Ordered product get email saying contact them. Called was told they didn't like my email. Email company said this company has a problem that needs to be fixed.
Then they asked for me to send a drivers license for proof, wanted a DL, which has nothing to do with a email, I asked them to furnish their DL I was asked what for reasons and said I need to know who I am sending this information too. He immediately canceled the order and hung up. I truly believe this company was going to use the ID for some criminal act. Stay away from this company very alarming.
Pricing is agreeable The plus membership makes free shipping of any item a great option for small business owners and residents in the likes.

I purchased roughly 30k of cooking equipments from this company, one of the items due to the voltage not being what i need, i asked them to return it kindly however they are asking me 35 percent deduction which is $2300! That's why you shouldn't buy anything from this company since there are so many other great options such as Katom, Amazon etc.
I will call my credit card company plus take them to small claim court!

This is listed in the title, on the item page, and in the spec sheet. Typically, a product will need to have the original packaging in order to be returned. I can see that we were able to work with the manufacturer and request the return even though the unit does not have the original packaging, should you wish to move forward with it. They have a variety of merchandise and different sizes. Ordering is fast and easy. The shipping cost was a little too much thou. Other than that the store is highly recommended.

Received my order on 10/1/20. The jelly has a "best if used by 10/16/20" date. This is unacceptable. You staff says that if I use them (200) soon it should be fine. If this is how you sell all your products you should be ashamed.

2 months after confirmed delivery still no product AND they charged me $66 for a refund. After they confirmed the package was sent to a non-existent address they resent it to the same address WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

I see that you had contacted us on 8/17 stating that you had not received the order, and we started a trace with the carrier. When the carrier was not able to locate the original shipment we offered you a replacement order or a refund, and you confirmed a replacement order. When we advised that replacement orders will go to the original address (due to tax purposes/laws) we recommended cancelling the replacement order so you could place a new order to the correct/updated address. I placed an order for a sink with this company. Afterward, I realized I wanted to add more items to the previous transaction so I went back to my order. There is a function that says, "add items" on the order. I clicked this and added 3 other items. Then I received and was charged for 2 sinks. According to the company, I placed two separate orders. They told me if I wanted to return the sink, they would charge me a REDICULOUS 30% restocking fee + shipping. This is why AMAZON thrives... because of poor customer service like yours.

They send a wrong item ( lid for a brazier). They admitted sending the wrong item ($15) and I should pay to send it back ($15 postage) and they would charge me a 30% restocking fee.
