My Grandson loves Cows. Of course now a days it is so hard to find the dang things. He is 6 1/2. Wants to decorate his room. But oh did I find stuff his favorite is his lego storage Cow. Plus they sent it to him in Texas.
I have purchased one fireplace in 2021, and the item was sold even though it was out of stock, so i cancelled the purchase. The problem is that I financed it using Easy Financial, and I have already paid for the delivered products, however, they keep deducting from my bank account every month. I've sent at least 4 e-mails to Wayfair and Easy Financial and I did not get an answer. Terrible customer service, selling an out of stock product and deducting from my account every month even though i already paid the full price. They ignored all my attempts of contacting them. I do not recommend buying on Wayfair and I would not like anyone to be experience that level of disrespect.
Just moved into a new house so thought about getting cheaper products. They look great on website but cheap rubbish when you get them... reviews are not posted for products unless good... beware. I will be taking further
Our outdoor furniture is just what we wanted. Quality great. Ease of assembly and excellent value for the money. I looked at many conversation sets this was by far the best online. When it arrived it really met our needs. Would strongly recommend.

Terrible experience with outdoor upholstered furniture. Foam material disintegrated after two months and they would not return, replace or repair goods. Lousy lousy customer service. I am in the design business. This company will not last selling inferior product. I have photos too! Very bad!

Constructing Wayfair furniture can be quite arduous. Returning an item is a prolonged negotiation with hostile customer service agents. I will not use again.
They do not own their product they sell, once you place an order then they contact the manufacturer, hence why delays of shipments, horrible time trying to return and no quality assurance. Buyer Beware!
Ordered a pool table got no email of scheduled delivery date but did get a text from a driver who said he was a hour from my house. I explained I could not be ther for room of choice until later was told they could leave or reschedule in 10 days. Left on car port. Paid for assembly at this time realized the rails were broke forklift. Make this a sort story original order placed 07/30 and it is now 09/13 and still do not have replacement Wayfair blames shipper and I blame the ones who took my money Wayfair. Will never buy from this company again.

Placed order. They promised delivery on 1/29. As of 2/6 no delivery. Fed Ex says no product movement. Even worse no customer service to call. They don't recognize my user name and password. Yes the pictures on the site look good. However, upon receipt and assembly you will realize the poor quality. The coffee table depicted here has a cheap plastic tape like coating over the top that began peeling off with regular cleaning within 5 months. Upon complaint they sent us a new table top which we obviously did not want. I mean ~~~~ We know what's going to happen in 5 months if we choose to clean it. When we pressed the issue we were continually told that we did not buy "accident insurance". So, since Wayfair considers cleaning your furniture an accident I would stay away from buying their products. It aint gonna last!

Shipping was fast.The cat towers I ordered where ok but not the best made. Very cheap materials and I constantly have to tighten them up.My cats rarely go n them so no idea why they always get loose. I am glad they were on sale. Hey are not worth the price paid though. I dont think I will order there again anytime soon.
