I LOVE THIS BUSINES BUT LAST ORDER CAKE BOXES WAS VERY LOW QUALITY AND DAMAGE HOPE THE NEW ORDER GET BETTER
Placed an order for items that were "in stock". Got an email days later stating the items were not in stock and delivery would be delayed. I questioned how delayed the order would be 3 weeks later and was informed they no longer carried the item. They then asked me if I wanted a refund. Really? Con artists and I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially businesses.

I was able to receive a sample of the items I needed to review and they came in a matter of a few days. The items were of very good quality. It was very easy to find what I was looking for the descriptions helped me make my decision and the checkout process was eazy. ( I wish they would have showed the total including tax before I paid, not that it was a deal breaker but it would be nice to know)

I purchased a funnel from Webstaurants to make hard candy. My old funnel, from a different company, had a plastic nozzle that popped off after multiple uses.
I purchased this one because it was all metal. However, after my very first attempt, I opened the nozzle and not an ounce of the liquid came out.
When I contacted Rita, via chat, I asked about the return policy and she said they only except returns on unused item, and they charge a 30% restocking fee, no reimbursement for original shipping, and an additional charge for the return shipping!
I then told her that my item wasnt working and she responded that that was a warrant issue, and that my funnel didn't even have a warranty on it.
The agent asked if she could help me 'fix' the issue with the product. I told her I used it with liquid candy and her response was "I'm sorry that this is not working with the hard candy, and that would be a unique application, and not one that is recommend for this dispenser."
Even though I had already told her that I've used funnels in the past without this particular problem.
She made it very clear she would not put forth any effort into helping me.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told:
"I am able to work with you directly, as we are able to assist all customers directly. I'm sorry that the dispenser is not working for your application, and since it was used, we cannot look into a return. Additionally, there is no warranty included with the dispenser to review this further. For products that offer a warranty, that would be listed on the items page. In the future, if you review an items, and you do not see your intended use listed as an option for the product, please feel free to chat in with us, and we can review to help advise if that would be a good product for your need".
So in summary, 'I can help you, but I won't because our customer service was made to help the company and not the customer.'
This type of customer service is absolutely despicable! This is not how a respectful company would handle their customer service, and this is a retched business model!
I will never purchase items from this company again, and am still in shock that they have the gall to run their business this way.

The product is not designed for use with a thicker liquid such as liquid candy. Because this is not the intended use, and there is no warranty, we will not be able to issue a return and refund, as the product has been used.

These charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and distance the order is traveling. Usually, the more you purchase at one time, the better your shipping cost will be per item. It is also more cost-effective to ship to a business as shipping rates are lower to commercial addresses. With regards to returns, the reason that we charge a restocking fee is to keep costs, and ultimately our prices, down for our customers. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed. I ordered a product which I did not receive. The shipping tracking number was no correct and did not correspond to any shipping company. I could not track my shipment. As it turned out I never received my shipment. I lost at $70.00 purchase. They are a scam. Stay away from this company. There is no way to contact them by phone. The "on line" chat is a scam as well/

Bought the 3500 watt induction burner near the end of August. Tried it out for the first time about two weeks ago and it's immediately gave an error code. Reached out to the company only to be told they wouldn't back the warranty. No effort to assist me whatsoever just took my money ship me broken equipment and then told me to go pound sand. Let's give a particular shout out to Danielle a the useless excuse of a human who works in the customer screwing center.

I purchased an $86.99+ 8.26 tax outdoor 2 burner stove. It's poorly made and would like to return for refund but their return policy makes it impossible to return due to cost. Of the $95.25 cost of purchase, it's going to cost shipping back the item $39.35 plus $26.10 restocking fee. The refund would be approximately 1/3 of total cost in the amount of only $29.80. Buyer beware. Read return policy before buying. I will never buy from this company again.

I received a table top fryer from company. It was grungy and somewhat beat up. I called and sent photos to customer service. Within two days a new unit arrived via FedEx. CS was polite, efficient, and very helpful. Did everything right!

Stay clear of this sham company. They sent me a different handle then they had advertised on their website. Then initaly wanted me to pay restocking and shipping fees to return. They also refuse to admit they sent me a handle for a different model then I have. This company sucks. And I paid around 130.00 for a handle that will be thrown in the trash since it cant be used on my model I have because the handle they sent does not have the attachment on it the other handle has. Dont waste your money. They told me the manufacturer said that's the right handle. I have a motorscrubber jet. The handle is for the motorscrubber jet 3 which is a new unit not the one I have. So that's a ridiculous response. They dont take responsibility for anything. Stay clear
