“Late shipment and horrible cust service”

I placed my order on 7-21-20. It's 7-30-20 and I still have not received my order. Lesson learned, if you need the order for something urgent, order from Amazon. Shipment is much faster and a lot cheaper (or no cost if order is over $25). This will be the last time I will order from WebstaurantStore.

Thank you for your review, Jade. I was able to locate your order using your information. The order was shipped from our PA location on 7/23 and delivered on 7/30. While we do try to ship from the closest location for our customers, stock may not be in that location and may have to come from a warehouse further away. Our processing times are typically 1-2 business days, and transit from PA to CA is about 5 business days, which puts the delivery date of 7/30 as being accurate based on the location of the stock. If you have an urgent need for an order, we do offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Additionally, if you contact help@webstaurantstore.com prior to placing the order, we can confirm where the stock of your item is located. We will also provide estimated delivery date ranges in the shopping cart under the green link that says "When will I receive my order?" If you have any additional questions about processing and transit times, please let us know.
