Great products, great service. This store is on my short list when I shop for supplies. I've ordered multiple times from this store. Once, a package was damaged in shipment (fault of the carrier) and WebstaurantStore took care of the problem immediately. No questions asked. That's the kind of service I expect and what keeps me coming back.

There are rare occasions where our carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. Traces with ground carriers take approximately 1-3 business days to complete. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. Stay Far Far Away

This company is the absolute worst.
I ordered for the first time from them. I needed to return two items. It was torture trying to return these items. I was notified that they were sending two separate labels.
I printed them out and went to Fed Ex only to find out they had sent duplicate labels.
It took them three more attempts to send me the right one label.
I was charged for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee

When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed. I tried to cancel an order that had just started the process. Not shipped yet. One person told me it would ship 24-48 hours from the time I called to inquire, another person told be it was already in truck signed over to common carrier.
And shipping and 20% return would apply if I did not receive the item.

Thank you for your review, James. To help our customers, we do have an option for you to cancel an order from your account within the first 15 minutes of placing an order. If you need to do so, you will need to log in to your account and go to your Account Dashboard. Your most recent orders will show on the main page. Once you locate the order, click the green “Cancel Order” button on the right. You will always receive an email confirmation once the order is successfully canceled.

If this option is not available in your account, this means that the order has been sent to begin processing. You may contact us directly via live chat or phone to see if it is still possible to cancel. Once an order is in the process of being shipped out, we are not able to make any changes or cancel the order.

Their entire site is wildly misleading. They think by putting a vague disclaimer of "similar style" or something allows them to send you an entirely different product as long as it "functions about the same". I ordered a large quantity of bottle openers that they have pictures of as being blank. I received all of the bottle openers with some random etched logo on them. Chatted customer service and they wanted to charge me 30% because I was mislead. Totally disingenuous and predatory. Putting a simple note or example image that says "product may contain a different logo" or something similar would be WAY more fair. Reeks of scam/shady business practices. Also, they shipped a bunch of heavy steel items LOOSE in a giant box. Of course they showed up scratched.

If an item is ordered that is out of stock, we will contact the customer within 24 hours. Scam

They refused to pay back my canceled order charge even tax which they charged when l placed the order. They have worse customer service.

When the order arrived, it was refused and returned to us and processed as a standard return. We did make an exception to waive the restocking fee for you on this return. Because we did not receive a cancellation request from you, that is why the order was not canceled and you were refunded for the return. I do see that you were not refunded the tax paid on the order due to a bug in our system. I am very sorry for that error. I have requested that refund be applied back to you now. I spent $63.90 on a product that unfortunately was not what I thought it would be. I was credited a total of $14.80 which meant I had to pay a restocking fee and shipping both ways. So I lost out on $49.

I ordered two products on June 10th with next day delivery. On June 11th at 4:00 pm they had not arrived. I contacted Webstraunt and CS told me they would be delivered on the 12th- two day delivery. I paid for one day delivery. They would not have given me a refund if I would not have checked into the delivery status. I will buy locally from now on.

We made a purchase of two items worth over 20k, one times arrived on time, second still hasn't arrived. Contacted the company, they blame the "common carrier". Asked to return the item - since I have found an alternative. They want me to pay: 20% restocking fee, shipping both ways. If you can, find alternatives to this place. Customer service not helpful.

I love the selection of products but feel strongly that all items, when a certain amount is spent, should ship for free. The shipping on my additional items cost more than the products. I removed those items and will shop for them locally.

These charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and distance the order is traveling. Usually, the more you purchase at one time, the better your shipping cost will be per item. It is also more cost-effective to ship to a business as shipping rates are lower to commercial addresses. I went to their site and only ever viewed Cinnamon, placed my order for Cinnamon and they processed the order as Cumin. When I received I realized the mistake, and they refuse to resolve the issue. Told me I'm out $100+ and to reorder Cinnamon. Horrible company! Don't let them steal your money too!

I purchased this unit to find out that you cannot buy parts for this machine. It is not stated that no parts are available for this machine. You must check for available parts before you purchase anything from them. I will never do business with them again.

Purchased a product from this company. When it arrived at my house and I tried crank the unit it did not work. Could not get it started. Call the manufacturer talked to them they gave me some ideas on how to start the unit. Of which none of them worked. Since you can only talk this company by message (no phone) I started messaging them. Long story short Webstaurant wants me to take the unit some 60 miles away to have it fixed. I am still in a dispute over the item. Going on 2 months. Would not recommends purchasing anything from this company. They are not interested in taking care of there customer or any of the customers concerns. The few dollars that I saved have long been lost in the constants emails and non use of the product

Used Fryer

I will NEVER purchase from this place again! I ordered a countertop fryer from them and after inspecting it once I got it I noticed it CLEARLY had been previously used and they just tried their best to clean it up! I am LIVID! I would return it, but they charge a restocking fee not to mention I have to pay to ship it back! That's totally insane! NEVER AGAIN! Beware!

I ordered a case of coconut water and IQF fruit from Websteraunt on May 14th. It was scheduled to arrive NLT May 20th. However, only the coconut water arrived on time. The reason this is not a bad review is because when I emailed them about the delay they responded right away. Not only that, when I explained that I wouldn't be able to receive the order after a specific date, they totally understood and gave me a new estimate of when the order would ship. COVID is impacting many businesses so I won't fault them for delays that they couldn't have possibly predicted. Just got the IQF fruit today. Am going to try them again when things go back to normal.
