I have been a Walmart Plus Member for over two years. It is convenient but fraught with so many problems, I doubt I will renew. First off, the app is severely limited. You cannot change delivery times after ordering. If you get a notice that an item is unavailable, it comes by email not text so you can't pick a substitute. The substitute they pick will be the biggest upsell they can add. The produce is a whole other issue and I don't even get any produce there because it's abysmal. When you call Customer service the answering bot makes you repeat 3,000 times why you called before transferring. But more infuriating than anything, groceries are delivered without any notice. No knock, no text. I got a RING but they can't even press that. I had Walmart Plus in another state and didn't have these problems, this may be location specific as they are using Uber. And a last minor point, I never could access Paramount so counting that as a Bennie is useless. Below RING shot of milk just sitting in 68 degrees, no bag even for 40 mins before I had to answer door for another reason.

First tier support spends 15 minutes (almost all of which I was on hold for) to tell me I have to wait 48 hours to see if the package will arrive, after explaining repeatedly that it in fact has arrived and was empty.
Request a supervisor who despite claiming that he understands what happened, still 'has to follow policy'. Takes zero ownership, could care less.
TL/DR: Walmart messes up, puts burden on me to resolve, hires idiots, provides unnecessarily hostile customer experience.
Easy enough to take my business elsewhere.

Ordering a solar generator and 2sets of solar panels. After 3 edits of ship/delivery address, finally it read correctly. Placed order, 5 seconds later I received a message that order was being shipped to an address I lived at a year ago. After an hour and a half of trying to cancel and get confirmation of that unsuccessfully, I find a customer service phone number. The lying individual on the other end tells me cancelled and no worries. Next morning I receive a message that order shipped and is going to the wrong address! I am disabled and unable to retrieve large, heavy, bulky packages. NEVER will I ever spend a penny at ANY Walmart store or online EVER again! If you value your sanity, SHOP anywhere else! Just a total joke! And after now seeing reviews, I see I am far from alone in this situation. Apparently this is common place. Shop at a reputable retailer. This is anything but.

This Walmart needs to be investigated for racial profiling customers. To judge value in ignorance, so superficial value is wrong. I'm assuming more Walmarts in West Virginia do the same. It seems like a cultural mentality they are used to.
I was sold damaged product from a store 9 hours away while on vacation and when I went to return it at my home location when I realized, I was denied. I was then lied to about who was manager twice until finally told it was Ray Smith and immediately hung up on with no resolution. Not only was the original product sold faulty, but the stores ownership and custermee service leaves much to be desired. NEVER SHOP HERE! Take million excuses not to help when there is a problem.

I was charged $214.11 for something that is sold between $30 to $50. I tried to get help from Walmart support with no help, they will not refund my money or give me what I paid for.
I ordered from Walmart.com the seller is exhome i bought snowshoes proof is included I was told on February 1st I would 100% forsure get them February 6th proof is posted, i try to contact Walmart and get told I am a liar and he will make sure I never get my property I paid for, or my money back even with all of the proof. I was forced to file criminal charges state and federal for theft by deception as well as wire fraud, make a report with the BBB, FTC, FCC, FEDEX, and Concemer Protection because of the very clear violation of the consumer protection act. I am also forced to write reviews every where I can in hopes Walmart will not do this to others. " ALSO NO I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM WALMART OR THE SELLER.

Avoid Walmart Delivery (and shipping as you can get a delivery when you select shipping): The driver (like Symphony, Monica in the Bay Area) will come and make a picture of your package in front of your door, and leave right away with your package: For Walmart, it's a proof of delivery, and will not refund. And even if you selected 'Shipping' on purpose, they will make a 'Delivery' for their convenience with their unreliable drivers. I'm going to delete my Walmart Account as they don't listen to their customers.

I eliminated this store from my life. They are hopeless. I better pay higher prices for EVERYTHING on Amazon than will lose my nerve with walmart. I cancelled the membership and requested the refund. After I opened the case on PayPal, the source I paid from, these i*iots send me partial refund to the credit card, which was closed a year ago. To make the long story short, I keep the dispute open on PayPal and will be sure they returned my all money. I will drive to any of FoodLion, Publix, Harris Teeter, order Amazon Fresh online, but never-ever want to hear the word "walmart" until my grave.
Grocery pick up is great service but bags are not provided. Be careful driving home with that glass jar of pickles Rollin around. Hope you don't have to stop fast with a child in a car seat could get messy not to mention dangerous. I called corporate 4 times over 10 days to discuss my concerns, each time being assured someone at corporate would call me back, never got that call. Safeway is my new store, they provide bags and don't blow off their customers.

Walmart does NOT actually sell this item (or anything else online, for that matter). I ordered it, they charged my card for $267, and five minutes later they canceled the order. They said that the item is available, but it's standard procedure for them to cancel all first orders due to "unusual activity", and that anyone must order anything TWICE. I am not going to hand them over my money a second time. That sounds very sketchy and illogical to me. They also said that they will take 10 business days (which means 15 calendar days) to refund me. This is obviously fraud. Walmart are con artists.

