Lyndsey a CS Manager was the least helpful person i have ever dealt with. I have spent close to $10,000 at Wayfair over the last 4 years. I wasnt asking to refund the merchandise. Just the $155 i paid to expedite the order. Wouldn't even make a gesture except for a 10% coupon that anyone can get on any coupon website. If a company wants to keep a customers coming back they have to always make exceptions to the rules. One upset guest will tell 10-20 people and on & on! The order will arrive on exact date that Wayfair offered without any expedited shipping! Why do they offer if they cant fulfill this!
Mark my words i will never use Wayfair again and every chance i can get i will leave a bad review. I cant return the items because i have the guests in the home for 8 weeks. The boxes will have to be put in the garage til we can put together after the guest departs!

I received an email from Wayfair thanking me for an order for something I did not order. I called Wayfair and told them I did not order the product. It was showing shipping to some address I have never heard of. They cancelled the order but never gave me a refund. I called them and they told me to get the charge removed I had to dispute the charge on my credit card and then they would not reply to the dispute so it would be removed as a charge on my credit card. This was the only way for me to get a refund. My credit card company did it but now they are having to send me a new card. Now I have to go to all of the places where I have direct charges to my credit card setup which is a lot because this is my business credit card. This is a VERY POOR way to do business.

They still won't credit $179.42 back for a refund that i received from a manger by email over a year ago, so citibank wants payment, i have a dispute on it but wayfair refuses to honor the emai from their manager to credit my account! I received a mixture of two different beds in one box. I ordered the Tufted Upholstered Storage Platform Bed but received the drawers from it but received the rest of the bed from Airi Upholstered Bed with Adjustable Headboard. When I called customer service because my assembler stated he was missing some item they could not identify the missing piece and asked me to send a picture of the instructions. The customer service rep should have acknowledge I had the wrong bed but she did not although she did not understand why my assembler had different instructions for a bed that was not what I order. So currently I have part of a bed put together and parts arriving for a bedframe that will not fit. Could I please have a full refund for the bed@ $439.99 and $51.99 protection plan. I am to old to continue to be worried about if you are going to provide me what a paid for. I am also to old to continue to pay someone to bring the ordered items from Wayfair to my door. Although I did not pay the manufacture I paid Wayfair I would have to wait 1 - 2 days to receive a response on whether or not I would receive a refund. This is my first time ordering from Wayfair and my last. When it comes to you as a customer you do not matter. I ONLY WANT MY FULL REFUND for the bed and the 5yr protection plan!

If I decided to keep the broken unit I would receive a 25 percent refund. They are genuine crooks. I will make a big effort to tell people NOT to buy from them after which I will contact the Better Business Bureau. Is it worth not sending a new unit or giving me a full refund? I don't think so.
Purchased a lamp, next day when I look at my credit card, there was a charge of ~$850. The lamp was only ~$100. Checked the order and 4 coffee tables were added to my order. I called Wayfair to understand what had happened and they were great and sent me shipping labels free of charge for me to return the items. I'm a business customer and placed a large order of several furniture items with Wayfair. Many of the items arrived damaged or defective. I contacted Support and was told a team member would get back with me within 24 hours to help me. Five days later, I finally heard from someone at Wayfair, and they wanted me to box up the large furniture and ship them back. By this point, I had given up on receiving a response from Wayfair and repaired the furniture myself, so I asked for a discount instead. They agreed to a 5% discount (you read that right — 5%). Not impressed at all. I'll be looking for a different vendor that's more responsive and who can deliver items in good condition.
Ordered a Bathroom Vanity for our Bathroom Reno. We were provided with a delivery date and time, and on the date of delivery, we were sent texts throughout the day to advise of the delivery time. We then received numerous texts in the evening apologizing that they were going to be late, which happens (NO PROBLEM). We then received a call from Customer Service, advising us that due to Transport Canada Regulations, they could not longer have their drivers on the road. After taking time off work to be home, and staying home b/w 1 - 6 p.m. I now receive this message. I began to complain on the phone, and the argument became heated, sue to my anger, and the customer service rep., just hung up! Absolutely disgusting! My wife then called them back, and she was told that the Vanity which was supposed to be delivered Monday evening, now cannot be delivered until Thursday! They missed the delivery date, and now they want us to take another afternoon off work, and wait almost 3 more days to have it delivered, with no concessions at all. Or in the alternative, I can ship it back to Wayfair, and PERSONALLYT pay for shipping. Now if anyone has ever shipped large packages or boxes, will tell you that returning it by courier is not an option, as the fee for shipping, 1 very heavy item, can cost up to as much as 1/2 of the item (RIDICULOUS POLCY)! Please DO NOT buy from Wayfair, unless, it is a very small ticket item, or it is a product that you have not been able to find elsewhere. This company WILL screw you on the return!
I purchased a bed, but bolts were missing to hook up the bed. I wanted my full refund. The bed was $148 dollars. Wayfair takes out $71 dollars what I spent to ship this bed back. Do not buy from this company. The word will be spread. I hope you this company deteriorates quickly.
