the $39.99 for trial, she told me 4-6 weeks. I said no way I had proof of delivery and she put me on hold then said she would process the return today and I should see in 3-5 days. Big difference. This company is a con and I will never recommend Wen to anyone.

I was so stupid to order this online after watching the infomercial. I should have known better. Aside from the fact that the product is not good, it actually dried my hair. This is the most shadey business with all of their misleading and underhanded practice. You can't speak to someone who speaks English and this I guess is how they scam you into ordering far more than you want. If I could have given no stars I would have but I had to give one. Please do not be scammed by this company

The worst customer service ever! The supervisor is totally unprofessional and hung up on me. Buyer beware! I will never use this company again. I got charged twice and the supervisor was blaming my bank for charging me again within 2 weeks! So mad! Don't ever go on autoship or buy from the company. I will make sure my bank blocks this company from withdrawing any money from my account. Wen get better supervisors. This paticular supervisor told me that is was impossible to talk to any body else and hung up on me what a jerk! Never would I ever tell anyone to buy from wen. Beware! I had to give a star but this company deserves nothing!

This company is ripping off customer. I contacted thier customer service to cancel my order because after receiving my first order they started charging my card of $46.95 every month. I called them and canceled my order but what happened next they still keep taking money out of my account every month. Beware of this company, they will rip you off once you give them info of your bank account or charge card.

Just to be fair wen hair care is the products. The company guthy renker is the people you deal with for customer service etc. I would imagine Chaz Dean knows about the bad customer service but maybe he doesnt. You would think if he knew he would make sure it was corrected or have another company handle for him

I ordered WEN approx 2 1/2 years ago. I accumulated too much so I called and canceled my next coming order. No problem they said. 3 months later I received another order, I called, they apologized and they assured me I was now canceled. They still charged me. No problem,, just a clerical error so I thought. 3 months later, the same thing. I called. I finally cancelled my credit card that they kept using and charging, so i thought it would end. They sent me another package 3 months later again with a threat letter of collections because my payment was denied! DUH! I called them needless to say ANGRY!. Assuring me to just pay off the last shipment and thy would get it final and closed per a supervisor. Why did I believe them? Anyways now approx 6 months later I just received another package from WEN. They have charged me again. DON'T EVER START! This is by far the worst consumer experience I have ever had!

Complete Rip off, I ordered the special kit fromm the TV commercial, after doing that I realized that they will automatically recharge my credit card every month and send me a new order, I asked them to cancel they wouldn't do it, i called my bank and cancelled my Check Card, after several failed try to withdraw, they sent me a huge! Order that I didn't ask for, I returned it of course I had to pay for returns!, I was surprised after 2 weeks that they were able to regharge my card for about 9 $ which I never gave authorization for and having a nee card! Called them very upset the supervisor agreed on that 9 dollar, credit back and on cancelling and removing my name from the system, now I have to deal with the bank to see how they were able to get money from a new issued card! Don't even think of dealing with them, the product suck! Got dandruff, and smells bad! Be careful and don't think of trying!

Love the product, I have very heavy hair, and it makes it feel lighter. BUT the informercials are decieving. They say a trial run for $30 - not so much. They sign you into a contract. When I called to cancel they said that I owed them an additional $85. That is NOT free trial. I called my bank and stopped all payments from the company when I was told that. I got the $30 free offer. I recommend going to Amazon and buy the product that you want and dont have a contract.

If you buy Wen Hair Care, you have signed up for a lifetime supply - I tried this product and it didn't work at all and my hair just always felt dirty and not clean. I threw out the product and then realized they automatically sign you up for a lifetime supply and you get billed and receive shipments over and over until you cancel it. I was shocked when I looked at my CC statement and realized they had kept on billing me over and over. I did cancel it but since I never returned the additional products I had to pay for the new products although I didn't even use it. It does turn out that to ship it back to them, you almost pay as much as just keeping the Wen products.

I would recommend that if you buy this product, IMMEDIATELY cancel your "subscription" to it right after you order it. That way if you don't like it, you don't have to fight with them getting your money back. If you do like it, then just reorder it again.

Product is great, gets bad reviews because of the monthly shipments. You must follow the instructions on the bottle and when you do the product does what it says it does. Doesnt lather because its not supposed to! Any shampoo free of sulfates will not lather. You are reminded many times you are signed up for monthly shipments, in fine print yes, but still, if you read the site, your order conf and your order invoice it does tell you. People who say they were "scammed" didn't read the details. Kinda annoying, but not a scam. I called right away to cancel and had no problems!

WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.
Ordering from wen was the worst mistake I ever made. They kept sending me products I didn't reorder. When I called to speak with a sales representative, I couldn't believe how rude she was. She practically told me to I was foolish not to have read the fine print and it was my fault. I couldn't believe my ears. The product wasn't even that good. Please be careful when placing an order with this company as once they have your debit card information, they will rip you blind.
