I ordered from them over a week ago, paid 20 for overnight shipping. I've talk to customer service 6 times already. They refuse to cancel my order! They credited me 13 dollars instead of the 20. The shoes we're supposed to be delivered by FedEx but according to them they are returning them back to Shoes for Crews due to an issue with their account. I'm beyond furious. I've asked to speak to supervisors but they are never available and do not return calls. This place is a joke. I've ordered them through Amazon since their customer service so easy to deal with.
Purchased my shoes online and it went to the wrong address. Called customer service and they refused to refund me my money and so now im out nearly $100 bucks cause they cant get get their crap together. Will never purchase with them again.
I bought a pair of shoes from Shoes for Crews through the company. Within 6 months the shoes had fallen apart. Shoes for crews don't guarantee any of theirs shoes. My Sketchers lasted 2 year, and my Walmart shoes lasted 1 year and were half the price. My recommendation, Don't buy them.
Order shoes that were to tight and returned them for another pair that were wrong ones. Exchanged them for another pair and was told it was to late and they would not take them back or exchange them for the right ones. So i stuck with shoes that won't fit.
1st pair of shoes were ok given that I was able to purchase them directly through their vehicle selling shoes. However, the purchase I made via internet has been a complete cluster! Starting from them sending me a completely different shoe then what I had ordered! RIDICULOUS to say the least. Ever since the. I have had to return shoe at least three times. Finally, once I received the shoe I had originally ordered, water went through them. I specifically bought the model and made a price for waterproof and yet they are not! Customer service said I needed to "proof" they are not water proof and it will take 3-4 weeks. Again, RIDICULOUS!
Sign up with your email address and wait. This company with terrible customer service will proceed to send you discount codes that get higher every day. 10%, 15%, 20% and so on. In the business world once you start discounting products, that becomes the true value. Middle Eastern supervisor with a West Palm beach # was a complete piece of stuff! Never again!
I called to ask to return unused shoes 10 days outside of the company's normal return period. I explained tow them that my father-in-law had just passed away from COVID-19 after being in the hospital for two weeks, so returning a pair of shoes wasn't on the top of my to do list. I was told that there were no exceptions and that the shoes could not be returned.
This company has no compassion or care for anyone. I would go out of my way to avoid doing business with this company.

I work in an office, sitting at a desk so you wouldn't think a $70 pair of shoes that fit perfectly would start tearing at the seam, just below the stitching. When I contacted the company, they said "to late! We only guarantee our shoes for 30 days!" Less than normal wear & tear on them, the soles look like new! Will never buy from or recommend this company.
I had to exchange my shoes i used fat exchange lane they were to send my shoes as soon as the other ones were on way but other ones r already back at warehouse n my replacment shoe has still not been sent n they were in stock i will not be ordering from shoes for crews again
I ordered a pair of shoes too small. I wanted to do an exchange for the bigger size, but unfortunately couldn't wait for the new size and be without shoes for work. I let the exchange expire and in the meantime placed a new order for the bigger size. Once those came in, I set up a RETURN for the smaller size. They sent me a NEW label for the return and almost two weeks after the exchange expired I sent them out. I just received an email an EXHANGE is taking place and I called immediately. They said they see where I made the exhange initially and the expiration didn't actually matter and there is nothing they can do. They had no answer as to why when my return label was scanned it even prompted for an exhange. The barcode and confirmation tracking was totally separate. It's been 30 minutes since the exchange started and conveniently my box is already on the truck and on the way to me. They said I'm going to have to set up a RETURN again once I receive those. The first woman I spoke to said a supervisor would call within 2 hours and the next gentleman told me I might receive a call before 9PM (almost 10 hours). I should have just bought a pair from Walmart and saved the headache from this nightmare of a company.
I ordered a pair of work shoes at the end of August. Due to Covid I was off work over a month. So I had no need to even open the shoes. Now I'm back to work, open the box and the shoes are too big.
I contacted this company, explained the situation and STILL they wouldn't " exchange " the work shoes... So I'm stuck with a pair of 75.00 work shoes

Waste of money. I ordered a pair of shoes that I needed quite immediately and they never even got to my door. Package never arrived, I checked 30 minutes after they supposedly got delivered and no package. FedEx was absolutely no help at all.
I was a fan until the last pair of shoes I ordered, on a job the gel insert busted and blistered my feet i contacted the company and they said no we basically don't care its normal wear, so normal wear is blisters from the gel wow. Don't buy their shoes.
Firstly, I did not get return form. I called to shoesforcrews. One of the employee sent me return label as I called them for return form or exchange form. I told him in detail that my shoes are very tight. I again called them. I told them i need return form. Then Tracy said write on the paper What do you want. Then I wrote on the paper clearly that I need no. 6.5 shoes instead of 6. They again sent me no. 6 shoes. I got after 2 months approximately. I ordered first time shoes in july. Today, I again called that I got wrong shoes. Then one of the employee said that we need to go through same process again. Seriously, I am very sad with such kind of service. I have wasted my money.

I ordered my shoes and they were the wrong ones. So I had to send those back I kept calling to figure out when they would be delivered since it has been 3 months. They didn't have anything in the system on sending me my shoes everytime I called, then finally they sent them out 4 months later! And it's the wrong size! So I told them I'm done I just want my money back. They told me no that it's past the warranty time to do that! Hahah do they took 4 months to get my shoes to me and tell me I can't have my money back cuz the warranty is over that they did. And I still don't even have the correct size!
I have been ordering shoes from this company for over 20 yrs.
Normally I call my order in but I decided to try online thinking it would be faster & easier... NOT! Is was easy right up until I clicked on the words purchase your order. The size of the shoe changed at the same time I hit purchase. I literally called their 800# within 2 minutes of placing the order, I was told they could not stop order & I could just make an exchange. They claimed later that the shoe size I ordered was discontinued. 4 days later After receiving the wrong shoe size I called 800# to make exchange, I had to fill out form order exchange size, it was just THEN I was told that style & size no longer exist, but for more money I could get something similar. I said no thank you then I'll just take a refund. I was then told there would be a $6.95 restocking fee & I was responsible for the shipping as well, REMEMBER THESE SHOES THAT I ORDERED NO LONGER EXIST.
So I have to pay roughly $16 for something I could never have received in the first place.
Ordered a pair of shoes from them, arrived with one insole out, were uncomfortable so I returned them: charged me $15.53 for restocking and shipping! "Free" returns? LIES. Stay away!
I ordered 2 pair of shoes in the same order and I had to pay shipping fee, which was $12.96. Unfortunately, they don't fit me well then I returned them together in a box. They charged me $6.95 for return processing fee for each pair of shoes even though I just used only one return label.
They need your money basically.

I had ordered these shoes accidentally when I was looking for slip-resistant shoes for my job, and so not even an hour after I had placed the order, I called the company to cancel my order, and they said they couldn't cancel it. The website said nothing about no cancellations, and so I ended up getting the shoes in the mail anyways. They didn't let me return the shoes even though I never even opened the box, and I never got a refund. This is a terrible company, and each time I called their customer service, you could tell they didn't care about the inconvenience to me or the fact that I just lost 80 dollars to shoes I didn't even want.
This is the only shoe I'm allowed to wear at work they are the worst shoes I have ever worn. Bought 3 different sizes and width to try. They hurt so bad I still have blood blisters on top of my toes. I went to buy Tennis Balls to put in the toes and that seems to work. But over all there are better shoes. I been in the hotel restaurant for I've 20 years. Hard as rock shoes.
Answer: I wanted to give them a second chance to do right. But they did not!
