I place an order ( #*******) and pay next day delivery on 08/20/20 and 5 days later I find out that they haven't not even give my package to UPS and every time I contacted them they keep giving me false hope that was UPS not delivering and when I contacted UPS the confirmed that not package was received and all webstaurant did was created a shipping label and never give package to UPS.
SO PLEASE FUTURE VICTIMS DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!

Worse customer service I have ever seen. I ordered 32 black outdoor chairs from this company on June 25th. I paid close to $2000. 00 for them. They actually show as being delivered. They have not been delivered. The delivery date on them has been changed 6 or 7 times. As a small business, a restaurant, that has been reduced to 50% indoor capacity, we spent part of the grant money our city gave to us on outdoor improvements, so that we would have a fighting chance at keeping our business that opened February 1st, opened. These people have been impossible to work with. Offering us Navy Blue or Tan Chairs that could be shipped now, 2 months later, for $2000. 00 when our tables are grey and black. I have had to ask our customers to bring their own chairs to any outdoor events that we have had and we have been unable to use our outdoor seating otherwise. What good is outdoor seating without seating?
Don't bother with your condescending apology... Send me my chairs and a gift certificate for my inconvenience and loss of income.

Beyond regrettable buy, shame on me for not buying local! I purchased a wine refrigerator for $1400 dollars plus shipping, it was brand new, the part that was concerning to me is there was a stipulation of no returns on this product, i thought well it's brand new what do i have to really worry about? I called the toll free number to confirm there's no return on a new product and he confirmed it, strange as it was i thought it would be fine! WRONG right out of the box it did not cool, it turned on but would not cool one degree! Triple read the owners manual, called the toll free number off the company, it's in France btw totally different time zone! In short i was stuck with a expensive and new paper weight! Don't give this company your business! They don't have a showroom or a physical store there just a Broker! Save the headache and buy local.

I ordered IQF haddock plus 3 other frozen items 3 1/2 weeks ago. Nothing received. Each week I reached out to help desk. Each week they stated it was being shipped in the next day or two. They blame COVID for delay, but when questioned cannot explain why the delay when website continues to show all 4 items in stock. Apparently they are "fishing" for other unsuspecting buyers like me to become trapped in their scheme. They were reliable in the past, but not now. Not sure what happened but suggest looking elsewhere. Offering my store compliant number (Case **************) if you want to verify. Contacting them regarding this post may help them improve.

I made a purchase from Webstaurant and waited 3 weeks and they never shipped my order, I went to live chat and each time I was asked to wait 1-2 days for shipping. I decided to cancel the order and received an email saying I've received credit for my order and was told to wait 2-3 days and still haven't received anything. I went to the live chat again asking about my credit and was completely ignored, it's like talking to a robot.

Double check the free shipping is very misleading. To me it very expensive. The shipping is about third the cost of the item.

I purchased two items online on a thursday afternoon, need the items quickly so i chose next dat delivey. The items arrived on Monday. Contacted customer service to return the items and get a credit for the $39 next day air. Was told i would not be getting the credit and would have to pay return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. Would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

Terrible Business to work with. Their Shipping is way expensive and is poorly poorly executed. You will pull your hair out when you interact with the customer service team who will frustrate and waste your time and not resolve anything for you.

I understand it is difficult to get products during this nightmare, but getting a Back-In-Stock notice and adding to cart within 30 seconds then being told they are now Out-Of-Stock seems unlikely. Back-In-Stock means the item(s) are In-Stock for everyone, not in someone else's cart already from orders placed months ago.
If they were not available for everyone on a first come, first serve, stop sending Back-In-Stock notices until that is a true statement. What is the point of being added to the Notify list when the products are already spoken for? There isn't even an opportunity to place an order so we can be the "1st in line" when these products come back in again. I was told that the reason we didn't get any was because of previously placed orders. Ummm. Why can't we place an order so ours is an "In Process" order?
As a small organization, we spend a lot of time trying to get products that other much larger organizations may more easily have access to. Order more, spend more.
This isn't even the first time this has happened, which is why it is so extremely frustrating. Back to the end-of-the-line.

I apologize that this has caused inconveniences of receiving the automated email when the product may not be available for purchase. We do not open the product for more customers to place an order, so that we can limit the amount of backorders that we have. It is unfortunate that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused such high demand for certain products. We will keep working to get as many in as possible in hopes that soon stock will be readily available.
I placed my order on 7-21-20. It's 7-30-20 and I still have not received my order. Lesson learned, if you need the order for something urgent, order from Amazon. Shipment is much faster and a lot cheaper (or no cost if order is over $25). This will be the last time I will order from WebstaurantStore.

While we do try to ship from the closest location for our customers, stock may not be in that location and may have to come from a warehouse further away. Our processing times are typically 1-2 business days, and transit from PA to CA is about 5 business days, which puts the delivery date of 7/30 as being accurate based on the location of the stock. This place is basically the uline of the restaurant industry, super overpriced crap with trash customer service and a huge budget on marketing. They have all sorts of stuff and i was consistently spending money here because of the convenience of auto saved checkout information, that was saving me a decent amount of time on ordering. However after ordering some goods that arrived damaged, i realized they are wasting too much money on the customer service side, maybe better for buying toilet paper than equipment or machinery as they won't stand behind the stuff they sell, so probably just stick to the bare essentials and dont get anything unique, serviceable or valuable here.
