Their site says walk-ins are welcome during pharmacy hours... tried three times to register on-line... site is not working. Called Pharmacy... no one picks up... hung up on two times. Went into the store... worst customer service ever... were uninterested in helping me... why do you advertise walk ins welcome... and then treat customers as if we are a bother!
They of course offer a HUGE amount of products at "great prices"... but they've killed small businesses, and their quality sucks. I purchased cat food, and the cans where busted when we opened the box!
Me and my boyfriend decided to just shop small businesses from now on... Walmart isn't worth it - money hungry people shipping everything from china.
I have given it 2 star but its on its way to 1 star. Today's Walmart is not what Sam Walton envisioned (yes I have met and spoke with the that gentleman long ago). Today's stores are nothing but a tribute to the greed of his heirs and that of the CEO / board members. (Don't blame the stock holders, many of them are employees and average folks with little say in the company). Current employees and clientele - Fifteen dollars an hour, most of those working or shopping there certainly don't deserve it, indeed many could be used as posters as to why abortion should be mandatory for some people. (Truth hurts, get over it). Once a great company to work for and to shop at, it has seen its best days pass it by. Target is better for the most part.
Checking myself out yesterday. Cat food was 4.98 on shelf. Rang up 5.72. I told employee watching self check. She didn't say a word...I said...I know, you don't care. Eventually she said, it's not that I don't care, I can't do anything about it. WHY can't they do something. They need to document the product for price shelf change. This was Walmart in O'Fallon, IL. Also, their personal shopper employees should be told that live customers get priority when moving up and down aisles.
Walmart is my go to place to shop online for all of my bathroom, kitchen, cleaning and house-wear needs. Where else can I get low prices AND have it delivered?!
They're really great about errors, problems, tracking packages, etc. Anytime I've had a problem with an order the issue was always resolved very quickly.
The only thing I will NOT do is buy any type of warranty with them. The company Walmart goes through for their warranty coverage is really, really bad customer service; delays even acknowledging that you contacted them. So for my electronics I shop elsewhere.
Walmart.com is the place to get your inexpensive items, gadgets, and clothing needs filled quickly and easily with an outstanding online shopping experience! You can get all of it shipped straight to your front door for less than you would pay in gas!
From staff down to the shoppers you feel like you entered Zombie-land. Manners are a thing of the past at Wal-Mart. It seriously lacks class. I would rather pay more then go through those walls again. If you don't mind that type of thing this your place! Have fun and try not to get run over by a shopping cart.
Great prices! Customer service is okay, but me and my wife enjoy getting things for our house at affordable prices because I was laid off a few months ago. If you have a walmart near you then give them go. I highly recommend their appliance department.
They have a thing of multiple packaging which costs mean more money. For instance order five items and they put one by itself and send the other four. Doesn't make sense and it makes me very mad. Otherwise their ok.
Literally every item I ordered is running beyond late, some items with no expected ship date. These are items that should have already been delivered and have either not shipped or will show up over a week late. Sure makes Christmas stressful when you thought you took care of things plenty early. I don't see why they even do online Black Friday if they can't keep up with the shipments. Why give us a delivery date only to continually delay it once they have payment and you can no longer purchase the items in store. I will never order from them again. I should have known better
So frustrating to use that I quit. I tried to shop and one wrong breath, you get locked out-period. "press and hold" button doesn't work. "not a robot" dialog won't load when you check the box. I'm good with computers and this is beyond losing my temper. Back to Amazon. Wrote Walmart a nasty.
If you want to lose your mind, try it. I already did that R&D for you though...

Order actually arrived weeks before projected arrival date. There was 1 item that spilled during the shipping process. Contacted customer service and they quickly took care of me. Quick, easy, great customer service
I have email alert on special's, so I was informed of deals too good to pass up. Pants $2 & $3 ladies tops. And free shipping to store on orders under $50. Everyone Love's a great bargain. Any returns or exchange are easily done. Convenient since I buy groceries there too.
Blue Parrot headset we bought stopped working after 2 weeks, they quickly sent a replacement and give you 30 days to return the defective one. 12 volt cooler we bought works great. I love the in store pick up.
I have tried to order medical face masks from several different vendors on Wal-Mart.com. I have lost over $100 because these companies do not have the merchandise and can't get it but they keep your money. Wal-Mart is simply taking advantage of this national emergency and really has lost my business. No more Wal-Mart.com you can't trust them or their sellers.
I've bought Turbo Tax from Walmart for years. You order online and then pick it up at the store so the package hasn't been previously opened or damaged. Sometimes they are out of stock but you still get it quickly
They are good about meeting arrive by dates. Quality has been better than expected for the low prices I've paid. Even ordered a fire pit and wood. No shipping charge no handling fee. Was more convenient than hauling from the store that was consistently out of stock and had poor selection available.
Self check out process assisted by store employee added two more entries of same value for same produce. That's $27 more added for cherries that I did not purchase. I had been warned but forgot. Two weeks later looking over receipts I noticed the error. Too late. I have warned others and will seriously consider returning. We can't even trust our local grocery store in getting it right. I'm a senior citizen on a budget! I can't afford this. SO BUYER BEWARE…,,
List "Free Delivery" and shows that in the price before ordering; later email adds a substantial delivery fee. Customer support says not sure we can fix this and nothing I can do. Other items are listed and then repeatedly turn out not to be available. Amazon has NEVER done this, Instacart has occasional errors but rapidly corrects them. What is the problem that Walmart can't manage online shopping in 2020?
I make custom shirt among other vinyl projects. Bought a 150.00 heat press got home and a sprocket was in the box instead of the press. Called no answer, closed. 0600 open I'm there, sorry for your luck. Walmart, a conglomerate corporation, me barely feeding my family besides the lost money from not having necessary supplies. Does it become standard practice to open all boxes prior to purchase? This product wasn't for a hobby but a living, I wasn't even questioned just told too bad. I didn't think to take pictures too shocked, I bought it at a retail store not s street corner.
Walmart will answer calls and has good live customer service, but they leave you to fend for yourself as to marketplace sellers, some of whom have no phone number or way to contact them. Not a great buying experience online although their are very friendly with their customer service.
