Overall experience was excellent. The staff was patient and understanding. They worked with me and answered all my questions. I ended up purchasing two luxury watches from them and both were received well packaged and in excellent condition. Both were as pictured, described, and shown in their website. I was very happy and appreciative with WatchMaxx and for the service I received. I will buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

Bought a watch on Watchmaxx. Watch arrived, but it was in a square watch box, not in the original rectangular watch box nor did it include the leather water roll or leather wallet that should've come with it. Disappointed, especially considering their website advertises all watches come in"original manufacturer's packaging". Emailed them pictures and asked for a return shipping label and refund, as it is not as described and missing critical product components. No reply, so I called. The rep answering my call had a terrible attitude and told me I would not only pay for the return shipping myself but also incur a 3% PayPal return fee, even though it is entirely their fault. He then said he would have to end this call. So, I was left with no choice but to open a PayPal claim against them, uploading all relevant pictures and supporting evidence. A few hours later, lo and behold, received email from them saying they would now provide a return shipping label and a full refund with no PayPal fee. I sent it back, it was delivered to them next day, and it took them another 2 days to refund me and close the PayPal claim. They have lost a customer with their hostile customer service (sans the person who emailed me the return shipping label and communicated with mutual respect). I give them 2 stars instead of 1, as they did eventually refund me. Buyer beware.