I usually am an Amazon.com girl, but i thought to give Walmart a try. My package is late. Initially 2-3 days is how long is was to be shipped. It's now been DOUBLE that and no sign of my package. I'll stick with Amazon.com. Cheaper is not always better. Lesson learned.

Last night (02/20) my wife got a call saying she was selected for Walmart in Aurora, CO and the person said she would email her and so far nothing.
Furthermore, when accessing the website (storejobs.wal-mart) an error appears: "Error!
Couldn't Retrieve Assessment / Job Tracker Status"
And when I called the Walmart number +1 *******267, the person who answered said that the application for the position expires in 30 days and that we would have to redo the application, but on the Walmart website itself Careers states that the application is active until 05/03/2024.
I don't understand! Inform candidates clearly and sincerely! Keep what they say!

They are to huge and they don't care about there consumers. Every time I step into a Walmart I get a dingy unclean feeling. Its because there reputation and customer service has been horrible for so long that they will never be able to change there brand around
Be very careful this year when shopping online with Walmart. They are specific to NO RETURNS for the Black Friday deals. And, if you fight back, they will "block" you from ordering.
My issue: Fed Ex has only ever delivered 1 package I ordered online through Walmart. This last time, it was baby items as I was just notified I will be a first-time Grandma. Only the car seat arrived. When I contacted Fed Ex, they told me to go get the package. When I called Walmart, I was told only one item could be refunded, the other 2, I would have to contact the third-party sellers. I "begged to differ" and was promptly hung up on. By my 6th call, I was livid. Long story short, they won't be refunding my money for items I did not receive, and I am "blocked" from ordering.

I used to enjoy shopping at Walmart in the past. Walmart used to be a reputable store. Now mostly empty shelves, clutter, pallets and often shopping employees blocking isles, treating customers as an inconvenience! Repetively encountering employees that are rude, some that speak no or broken English. Then today I had to politely ask an employee to please move her huge cart to the side so customers could get past her in order to shop. Her cart placement was blocking the entire isle, customers, the traffic flow backed up in both directions. Only to have the employee quickly snap back with a smart reply of " all you had to say was excuse me, you don't need to be rude" Really? I had been polite, however, this employee not so much. Clearly she was shopping for on line shoppers, moving this big cart down the center of narrow isles, impeding
Present shoppers from moving through, then having the audacity of acting all indignant when asked to move her cart to the side, and yells at me, the customer for requesting throughway? Now I am personally done with Walmart. Seems they have forgotten all things pertaining to customer service. Employees rude and disrespectful, stores poorly stocked, dirty, half the check out lines closed. The whole shopping ordeal horrible! Although with budget being tight, I would rather endure spending more simply to have that pleasant shopping experience Walmart used to be!
Constant receiving damaged products like smashed breads and snacks, broken eggs (a lot of broken eggs like 13 out of 60) Packages with holes in them, missing items that I was charged for...etc. Some delivery drivers are nice, but some are miserable and just should not be interacting with customers.
If you are disabled like I am and this is your only option for groceries at reasonable prices, you're screwed like me. If you have any other option at all then avoid Walmart delivery.

I ordered Probiotics from Walmart.com and to my surprise the product I received is labeled as Made in USA but it came from Shenzhen China via California where another label was attached (see attached photo) on top to appear that it came from USA.I never expected that kind of loophole to exploit americans: stuff Made in China and sold here as "Made in USA" via a local address to avoid suspicion. I have 2 doctors in my family and they told me: never buy prescription medication made in China or India because of manufacturing conditions which can contaminate the product. Have you wonder why some medications are so cheap? It is not the gov. BS help, but the fact that they are produced in China or India. I attached the photo of the chinese product in review from Taoters (try looking on internet everywhere and you'll not find such a company/brand). On comparison, a product made in USA has 18 ingredients and the chinese one has only 8 (with no quantities specified) but labeled as the same: 90 Billion CFUs. See on the left the american made and on the right the chinese made side by side. So, the fact that the nutritional supplements are not FDA regulated it allows all sorts of garbage sold in this country. Buyers be aware: Before you buy something, run a search on internet for any reviews on the product and try to find out where is it made (which is very hard). However, I complained to Walmart and they credited back my money immediately.

I went to Walmart on Saturday March 2nd, 2024. My compliant is that it took me one hour and ten minutes to get checked out. There were on two lanes open out of about fifteen. When the cashier finally checked me out she said this was her first day. The line was so long it was backed up near the Pharmacy on the other end of the store. The self service lines were backed up all the way back to the meat department. I am visually impaired so I can't use self checkout. Walmart have gone to the dogs. Customer service is D-. No manager to be seen anywhere. Their stores are not well stocked like they use to be and their prices have skyrocket. They are like all these other stores putting greed before customers, as if they do not have enough money. Greed is taking over this country. I will think twice before going back to WALMART.
