This is what I had to go through for dealing at walmart. I have been lied to and hung up on and I have not said one hateful word. I called the corporate office and get sent back to customer service were it starts all over again.
I have ordered online two
Dyna-Glo WK95C8 23,800 BTU Portable Indoor Kerosene Convection Heater
On order# ************** for $349.64, I ordered these items and in the special delivery instruction block I left the following "I am disabled and use a walker. I need this delivered to the back porch". This is not what happened. It was delivered by you delivery service down stairs in front of the garage. I have called customer service many times and have been lied to and hung up on many, many times. Again I was always calm. All I want is a full refund of the $349.64 for the mistake that your company's deliver system made in spite of the special instructions that I left on your order site that you all asked for.
I bet that if I had letters for a name and claimed that I am of the letters that I would get all kinds of help and resolution.
2.The order before this last order, there was also a disaster. Sep 22,2022 order|
Order# ************** I bought 2 250 tablet of cosequin in a bottle along with 2 48 lbs of dog food. Thank the Lord I got the dog food, but not the Cosequin. I called walmart they said that the would give me a $107 credit on the card that originally use. That was over a 3 weeks and a half ago and nothing. Just promises.
**As of 10/18/22 I called back to see where the escalation of my problem that they instant messaged me on a couple of days earlier. They told me that I would not get a refund and walmart will never do it.

I purchased a dehumidifier online on July 1st and was guaranteed free two day delivery and it never came. The status of my order said "shipped" so I attempted to locate my order by contacting UPS. On July 12th, UPS stated that a shipping label had been created by the shipper on July 2nd but they had never scheduled a pickup. I contacted walmart.com who then stated that it had not been shipped and that they could not guarantee that it ever would and recommended I cancel my order. Upon cancelling my order I was informed that I would receive a refund via gift card for Walmart... Being the idiot that I clearly am at this point I ordered another dehumidifier and had it sent site to store and it was guaranteed to be ready for pickup on Saturday the 15th. Surprise surprise, they didn't have it. Walmart.com was very unhelpful and at this point refused to issue me a refund because the item had "shipped". I will also add that I was chastised for using horribly abusive language with the csr such as "crap" and "junk". Here it is, Tuesday July 18th and still nothing. I feel frustrated and I just want my money back. $200+ they have of my money and I have NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT! FML

I purchased two sets of outdoor cushions from Walmart.com thinking that it would be easy to return the ones I did not prefer directly to the store. WRONG! When I tried to return them to the store, they would only give me half the price as the price online was different than the store prices. I had the receipt and I was trying to do the return less than 10 days after receiving the item! I paid over $250 and they wanted to give me just $120 credit back. The clerk said the online site is like buying items from a different stores - they weren't linked and I would need to call the online service department if I wanted full price back! I was in the store on hold for over 20 minutes and asked the customer service representative in the store to talk with the store manager. He was not there, so, instead, the Assistant Manager came over. The Assistant Mgr said to just overide and give me the full return, the girl at the counter explained that this was not possible and that they needed a code from the online company. In the meantime, the online company finally answers and ask sto speak with the store representative. The Assistant mgr tells the online company that he is taking care of it and hangs up while the sales associate is yelling at him telling him not to hang up. The assistant mgr was wrong - he could not overide without a code and we had to call back and wait again for over 20 min. The whole thing was insane and I was there for almost three hours trying to work it out. In the end the online associate gave me credit and the store was supposed to return my items to the online company. A few days later my return was taken back because the store never returned my items to the online company. I am still fighting to get my refund - AGAIN!

Walmart online store is a joke. We ordered a set of bunk bed online with each one was $129 an the mattress where a different price but all together we paid $210 dollars an since February we have been waiting for theses bed well a couple weeks later we got the mattress in the mail but not the frames so we called an talked to customer service an got the run around for like an hour until someone was able to explain why we only got the mattresses an they told us that they ran where out of stock on the frames they gave us a choice of either send back the mattresses an get a different empty frames with out the mattresses or wait for the frames to be in stock so we told we will wait. So so we waited almost two weeks for them to be in stock an we called an they had them so we again talk to someone an they said that they will send out the the full set frames an mattresses that all we had to do was send back the mattresses that cam with the now new frames witch we was supposed to get today 3\14\18 we made this call Monday 3\12\18 but like i thought the frames did not arrive today 3\14\18 like i was told they would so again we call to see what the issue was so we get put on an off hold for about 10mins an finally we asked to speak to a manager an told them the issue they looked it up an try to tell us that we only paid for the mattresses when i saw the oder we paid for frames an mattresses so i said that it was fails advertisment that i should get my money back them lying on there ad but no instead the girl had an attitude so needles to say Walmart online ads an store are liars an put up fails advertisment to get people to fall for buying things together then give them the run around. So thanks for waisting my time an my money

