5 pairs and 3 months later finally getting a refund with the help of the BBB. Tried to blame poor quality on me for all 5 pairs. What a joke!
I ordered New Balance because I wear them to run. The shoes for crews new balance are of a poor quality -they don't breath, sizing is off & just uncomfortable.
These shoes are terrible they hurt the side of your foot and are terrible on your arch I've never had trouble with any shoes that I've purchased I've been cooking for over 30 years this is the worst pair of shoes that I have ever worn and I will never get shoes from them. Aramark they make you get these shoes when you start working for them and you must wear these shoes every day I had to quit my job and switch jobs because I just could not wear these shoes everyday you guys really need to fix that you guys have a lot of bad complaints and you just refuse to make a better shoe is it because you guys are cheap. My feet have problems now from these shoes
I returned my shoes back in Oct. Here it is December and they still haven't sent a return. They keep telling me 4-6 weeks. This is getting really old. I paid over $100.00 for these shoes. Finally had to go to Walmart and buy some.
I purchased the Gia #2220. My total was less than $20 with my discounts. When I got my statement they had taken off one of the discounts. I called customer service and told them what if I didn't have the $30 in my account? The rep was nonchalant in her tone. It was more trouble to return them and pay more. Next within a month it rained and I stepped in a small puddle of water and the water never left my shoes. Now my shoes make noise. The quality is poor, don't get them wet.
I don't know a single person including myself that has had good luck with shoes for crews. They are also uncomfortable no matter how much money you spend. They are 4-Hour shoes not 12-hour shoes. Trash. By the end of my 8-hour shift every day my feet are tingling!
I knew ordering shoes online was sketchy, but there's little locally besides Walmart that has a selection of non-slip shoes. Now I need them with steel toes. So I ordered from SFC, and naturally the size guide misled me. Too big, besides having zero arch support. So I forgot about them and because I'm not a business they won't take a brand-new-in-box return outside of 30 days. They won't even consider it, or inspect them upon receipt, nothing. So I'm screwed, with lousy shoes I can't use and wouldn't honestly recommend to anyone else even if they did fit...so I'm back to trying to scratch up some local vendor.
I've been ordering shoes for crews online for over 5 years. I made sure I read every fine print and it stated always order a size up and that's what I've done. Any other shoe I wear outide -of sfc I'm a 7 and half. When I order from sfc I get 8 and half. I've only order new balance because in general those are very comfortable for me. Different styles are better than others but in general I have zero complaints. I will note I've never had to deal with customer service so I don't know anything about that aspect. I've never stepped foot in an actual store so I also don't know that aspect. Online I've never had an issue. So thank you shoes for crews for not letting me fall at work and my feet breathing nicely on hot days as I work in a restaurant at 10 and half hour shifts 45- 55 hours a week. You haven't failed me yet.
After only two weeks my shoes started falling apart. Spoke to customer service and they told me I could exchange them but I'd have to mail them back before they sent the exchange pair which would take 6-10 business days. I explained that this is ridiculous as I'd have to buy another pair of shoes whilst I'm waiting and so I requested a refund. They agreed to refunding my money but there would be a $6.95 restocking fee for my broken worn shoes and that they'd also deduct the shipping which was $20.98. I offered to show them pictures of the shoes which they declined and I was more than happy to return the shoes once I'd received my exchange pair but none of these options were acceptable. I've since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and will also contact the BBB. DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY!
I used Afterpay on my purchase. I received the shoes and it was really uncomfortable. I wanted to exchange, NOT RETURN. I tried to do it online then there was no option of the shoes that I wanted to exchange. I called Shoes for Crews customer service because I still wanted to get the shoes. They said, I wouldn't be allowed to exchange to the higher price item, if I paid with Afterpay. I told them, there was nothing written on the website policy about it. Their respond was, because it was Afterpay policy, not our policy. Woww! Yeahhh! You guys are right, nothing's wrong. But let me ask! Before you want to purchase something, in order to search for a return policy, where do you usually look on, isn't it the merchant website? Also, in the return process who are taking care of those return orders, AfterPay or ShoesforCrews? Then, I ended up paying for a shipping cost and restock fee.
I ordered these, as they were suggested by my work, and they have a small discount on them through my work place. They hurt my feet when they arrived, but I pushed on through, thinking I just had to break in my 90$ order. Now, after two months of having the shoes, they're starting to fall apart. The sole is separating, the laces are thrashed, and the seams are splitting. Do not buy from this company.
I received my shoes in a beat up box that looked like a homeless person used the box to put their trash in!
I work in a high school and the floors are very hard on my back and legs, so its important to get the right shoe. I hit the jackpot with Gia from shoes for crews! I love them so much I have them in black and rose colors! These shoes/ sneakers are amazing and look great with black or khaki pants!
The shoes has a small (flat) insole. There's zero support for the foot. Standing and walking in them lasted me a good 2 hours only. I was in agony. I had to take the shoes off at break. I do not recommend them!
Only gets 1 star cause had to,if could I would ot even give that! The shoes for Cruse company is a rip off! Placed a order for shoes for 6 dollars an some change an was charged triple! What the hell! This is ridiculous. So if you need or want no slip work shoes you best bet is to go to your local shoe store an purchase them at least you know you won't be charged triple for them
To late they charge for 2 days delivery and take 5 days that's no fear pay more and get you shoes in 5 days como on
Would rate a 0 if I could. Received my order. All was great. Decided I do not need 1 pair- the box ha NEVER been open and shoes have NEVER been worn. SFC will not entertain even an exchange! RIDICUOLOUS!
I have to agree with many of the other past customers. Customer support, unfortunately, lacks creativity and is not staffed with problem solvers. With three calls, each interaction was met with "I am sorry...we are not... blah, blah, blah."
Simple problem: Shoe rivet came off strap and I wanted a replacement. Understanding the customer "care" staff are likely at a desk with no parts, I understand they can't throw one in an envelope. But, when chatting with the supervisor about maybe a solution from a hardware store, I got the party line. "I am so sorry, we cannot replace them" which is not what I asked or expected. I just wanted someone to (just maybe) tell me that it had happened before and a quick solution is a jack nut or an open-end rivet nut. These parts, I presume are all the same size. What does the factory use? I won't ever buy again.
I placed an order and used a promo code given to me though email. When I went to check out it applied a different promo code, charging me more. I called customer service and they couldn't cancel my order even though I placed it minutes ago. They recommend I place an order again and return the original. The return will charge me a fee just to ship them back. After reading bad reviews with returns I rather not trust or take any chances with a return. Last time buying from here
Shoes are a difficult item to purchase online and be assured of a good fit and quality. A liberal return policy should be part of the process in case an exchange or return is necessary. Shoes For Crews is definitely not liberal in this regard. I returned a recent order and was surprised that my refund was substantially less than my order cost. My order total was $61.51 but credit was only $46.58. I had to pay my own shipping PLUS a "return processing fee" of $-6.95. I advise against ordering from Shoes for Crews unless you are 100% certain you will be keeping the shoes.
Answer: I wanted to give them a second chance to do right. But they did not!
