I ordered an item that showed in-stock and short delivery time. It hadn't shipped 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. I was then told it was on backorder. They refused to cancel the order because it was being processed (although it is on "backorder still.?!) I purchased sheets from them a few years ago. Supposed good thread count and Egyptian cotton. They pilled after first laundering. By far the worst quality sheets I've ever purchased.
First, I have to say, my mistake I did not realize you are only given 30 days to return an item. I ordered a vanity and medicine cabinet, same color description, but not the same color at all. They were nice enough to make an exception to return the cabinet, however... I have had to contact Wayfair every day for the past 3 days because Fed Ex never arrived to pick up the return. Today, they told me I need to contact Fed Ex personally. I appreciate them accepting the item back, but it is not worth the hassle. I will never order from them again.
Through out the years, I have ordered a lot of furniture and big ticket items from Wayfair due to the excellent customer service. But my recent order will be the last one unless Wayfair changes its policy on price adjustment. II placed an order for this bed 2 days ago and today it went on sale. I called to request for a credit of the difference and Wayfair refused to credit back the difference for the price adjustment. I have never experience such a policy with any other major online retailers before. I was planning on redoing my loft and ordering a new sofa and coffee table, entertainment center, etc. But based this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering them from Wayfair, which is unfortunate because the only reason I ordered many pieces of furniture from Wayfair in the past is due to the good customer service. However, the policy of no price adjustment really discourages me from ordering from Wayfair ever again.

Wayfair sucks! I bought a $3,000 dollar Murphy bed frame and when it was delivered one of the boxes was missing. I couldn't build the bed whatsoever. I did get all the boxes for the attached shelving. But I had guests coming the following week. I called wayfair they said they'd operate within my time constraints and find the box. Next thing I know, 2 days later, I get an email saying it could take 6 days to do a dock search. I called wayfair back the next day and they said there's nothing they can do. They're looking for it and won't be able to get it to me in time. So I have to go and spend more money to buy a bed frame so my guests aren't sleeping on a mattress on the floor! I asked if they'd do anything to help out and they said no it looks like you are going to have to just go buy another frame!
Don't waste your money on wayfair! Even with the shelf part of the bed I did have the boxes for and was able to put together it's not even that great of quality. It's made just like those $30 mainstays cube book shelves you get from Walmart.

Ordered my bed in September before I moved into my apartment. I love this bed I had a king size that I bought. I just moved to a smaller place and had to buy a smaller bed. I received the bed but the box was open with no screws, no instructions or legs. I looked everywhere. I called them and they said they will send them. I waited almost 2 Months and called again several more times. Finally only the screws showed up 2 Moths later. No legs or instructions. Their is no instructions to this bed on the internet or on the website. In the meantime I have been sleeping on a loveseat. Geez. I am so mad at them. Buyer beware of this company. I still don't have a bed. They said to donate it and I did. I have bought a lot of stuff for my business as well. With only a few hiccups. We will be using another company. Shame on you. I will provide pictures.

I placed an order with lots of small parts and had to return just a few however Wayfare will only let you return each item to specific warehouses that are all different so you have to pay $15 a pop from multiple boxes just to have a few small returns do not recommend order somewhere else!

Upon delivery mattresses are not included and the only thing they could offer was a 10% discount on a mattress. I ordered a desk from wayfair and had the assembly package. They damaged the desk in 2 spots. I called wayfair they said I had to call the maker Bush so they transferred me. Bush said due to it was damage from assembly I would have to contact wayfair. I called wayfair again they said nothing they can do I have to call Handy for resolution.
