When you apply for plus they take money out your account before you order I have a problem with that.

Do not back products. Will leave you with the bill when the junk products break. Warranty does not cover installation in residential addresses. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I placed an order for tables for our church which is tax exempt. I tried to upload the tax exempt form but could not due so in the format required. It said the tax would be refunded if the form was uploaded within 30 days. I emailed it in the beginning of July as I was instructed when i did a "chat" with customer service. When it was approaching the end of July and I had not received the tables, any correspondence on the tax-exempt form, or any information about why there was a delay in either. I again reached out to customer service. I was told the tables would soon be shipping and I would hear from the tax exempt dept within 8 days. I did eventually get the tables but had to complain to get the tax exempt dept to finally respond. When I did get a response it was denied because I had paid for it with a personal credit card (the most convenient option and the option I have used elsewhere on many occasions with no problem.). I was informed that we had been told on a previous purchase (18 months ago)that we couldn't pay with a personal cc. That may or may not be true. I offered to have the church send in a check for the correct amount (no sales tax) and they could credit the payment I had made on my cc. That wouldn't work for them either. Bottom line is we're stuck paying over $100 for sales tax that we should not have been required to pay. Very frustrating to deal with and not willing to work to a solution. Skip Webstaurant! T

I've purchased a wood top work table. It took 7 days before it shipped, but I was happy to get and email, FINALLY that it had shipped. The email CLEARLY STATED there would be no phone calls prior to delivery, so I waited, and waited, and waited. When the item never arrived I checked my emails again. I found an email that said the carrier was unable to contact me by PHONE so the item was returned! WHAT?! They said there would be no calls before delivery! AND the number they stated they called I haven't had in over a decade! I didn't give that number so where did they get it? Well, I payed with paypal, and apparently THAT'S where they got it. They asked a THIRD party for MY information! Then said it was MY FAULT! I paid $495 for the table, after the return fee, restocking fee AND taxes on all of it, I got $194 back! I have serious doubts the table was ever shipped. THIEVES! After reading several reviews online, it seems this is a common occurrence with WEBSTAURANTSTORE. I should have investigated before making a purchase.

When an order is placed with PayPal, you sign in and confirm that the information that is pulled from logging into PayPal is correct on the "Review and Payment" page before placing the order through our site. We ordered work tables in July which was paid for immediately at the time of purchase. We received the typical confirmation email & a shipping email that it would arrive August 1,2018. The 1st came and went. August 2 another email stating estimated ship would be August 3rd. We sent an email August 10th and the reply was an estimated August 16th. August 16th next reply was should receive tracking # on August 17th no later than 4pm. Next response was tables would ship Monday August 20th. No response on 20th so we emailed them to cancel the order and issue a refund. Next reply was shipping August 22. We went to the website to get phone #. Nothing had to wait for their online chat to load in the middle of my business to get a # from the rep that came online after it finally loaded. Spoke to rep on the phone who was extremely unhelpful and very rude... still no tables & no refund had no supervisor available... will never purchase from this company and will list this info on every social media and local businesses here and my business contacts across the states. Do not throw your money away with this company that rips off the small businesses. If there was an option for no stars, I would be all about it. It was extremely hard for me to even push the one star.

I purchased a 12qt pot to replace a 12qt pot i owned. The pot was purchased on Sunday, received on Tuesday and attempted to use it on Thursday. It was then that i realized this 12 qt pot was SMALLER then my other pot. I contacted the company and they told me it would be a 30% restock fee along with shipping. I explained that this wasnt the correct size i even sent them a video showing how is is not 12qt. This was their response Also 12 Qt. Is a nominal measurement. This means it is not going to be exactly 12 Qt. This is an industry standard for items. The best way to explain this is when you go to Subway and order a 6 sub, are you getting exactly 6 of sub? Possibly I guess, but more likely is that you are getting a 5 ¾ sub or a 6 ½ sub. The 6 measurement is not exact, but it is used because most people understand what that size is and should look like. UMMMM NOOO if i buy a 12qt pot i want an12 qt pot. STAY AWAY FROM THIER THIEVES!
