The return policy states items can be returned for full refund within 60 days of purchase. You should have a Return Shipping label available through Email. Will you please do this and guarantee cancellation of auto shipments and auto deductions from credit card accounts?

I did it still took over 30 days to get my money back, I cancelled and shipped back in the first week
