Order shoes that were to tight and returned them for another pair that were wrong ones. Exchanged them for another pair and was told it was to late and they would not take them back or exchange them for the right ones. So i stuck with shoes that won't fit.
I had ordered these shoes accidentally when I was looking for slip-resistant shoes for my job, and so not even an hour after I had placed the order, I called the company to cancel my order, and they said they couldn't cancel it. The website said nothing about no cancellations, and so I ended up getting the shoes in the mail anyways. They didn't let me return the shoes even though I never even opened the box, and I never got a refund. This is a terrible company, and each time I called their customer service, you could tell they didn't care about the inconvenience to me or the fact that I just lost 80 dollars to shoes I didn't even want.
I called to ask to return unused shoes 10 days outside of the company's normal return period. I explained tow them that my father-in-law had just passed away from COVID-19 after being in the hospital for two weeks, so returning a pair of shoes wasn't on the top of my to do list. I was told that there were no exceptions and that the shoes could not be returned.
This company has no compassion or care for anyone. I would go out of my way to avoid doing business with this company.

I ordered boots and paid for 2 day shipping. Ordered on a friday, did not receive order till the following thursday! I politely ask for the shipping cost back, and there reply was that i did get them in 2 days... how is 5 business days, 2 days? Bad costumer service! I will not be a return costumer!
I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit me, so I returned them. Not at any point did they tell me that there was a processing fee for returns. When I called to try to get the money back that I deserved, they said it was nonrefundable!
I ordered shoes June 9th, 2020. 7. 99$ for 3-5 business days. Finally 16 days later I got notice that they were delivered. Guess what? No shoes. So 3 agonizing phone calls later they decided I was worthy of a reshipment.
Sooo, 16 days later, shoes were supposed to show up today. And I get an email that they're at the Fed X up north and they won't be here until the 21st of July.
I regret ordering from them.
Don't buy anything, they lie, free returns is a lie. The shoes don't fit acordonó to the size and when you return them as soon as you get them they charge you a processing fee of almost $7. That is how they made money out of us. Buy on amazon where the returns are free and you get free shipping, don't buy from shoes for crew, you will loose money.
I ordered my shoes and they were the wrong ones. So I had to send those back I kept calling to figure out when they would be delivered since it has been 3 months. They didn't have anything in the system on sending me my shoes everytime I called, then finally they sent them out 4 months later! And it's the wrong size! So I told them I'm done I just want my money back. They told me no that it's past the warranty time to do that! Hahah do they took 4 months to get my shoes to me and tell me I can't have my money back cuz the warranty is over that they did. And I still don't even have the correct size!
Firstly, I did not get return form. I called to shoesforcrews. One of the employee sent me return label as I called them for return form or exchange form. I told him in detail that my shoes are very tight. I again called them. I told them i need return form. Then Tracy said write on the paper What do you want. Then I wrote on the paper clearly that I need no. 6.5 shoes instead of 6. They again sent me no. 6 shoes. I got after 2 months approximately. I ordered first time shoes in july. Today, I again called that I got wrong shoes. Then one of the employee said that we need to go through same process again. Seriously, I am very sad with such kind of service. I have wasted my money.

I ordered work shoes and set them aside and I forgot you only had 30 days to send them back, but I thought you could send them back or exchange them, if they weren't worn and I would have to pay the shipping. Ok my bad, now I'm stuck with shoes that I can't wear.
Two pairs have made me fall and hurt myself. One pair at work and another walking in my neighborhood. The soles became loose and tripped me while walking
I ordered a pair of work shoes at the end of August. Due to Covid I was off work over a month. So I had no need to even open the shoes. Now I'm back to work, open the box and the shoes are too big.
I contacted this company, explained the situation and STILL they wouldn't " exchange " the work shoes... So I'm stuck with a pair of 75.00 work shoes

I ordered a pair of shoes off their website which ive done many times before it has been 15 years and I stand with their safety grip. The shoe i ordered stated to order the shoe 1/2 size SMALLER than your normal size. Well they dont carry 10 1/2 so i ordered my normal size and thought it was just be slightly too big but Thats not the case they are a 1/2 too small. I would of never ordered them if I knew this but because I didnt know i got a pair of shoes too small and dont care for my other options to chose from so i have to pay a restocking fee and lose my shipping money if I get a refund. If their website would have had the correct information I would of never ordered any shoes but now I have to pay for THEIR mistake and false info on their website.
Bought 2 day shipping, didn't arrive. When it finally 'arrived' it was in another city out for delievery. Already frustrated I called them and canceled the order and wanted a refund. They told me the refund would take 3-5 days. Whatever. I finally get an email saying that paypal declined the refund? Didn't even pay through paypal as I don't own a paypal account. They said they are going to send a paper check which would take 3-4 weeks. I called them and they are insisting that I used paypal when I didnt. I checked out on their website with my credit card.
The customer service is the WORST to deal with. They all seem like they have no clue what is going on. I was transfered through atleast 5 personnell before they finalyl told me basically yea sucks
I received my shoes in a beat up box that looked like a homeless person used the box to put their trash in!

Everytime I order something theirs always a problem. They might say something is instock and you find out that it's on back order or you order one size and get another size.#don't do it
