My Grandson loves Cows. Of course now a days it is so hard to find the dang things. He is 6 1/2. Wants to decorate his room. But oh did I find stuff his favorite is his lego storage Cow. Plus they sent it to him in Texas.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
August 4, 2022

I have purchased one fireplace in 2021, and the item was sold even though it was out of stock, so i cancelled the purchase. The problem is that I financed it using Easy Financial, and I have already paid for the delivered products, however, they keep deducting from my bank account every month. I've sent at least 4 e-mails to Wayfair and Easy Financial and I did not get an answer. Terrible customer service, selling an out of stock product and deducting from my account every month even though i already paid the full price. They ignored all my attempts of contacting them. I do not recommend buying on Wayfair and I would not like anyone to be experience that level of disrespect.

Excellent product

Our outdoor furniture is just what we wanted. Quality great. Ease of assembly and excellent value for the money. I looked at many conversation sets this was by far the best online. When it arrived it really met our needs. Would strongly recommend.

Fantastic home goods site for one-stop shopping. Made a recent renovation real easy for me to get every little (and big!) thing I needed. Great prices and love the rewards dollars. Customer service was amazing when an item arrived damaged.

Terrible experience with outdoor upholstered furniture. Foam material disintegrated after two months and they would not return, replace or repair goods. Lousy lousy customer service. I am in the design business. This company will not last selling inferior product. I have photos too! Very bad!

Recently received replacement cushions. Spring is nearing and we shall see how they hold up... Will keep you posted. It was not until I posted messages like this one did I get any kind of response.

Purchased a dinning set for $730.00 only to find it weeks later on Overstock.com for $539.32. Wayfair's consumer service offered me nothing more than 10% on my next purchase. I will never buy from them again!

Sent 3 emails each 3 days apart. Form letter email received that they would respond in 8 hours. Haven't heard a word. Poor customer service. Wayfair has gone down hill over the years and products are over priced.

If a company is not going to honor its word from the moment you land on their page, then there's no reason to trust them any further. Regarding their sale on April 26, it is stated on their landing page, "The year's biggest sale - everything shops free." At checkout they charged $52 for shipping a lamp. A Help window popped up stating "We are standing by, ready to answer your questions, place orders, and more. *******661.
Wait time: ~ 1 min
I waited 8 minutes - no telling how long they'd have kept me hanging, but I had more important things to do.
So, obviously, no sale. Their customer service ratings could hardly go any lower, and now I must agree. Wayfair is misleading at best, and I'm not about to stick around to see how bad it can get.

I see Wayfair.com merchandise on home redecorating television shows. When new and when placed in a newly painted home, items look okay. Most are flimsy and chip or scratch easily. Constructing Wayfair furniture can be quite arduous. Returning an item is a prolonged negotiation with hostile customer service agents. I will not use again.

They do not own their product they sell, once you place an order then they contact the manufacturer, hence why delays of shipments, horrible time trying to return and no quality assurance. Buyer Beware!

Ordered a pool table got no email of scheduled delivery date but did get a text from a driver who said he was a hour from my house. I explained I could not be ther for room of choice until later was told they could leave or reschedule in 10 days. Left on car port. Paid for assembly at this time realized the rails were broke forklift. Make this a sort story original order placed 07/30 and it is now 09/13 and still do not have replacement Wayfair blames shipper and I blame the ones who took my money Wayfair. Will never buy from this company again.

I wanted to return two planters immediately after they were delivered. Only 20% of my purchase price was offered as a refund. Other vendors provide a full refund for undamaged products in their original packaging. Very poor service.

Ordered a bath vanity on Feb 10 and 5 weeks later they can't locate the item. Construction has been held up. They tell you there is a 72 hour delay in getting information from their shipping dept. I will never use Wayfair again!

I will give no star at all. After 50 days waiting and numerous phone calls, they've realised that our item is somewhere.?! A total disaster. Not reliable, not serious(never get back to you with an answer).

Placed order. They promised delivery on 1/29. As of 2/6 no delivery. Fed Ex says no product movement. Even worse no customer service to call. They don't recognize my user name and password. I'm stuck with denying the charge when I get my CC bill. Lesson learned, never do business with someone that doesn't publish a phone number.

Poor quality

Yes the pictures on the site look good. However, upon receipt and assembly you will realize the poor quality. The coffee table depicted here has a cheap plastic tape like coating over the top that began peeling off with regular cleaning within 5 months. Upon complaint they sent us a new table top which we obviously did not want. I mean ~~~~ We know what's going to happen in 5 months if we choose to clean it. When we pressed the issue we were continually told that we did not buy "accident insurance". So, since Wayfair considers cleaning your furniture an accident I would stay away from buying their products. It aint gonna last!

I received conflicting information by different customer representatives that did not know what they were talking about. Totally unprepared to answer. Not acceptable

Shipping was fast.The cat towers I ordered where ok but not the best made. Very cheap materials and I constantly have to tighten them up.My cats rarely go n them so no idea why they always get loose. I am glad they were on sale. Hey are not worth the price paid though. I dont think I will order there again anytime soon.
