WEN

I'm updating my review. Both my husband and I find WEN a great product. We have hair growth and manageable hair. I've read some bad reviews and that's too bad because when WEN is used correctly, it works. We are people of color with kinky hair and WEN softens, moisture, strengthens ad makes our hair grow. I even use it on my body at times when showering. IT'S a GREAT product... use a stated on product. IT'S NOT a shampoo, IT'S better! As FOR service... GREAT.
DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING... NOT JUST me AND my husband love IT... so DO OUR friends.

I actually didn't order of this site, I ordered straight off the Chaz Dean website which yes is much more expensive but I wanted to try it first before I committed to automatic shipments. I ordered the Tea Tree Oil version which smells great! I used it every other day at first (I only wash my hair every other day max b/c washing your hair everyday strips your hair of it's natural oils and makes your hair over produce oil). My hair had body, it was soft, tangle free, and it smelled great! After 2 weeks or so it wasn't having that same effect anymore so I trade it out every other wash with my regular shampoo and conditioner. I had purchased from the Chaz Dean site again but I opted not to enroll in the wenhaircare club since I only use it about 10 times a month or so. But great product all in all!

Have two numbers to call, one for re-ordering and one for cancelling future orders. I've called both numbers, am told to call a three digit number with a star and then they talk like they had a mouth full of cow paddies and I can't make out what they are saying. They have sent out another order that costs almost $100.00, I can't afford that crap and I don't see that it's all that great anyway. I'll go back to Suave or any other brand at Walmart. Do what you think is best but I personally don't want any more of this Chaz Dean's hair care product.

They billed twice for one shipment in one day. There's got to be something that can be done about this unscruplous company. I also tried to cancel and they "postponed" until May 2013 (supposedly). I also received a collection notice saying I owed a certain amount, then I called and they said the amount was different. The bill came from Guthy-Renker. If there is anything good about the product it's over-shadowed by the fact that both Wen and Guthy Renker seem to be unscrupulous companies.

I just receive a wen order form in the mail. I have been watching it on tv thinking about buying the product because it sound so great. But after going on line and reading all these comments that people was saying about wen. I will never buy it it's scary what people are saying about it. Im glad that i came on this site an read these viewer's response... if i didnt i would have been caught up in this bad scam. Thank the viewer's for your input wow. So disappointed.

Careful when ordering original offer...
Read fine print, you are expecting a kit for 39.95 THEN... you are billed another 3 installments for a second kit that you are not aware of that you ordered.
THEN... after that it will continue to arrive with more money billed to your account.
Customer rep was aware that people are getting ripped off! Used the word this happens ALLOT.

Wen hair products are fantastic.
Their business dealings with you as a repeat shipping customer are horrible.
They ship when you ask them not to.
They make you pay anyway when you asked them to stop sending the shipments.
They send you to collections on bills you have paid, or that is what they told you...
They switch to multiple collection agencies that will not tell you who they are and... mark up your credit.
After you call them multiple times to straighten it out, they lose the information and send you on to a new collection agency.
Advice: Buy your Wen products at Sephora.

Called to pay off my girlfriend's outstanding balance with my own credit card. The rep tried to cross/upsell me every way to Sunday, I said "I don't know how much clearer I can be, all I want to do is pay off the balance and cancel the product entirely". Two days later they started a new subscription on my credit card. They are fraudsters, plain and simple, playing the system. Avoid at all costs and tell everyone you can to do the same.

I actually don't mind the product. It isn't special by any means and I can get the same "look" with a mix of head and shoulders and any cheap conditioner on the ends. The problem is the horrible customer service! I read the bottom that says you receive monthly shipments so after receiving the first one I went ahead and canceled. But that I guess according to wen means that they ship you the $hit anyways?! I was really upset when I received a confirmation that included an $80 bill? This is after I was charged for the original product, and a second shipment of $50 that I had canceled prior to them shipping it! If you want to try wen do yourself a favor and buy it through QVC.

Customer service is horrible! I called two different times about canceling and got two different stories about the shipment. Then the took the debit away from my account and the posted it again a few days later. Mind you I cancelled my account on 1/7/14 and they said the order shipped the day before which was a lie! Then they tried to debit my account again 1/13/14 and told me the order shipped on Friday. Now how is that when I cancelled my order on 1/7/14. These people are just trying to take your money and they think I am stupid, but I'm not! Far from it. Don't trust them. Beware when you place an order or as a matter of fact don't do it! VERY PISSED OFF PERSON!

I absolutely love the wen hair care system but it's expensive. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend ordering through the website. They bill you for orders you did not place, which I see as a total rip off and it's really pissing me off! I'm going to cancel my membership and start ordering from another site. And to the people who say wen doesn't work and makes your hair greasy maybe you aren't using the product correctly. Make sure that you put a lot on your hair and then WET it to create a LATHER. It does clean your hair and makes it look so much healthier

I cancelled my membership with this company almost 5 months ago. They confirmed that my account was cancelled and I would not be billed again. They even sent me a cancellation email. They continue to bill me and don't even send any product. I have been billed 3 times in the past 2 months. Each time time I call they put me on hold and they don't answer my emails. I had to get my credit card company involved. The last person I spoke to was rude and insisted that I FAX statements to her. My credit card dispute person said they just processed another dispute right before me. This appears to be their practice. Wen I was a memeber, I thought their price structure was very strange. When I ordered items, they forgot to process the order. I am done with this dishonest company! I must admit, all the reviews on the internet warned me that this would happen. I should have listened to prior customers.
