Next year is my 50th year of being a cardmember. This year has been the worst "service" I have yet experienced. Just a company that has gone downhill with poor management. Made a $1000 purchase yesterday and today they are already hounding me for payment when I had a zero balance prior. What happened to 30 day billing cycles?

I ordered a $200 item from Wayfair about two months ago with a delivery date of March 20,2022. Today, April 11,2022, I called them after they ignored my emails to their quote CUSTOMER SERVICE which there actually isn't any such thing there. They coldly refunded my money back. Not even an "I'm sorry" or something like "Why don't we see what has gone wrong". Not ANYTHING! So as a brand new customer and no longer one now, they just apparently enjoy wasting money on advertising when they can't deliver what they advertise. No one cared that they tied my project up two months or more since now I have to start from scratch to find replacement items. What a pathetic company, run by morons apparently using seed money since no one this inept could get a business to this size using the model of how they treated me as a first time customer. I have yet to see any "customer service" rep be so mundane, so unsympathetic, so machine-like absent of any personality or brainpower to understand the frustration of the customer they are supposed to be "servicing".

Purchased a bike and was told when I bought it that it would ship July 1.9 days later it still hasn't shipped and they will 1) not answer their phones, and 2) not respond to email customer service requests. So I had PayPal block payment. Never again. These are just plain new-fashioned scammers. Trust me--go somewhere else and buy from someone who is legitimate. If they do turn out to be a legitimate company, then I rate them right up there with ComCast as the epitome of a poorly run business. The very least you can do is notify your paid customers if you can't ship instead of keeping them waiting. What a poor business owner.

STAY AWAY--these are crooks. I have ordered twice and not gotten what I ordered, and received something substantially less, half the value. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR HYPE about resolution--they are Chinese and are protecting their buddies. This is not a US site but a Chinese site. Not that they have taken everything but now they have to steakl it too. After a dozen emails, I still get no help. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY.
