I purchased a square fabric table cloth. When I opened it, I was surprised to find that it wasn't a whole piece of fabric; rather a patchwork. Neither the on-line description nor the photo represented that the table cloth had seams. When I asked for a refund I was told there was a 30% restocking fee! On an item this company misrepresented?! By the time they charge me postage to return it, I'm left with a fraction of what I've paid. Run! Do not even consider!

While I could not locate your order with the information provided, I can provide you with information on our table cloths. If a table cloth is bigger in size, it will most likely come with a seam. On the product pages, we will have a section of "Customer questions about this product." One of the questions is "Will this table cover have a seam?" with an answer of "Due to the size of this table cover, it is made of two pieces of fabric sewn together, so there will be a seam where the pieces are joined." We purchased several items from here recently, and had lots of trouble getting any help when items came in damaged. The utility cart was faulty, and we have yet to get a replacement. We order ice cream cones, and it took an act of congress to get a credit for them. We sent numerous photos-- and they made us feel as if the crushed and damaged cones that we received was our fault. We paid outrageous shipping charges for the items that we had to throw in the garbage. And still got charged the huge shipping expense, and received nothing for that expense, except lots of headaches. It took a ridiculous amount of our energy to simply find someone to talk to and get a resolution. Way too much trouble. And we were a loyal customer who has shopped with Webstaurant for years. Not sure if I purchase from them again. I would like to feel appreciated for my business. I don't feel that this company cares-- they are so big, that the service side of the business means nothing.

You don't have to order case items on every item, although it is a little cheaper. But for home I wanted variety. I love the air neutrilozer by Rubbermaid. Hard to find but this place has it all!

Received wrong merchandise, called customer service twice, They couldn't understand the problem. REfused to actually listen, Kept promising to ship the right order, never saw it, never received it. CAn't add a picture of something that never was shipped or received.

I have ordered stainless steel utility tables that provided storage below, measurement cups, mixing bowls, a pasta rack and now Hocking glasses and a heavy duty stainless steel pot aluminum clad. Ridicule

This company start to be Ridicules, I ordered a table and I received the table without legs and screws, after a week I received the legs ( after complain) now I have to go to Home Depot to buy the crews.
Never again.

On top over an hour for that customer service

Poor communication to customers! I placed an order, the item description clearly states ships in 2-3 days... its been well over a week and not even shipped yet. On chat with customer service and they "estimate it to ship out this week". Not very satisfied customer, but they don't seem to care.

Most products ship from one of our warehouses within the U.S. However, since some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery times may vary. Common carrier deliveries typically range from 1 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping location. Ground shipping can typically take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. If your delivery time is over a holiday, please add an additional day for delivery. Our warehouses observe the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Shipping companies may observe additional holidays. All standard ground delivery times and common carrier shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If you need your order more quickly, you may select Second Day or Next Day in your shopping cart (availability dependent on your location). I've had too many disappointing experiences to count. Items often arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Whole orders get delayed when one item is out of stock. I'm not a happy customer, obviously.

Ordered 6 chaise lounge chairs. Paid $250 for shipping. They said had to inspect before signing delivery receipt. Took them out of packaging to inspect. Spec sheet said seat of chair was 27". When I went to put pads on 2 days later found they were only 21" seat. Company says they contacted manufacturer and they said they should measure 27" across not including arms. I only ordered the chairs because of the width! I didn't need to spend $250 in shipping for that size chair! I could buy that size at my local Walmart or box store! They offered me a return, but I had to repackage every chair in its original packaging and secure them to a pallet and I would be responsible if there was damage in the return! When I said no they responded as you see in photo below. They want me to package and box them and they didn't come to me in boxes! WHAT? How is the supplier and manufacturers error costing me money? They did offer that I keep these useless chairs and give me a $100 store credit. I spent $250 in shipping! Oh, and as a curtesy they would waive the restocking fee! LOL

Worst company
June 29, 2020

I bought four cases of glasses from them. When I open the cases most of the classes were broken. When I called the company they wanted me to take out the broken glasses, because they don't take damaged goods back, and To only send back the ones that were not broken. I asked him how he expected me to take out broken glass and he told me to go get a good pair of rubber gloves.