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! YOU WON'T RECEIVE IT

On Feb 8th 2023, I placed a single item online order. On Feb 10th it was delivered to a different address than mine… I called costumer service, the lady identifies me with my name, my order number, my shipping address and my billing address. However, weirdly, my billing address doesn't match the info I gave her. We keep talking and we figure out that my billing address is set to an old place I used to live at. The lady tells me not to worry, sometimes the order status shows as delivered but it's in fact on the way. She tells me to wait 24 hours and if still not delivered, to call again the next day.

The next day, no box on my property, I call again… I'm being informed that my package was delivered to my old address… why? A supervisor tells me it is the address I provided, there is nothing he can do, if I want my shipment, I'll have to go knock on some guy's door to hopefully pick it up…

Many things indicate that this is a scam.
-I provided my current address not my old one… I can't even remember my old address. My old address must come from an order I past 3 years ago back when I was living there.
-On Feb 10th the lady confirms the right shipping address, but on Feb 11th a manager tells me they do not have this address on file… it disappeared?cover up?
-The manager tells me I logged into my Walmart account to pass an other, which I did not, I didn't even know I had an account… Lies don't add up?

I paid for a product I never received. Walmart refuses to reimburse me, nor to ship what I paid for at the right address. Walmart does not have a photo proof of the delivery. If Walmart is having problems with their website, I do not see how I should eat the cost of that. Why would my shipping address disappear from their file?

It seems to me like they never delivered anything at all, but they try to make it look like they did or actually delivered it but won't admit their website is at fault. Problems happen, it's the cost of doing business.

I ordered a baby swing from walmart.com and it came broken so I called to return it and was told no problem they would send another one to the store and I could exchange them there. After several weeks and hearing nothing from them i called and they told me my order was cancelled because I had not agreed to an Affidavit that they set up for me, I was never told the first time about this so the woman issued a new one. Then when I went to agree to it I could not find it on the website anywhere. So again I called and after a really rude phone call we finally found it and I agreed. So then I waited and waited and never heard anything and called and they said it was at the store waiting nobody told me about this. So I went to the store and they were so rude told me I did not know what I was talking about finally I found a nice guy that called walmart.com and figured it out and walked me to the site to store to get it himself Thank you to him. On my way out of the store I was stopped like I was stealing it as well in front of a bunch of people. Then I got home opened it and the buttons were broken and it had a chip in it another broken one. Needless to say I called again and did the whole process over again, but of course when I went to complete it I could not find it again. So at this point I am so mad and pissed I decide to cut my losses and keep a broken one and never order again, it has been 3 months since I ordered the first one and 3 weeks since I called the last time and this morning I woke to find that they had charged our credit card again for the cost of the broken swing that I have already paid for. And when I called they told me I have to wait up to 5 buisness days for a phone c all from their financial department untill I can maybe get a refund. Just untill after christmas you know for $115.54 Sounds like theft to me I have been robbed by walmart. I have called my bank and you have robbed me give me my money now you thief!

ITS BEEN OVER 4 MONTHS

So i am only a teen under 17 and i have been using the iphone six s for about a year and i kept saving up for the iphone 12 mini and at black friday I didnt have enough money so i kind of gave up. Then my phone(Iphone six s) crashed completely. Well it turns out my mom purchased one online (FOR ME FOR CHRISTMAS) and it was supposed to come within like 2 weeks. Well Today its January 17 and it still hasn't arrived we called at least 10 times Aft er Christmas but they just keep giving excuses So we went up to the store after the Customer Service Call told us that the walmarts near us had none in stock. Well we went up there and they had 4 but only one in blue my favorite color. And the people at the store can't give it to us for the Black Friday Price so it was almost double and well My parents wouldn't do that and i told them I could wait. So here I am doing this writing this cause I'm not Happy at all

