I had to furnish a property and I was on a tight schedule. I of ordered a 6 piece dining set that was supposed to arrive a week before my deadline. Of course, when I checked where my delivery was on the day it was supposed to arrive, it was in another state. I called a representative and asked when it would arrive and explained that I had a deadline for my renters and I ordered based on the fact that it would be delivered one week before my deadline.
The representative stated that it's at the McDonough, GA warehouse.
I called again a day later to get an ETA on my belongings and the first response I get is "I don't know." I ask approximately how long it would take to get from McDonough to Knoxville. The representative then stated, "your delivery is in transit and has not been received by our facility in McDonough."
I asked to speak to someone else about the issue and the representative transferred me over to a case manager. The case manager said "it would take a week or so for you to receive your furniture"
In the end I had to cancel the order and get a full refund. This is a poorly run company and is disorganized at best.
I have spent 4months trying to get a sofa from this people
1st order September 13 supposed to be delivered on the 21 never came stayed on backordered. Being patient until october 28. They would call and email you lying over and over again wasting my time but I wanted that color so I was willing to wait. I canceled that order I was fed up. On october 31 I saw same color but different set of the sofa. I ordered it with prayers it will be delivered. Was supposed to be delivered on the 7of same month nothing. I was calling in the meantime to makes sure like every day asking update nothing. I called on the that same day asking why they said we printed ur labels waiting for ups to come pick it up... I was so exited little I know just less then 24 I saw it said backordered estimates delivered 27 September I was so mad. This is crazyyy like for real dont waste ur time please read me well dont Im quite a patient person if I couldn't take I dnt take another human being would. Dont RUN
They offer two day shipping. I waited 2 1/2 weeks. Still have not got my item. I will definitely never buy from

I ordered a $200 item from Wayfair about two months ago with a delivery date of March 20,2022. Today, April 11,2022, I called them after they ignored my emails to their quote CUSTOMER SERVICE which there actually isn't any such thing there. They coldly refunded my money back. Not even an "I'm sorry" or something like "Why don't we see what has gone wrong". Not ANYTHING! So as a brand new customer and no longer one now, they just apparently enjoy wasting money on advertising when they can't deliver what they advertise. No one cared that they tied my project up two months or more since now I have to start from scratch to find replacement items. What a pathetic company, run by morons apparently using seed money since no one this inept could get a business to this size using the model of how they treated me as a first time customer. I have yet to see any "customer service" rep be so mundane, so unsympathetic, so machine-like absent of any personality or brainpower to understand the frustration of the customer they are supposed to be "servicing".
I bought a power recliner i thine 3 years ago I sat back in it and the back fell off I lookin to it and seen where the back connects to the chare was 1/4 inch plywood it just fell apart I throw it in the garbage truck today what a piece of junk you got me this time it wont happen again
I ordered a mattress the 22nd of December. We were moving in mid January and thought we would have enough time. We never received a phone call, and called wayfair to change our address. Two weeks went by and no mattress still. We were sleeping on the floor for two weeks at this point. In between my partner and I, we talked to over 25 people, no one knew what they were doing. I finally talked to a manager who said they could get me the mattress by the 22nd of February. I told her I am NOT sleeping on the floor for another month. She said she would try her best and still no one contacted me after that exchange. I talked to another supervisor who said she would help me, but 24 hours went by and she had not contacted me with any news. I asked her to cancel the order and that was the FASTEST thing they did during that whole transaction. The most I was offered was a 10% coupon. Sorry wayfair, that is not enough. In fact, thats pretty insulting. Looks like these guys are just greed filled jerks who dont care about customer service because they know theyll make a buck somewhere else. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I made an Order with Wayfair for a present, the next morning I got an email that Wayfair had cancelled my Order due to their company's algorithum for deciding if my credit card was valid. I called the company number and a sales person answered, I had to give all the information again for the order, which they stated they would have to go through their billing department as it was rejected the first time so I had to go back on the site to order again, now the price was up by $20 from the night before, but they (the site) gave me a 10% discount, I went through all the ordering steps, and GUESS what, they did not give me the discount, so due to their error I ended up paying over $20 more. I would NOT Have done this but this was a gift my niece specifically asked me to get. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
Wayfair is frustratingly terrible.
Ordered a cabinet and was promptly sent the item in the wrong color. Called up Wayfair to return/replace it and they said "no problem, just upload pics and we'll get it taken care of right away." I uploaded the requested pics and thought to myself how easy and quick this mistake was going to be fixed.
NOPE. The resolution center never replied to my email so, I called them and they apologized and said they were sending me a replacement immediately - they even gave a delivery date. Did I get it replaced?
NOPE. Delivery date came and went with no replacement. However, I *did* get an email offering me 20% off if I kept the wrong item they sent. I call Wayfair up to see why I got this email and not the replacement.
They tell me that this is in the hands of the resolution center and they can't help. I ask to speak to someone at the resolution center and am told that the resolution center doesn't take calls and only communicates via email. Note that the last time I emailed them (with the pics) I got NO response.
So, here I am nearly 3 weeks after receiving the wrong item and Wayfair has constantly lied about the status of my issue, or at the very least done everything they can to delay or otherwise prevent this from being resolved.
Bottom line, Wayfair is not to be trusted.
They might get you the right item but, if they don't prepare for a frustrating, time-consuming, Kafka-esque experience which may never resolve.
Wayfair policies addressing their internal problems is imposed on their customers where the customer cannot get any resolution. Could not get to a manager, one attempt was a hang up and another--she said--"an almost supervisor" would not let me talk to a manager.
Wayfair internal problems are: (1) A $.42 short-pay problem between Wayfair and their partner, Paypal, prevented an order from being shipped, (2) The customer was not advised of the delivery delay because of this problem. I happened to call them only because the item wasn't received on their estimated delivery date. (3) Couldn't charge the $.42 shortage because the amount is too little to charge (4) Customer would have to wait anywhere from 24 to 48 hours for the $.42 to be credited by their finance department-and was told only three of the items are left in inventory where they could be sold while waiting for the $.42 internal reduction (5) Couldn't talk to a manager to ask to override Wayfair's internal red tape that the customer is subjected before the shipment can go out. Now I ask, who would want to patronize a business who imposes their internal problems on the customer?
I purchased a Radiator in July last year, after 3 were sent that had a damaged mirror and replaces, 4th one was fine. It was installed by a qualified plumber. The radiator has developed a leak at the bottom, no where near and connections. Customer services told me it had a 2 year warranty and escalated through to their resolutions dept. Resolutions have informed me as this was not a fault within 30 days of leaving the warehouse there is nothing they can do. The company called Belfrey was the company that supplied the radiator and has a 15 year warranty. I would never buy from this company again, how can a 2 year warranty only cover something that was reported faulty in the first 30 days, RIDICULOUS. ITS NOT FOR A TEENAGER. Bought this for my 10 year old daughter who is 70 lbs avg 9 year old, and it was just the right size for her. Better fit for my 5 year old. Wouldn't recommend this for a child over 10 years old.
Purchased a Power Reclining Heated Massage Chair. Line 4 of spec sheet shows Reclining Type POWER. Received the recliner. It's a MANUAL recliner. Called customer service was told to look at line 10 it states its a MANUAL recliner. Now why would the Product description and spec shower POWER and 10 lines down switch to MANUAL? It's called FALSE ADVERTISING.
We finally got Wayfair to send a replacement for the first damaged top table. The 2nd one came damaged too. We are going to keep it b/c I'm exhausted trying to hassle with Wayfair.
The Coffee Table I purchased has a smashed corner and a scratch on top that looks like they tried to cover it with a stain. The back and forth with Wayfair is awful. The last email I received from them said that, (the pictures I sent in), "doesn't look so bad, would you take 20% off?" I I know I'm going have to dispute with my credit card company. Highly recommend to not buy from this company.
It was another wonderful experience with Wayfair. This was my second big order. I was expecting nothing less than perfection. I look forward to doing business with Wayfair in the future!

We ordered a 10x12 outdoor greenhouse from Wayfair about 2 months ago. It supposedly shipped out but every time we tried to track the merchandise, it said it was "in transit". Becoming concerned, we called Wayfair, only to find out that it was shipped out in 2 pieces, one piece which was sitting in a storage facility 20 miles from our house and the other piece, lost. They offered to re order the 2nd piece, failing to tell us it was out of stock and would take another 2 months to get to us.
So, we completely cancelled the order and ordered the exact same greenhouse for less money through another vendor. I cannot tell you how disappointing the lack of transparency from Wayfair was to us, such that we will never shop there again. The laziness on their part to never attempt to get in touch with us is inexcusable. The person I spoke with in the phone could have cared less that we were inconvenienced and offered up nothing in return. This item had been discounted almost 600 dollars after we purchased it to add insult to injury.
This whole experience from start to finish has soured us completely from ever ordering anything again from this company.

Just don't do it. I didn't get half my items, and then when I called customer service, they told me that I was out of my time frame and there was nothing that they could do. Bad all around!
I ordered a office chair on November 10,2023. Today is November 22,2023. My order has said "pending shipment" the entire time. I called to cancel the order because of the delay but Wayfair would not allow me to cancel because it was "pending shipment." This is unacceptable.