TO WALMART I WILL SAY THAT THIS IS ONLY THE LIKE FIFTH BAD EXPERIENCE IVE HAD WITH YOU BUT COME ON YOU CAN DO BETTER ALSO
I WOULD NEVER GIVE IN-STORE SHOPPING A ONE-STAR REVIEW BUT I FEEL LIKE I NEED TO GIVE A POOR REVIEW THIS TIMEW

I purchased a TV from walmart.com on July 22nd with a store pick up of July 28th. On the 28th it did not arrive. On the 29th i checked online and it stated that it would still be arriving the 28th. I contacted support to ask where the item was since the website still said the day prior. They let me know there was a delay and it would be there Monday July 31st. At the end of the day July 31st I contacted support again to see what had happened, they let me know there was another delay and that it would not be arriving until August the 1st, and if for some reason it was not there by the first to contact them so they can find me a resolution. On August 1st i contacted them again to say i went to the store and was told it was still not there. So i contacted support again (very frustrated by this point) and they let me know that there was a delay and that for sure it would be there Today August 2nd between 9AM-5PM. About 6:30 i decided to contact them one more time before i decided to file a dispute with my bank on the charge, i attempted to come to a resolution today. But when i contacted support i was told that there was some other delay and that i would not be receiving the item till Friday August the 4th. And that if i wanted a refund i would have to wait until "the item arrived" to ask for a refund. I have never had such a terrible shopping experience in my life and i have never had to file a dispute on anything else before either. Worst shopping experience i have ever had.

So I placed an online order that told me that I would have delivery Saturday May 13th. Then I receive an email that states all of a sudden that delivery won't be till Tuesday May 16th. Well that is not what I was told when I placed my order. So I call, and the representative says sorry nothing I can. So then I get put to a Supervisor Maricela, and she blames it on the company a BABY mattress is coming from and Fed Ex, instead of taking responsibility for it and getting it fixed. I even offered to go out of my way and pick it up from a store. BUT NOOOOOOOO that can't be done either. SO they lied to the me the customer, and then refuse to fix there mistake. SO walmart.com employees sit on there butts and get paid to do nothing. They don't care about customers, or the fact that it was for baby to have a mattress. Just to make it clear, there was no offer to help get something in place of the one order to get to the PAYING customer on time or to have it shipped through a different carrier if FEDEX can't deliver on time. OR to fast track the shipping and pay the cost since they lied.
So Nothing was fixed and had to cancel order cause will do me no good to receive on Tuesday when need Sunday. Shop anywhere else but walmart, they are liars and HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND COMPANY!

Delivery service is awful!

I used to use a car delivery service for delivery items from walmart and switched because walmart blamed the mistakes on car delivery service. Well now I realize it was walmarts issue.

Last weekend I ordered my groceries and realized I forgot some items and it was too late to add to the order so I went to walmart to get them. While there I got a couple notices that 3 items were out of stock. So I figured I would go see. And wouldn't you know it all 3 Items were in stock right where they normally are. I was frustrated but gave the delivery person the benefit of the doubt that they could be new and couldn't find these items.

However, today I ordered 7 items in total. Not a hard order. But apparently it was. I get a notification that the order delivered and I looked at picture and knew immediately it was missing an item. A big item! A 12 pack of paper towels. So I try to call walmart and after 3 calls, 2 transfers, 1 hangup and a "whats the big deal its just 1 item"...finally got someone who could help.
I explained what was missing, but the representative couldnt understand how I knew the paper towels werent there by the picture. So I explained I went right outside to get them and it wasnt there, just like the picture.

After getting over the language barrier I was finally able to get a refund for my $14.00 for my "whats the big deal" missing item.

Its frustrating enough to try to call multiple numbers and endure transfers that get you nowhere, but when the final straw is that the person I am calling doesn't understand English, it gets very frustrating.

So not sure if its a training issue, or what but I hope they fix it. I just had hip surgery and planned on help to not carry groceries up 3 flights of stairs.

Why Push a In Store Match Guarntee and then Dump it by the wayside. I'm Done With WalMart. Thats a Great way to send your Customer base to Target.
