After a very long chain of events / hoops they made me jump through in order to purchase online, the next day I was notified that my order was ready. Went to the store and it was NOT in stock. Apparently this is common. They literally ask you if you would accept substitutions, meaning, they DON'T EVEN CHECK FIRST... They just tell you they have a product and later, once you've already paid and are ready to get your item, figure out whether it's in stock or not. What a garbage, garbage company. Personally, I'm done with them all around - period.

Worst experience ever, i ordered an item november 13 they cancelled my order saying my credit card was the issue, which it was not. I reordered on november 16 with the delivery date on november 20. No delivery! Saying again it was my bank and credit card! This was NOT my bank or credit card. It was because they Do NOT have the item in stock anymore! After calling and waiting and dealing with so called customer service staff i have NO present for my grandson. NEVER trust walmart for anything again. I will never shop or deal with them costco has my business along with my families

They had a problem in delivery my package then they gave me a coupon for 10$ off in the next purchase but when I used that code, it was an invalid code so I contacted them to ask for a valid code and they ignore to solve it.

Despite terrible service both at the store and online I wrote a review on their website about it and they blocked the review. They had neglected to fulfill their shipping obligations on a $500 dollar purchase and when I asked the store to see if they could find out about what was happening with it they told me to go online to find out the information I wanted... which I had already done multiple times... then, before I could ask any other question they ignored me and moved on. So the review I wrote had to do with terrible service and shipping... they blocked the review I am assuming because they do not want people to hear about the terrible services they provide. They have yet to provide any answers as to why they provided terrible service, which is what I kept asking about in multiple attempts.

Quality of product is bad and very difficult to return when you buy things from their website. I bought 2 "oversized banket scarf" and they were mailed from China. They turned out very very light and small triangle scarves. Contacted customer service and the seller offered me 20% refund! Bad bad service!

If I could give zero I would. I have never rated a business a zero. I always try to take it up with the management directly. I can't seem to get anyone on their chat to understand my issue and they will not give me contact info for higher ups. I have asked to be emailed by a manager and they continue to call when I have told them I am in an area without cell service. I ordered a table and 2 chairs on July 30. On Aug 12 my husband picked it up. We soon realized there was no table. I called, I chatted, I was old to go to the store to pick it up again. It's not there. Now Walmart chat is hanging up on me and refusing to help. I try to call the store - Tecumseh and Lauzon in Windsor, Ontario and they NEVER answer the phone. What company acts like this?

Worst Return Policy
March 22, 2021

So we went back to return some items that was not what we expected. They informed us they don't accept returns without receipts. And wouldn't budge or offer any resolution. They say it was effective since March of last year. How would we know that is now the policy. We were not informed when we bought the items. Would we hang on to every receipt for every item? And end up with a bag of receipts and useless items we bought that was not to our satisfaction? This is a pretty stupid and worst policy ever by any store. Stay way from Walmart, any Walmart for that matter.

Over the course of my last 2 visits to 2 separate walmart locations in Victoria,BC I have experienced the worst from customer service staff (associates) at both locations. On the first visit at the Hillside location on February 19th I had 2 associates suddenly approach my daughter and I; start looking through our bags as we were cashing out and accuse us of not ringing in a tin of juice! The young woman associate deleted the item, then rang through for a 2nd time a tin of fruit, then was told that the item was there. She then rang through a tin of juice (that she deleted!). It was absurd and humiliating. She and her male counterpart were not communicating with us and were accusatory in their behaviour. This on an almost $200 order! And she deleted the item!

2nd experience at Walmart Uptown location. Had an associate (female) literally run up behind me after I rang in my order and asked if I wanted to give her a 5 star review, then she reached over and gave herself the 5 star review! Invasive and inappropriate behaviour.

Note: I'm a support worker who shops at Walmart at least 4 times per week for our agency and the clients I support. If their was another low cost option in Victoria I definitely would not be returning to Walmart.

Terrible and disgusting

Tryed to order a swing set online for 198.00$ went through the checkout. When I went to enter my payment method the price jumped 400$. Called them they weren't any help treated me like I was a liar. Never shopping here agai

Do not use this third party on Walmart! The product came from Europe in the middle of them being infested with covid. I didn't even want to touch it. I didn't realize it was not coming from Walmart itself. And I NEVER would have ordered anything from Europe at that time. I ordered toilet paper and it came as two open single rolls! Disgusting! Who does that. And from there at that time! I threw it out immediately, and because of that they won't refund. Horrible service! Did they really think that's the way to do business? The Ad was deceiving also. It looked like a package of toilet paper, not two single rolls! I still can't believe that.

Costumer service.

I order items from Walmart on may 20,and i received tracking number.The die day for delivery was May 24 I call and ask where is my items? I didn't receive any answer from customer service.I ask cancel my order on May 24.The customer service don't want cancel this order. But order not shipped yet.I call again on May 25 and i ask again cancel the order,and give me full refund.They don't want give me full refund and cancel my order. I spoke with Canada Post they told me this tracking number not available.I strongly not recommend order online from Walmart Canada.Horrible customer service.Stay away from this store.

I ordered mini sexy dress with christmas pattern and got huge sweater instead. I wanted to cancel the order because of late delivery but this company EYIIYE ignored my wishes. When I wanted to return it it was late because I am an essential worker and had no time to do it and also I thought they supposed to do more then 30 days for return as other companies in this covid time. Since that they treat me as a sh*t. Last answer was: You got what you ordered. Me: you lost a customer for only $30. Enjoy

You need to pay deposit to use the cart which I've never seen in other Walmart stores, looks like customers in Richmond Hill are all irresponsible and never return the cart to the base. When you pass the front door with the cart, the alarm will be sound most of the time and receipt will be checked, looks like you steal something every time.

My experience with returning a defective product was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never ever buy anything again. I will easily pay more to buy the same thing somewhere else and avoid having anything to do with Walmart. I realize now after looking at the reviews that this is a common situation. I have maybe learnt to look at reviews before dealing with a Compnay. One star is too many.

I thought its gonna be great to order here because its WALMART, but fckkk my parcel was canceled during delivery and says its returning to the sender. Then it says that it wasnt charge yet, but it was.
Been contacting them waited long hours and yet they will just say we will connect you to a agent as soon as an agent is available. Walmart doesnt have good online service dont be like amazon.

Worst online return ever.
Auto respond email says "return label and instruction will be sent out within 48hrs" it's been over one week and still no email or instruction from Walmart. Went to store to return and they said "since online order return is already created, there is nothing we can do at the store. Please call customer care" but how do you call if no one is working? Was on hold for over 3hrs and no answer.

Really to bad

It's really too bad that the service has to be that bad that customers lose and leave that it's awful as well as the site simple tasks the instructions to do them do not match what they say so they waste people time which by the time a customer is done they are annoyed and frustrated to the point, of "no return". The capture below is an example of how bad it is, "try" to follow that! It just doesn't work from beginning so there is no finish this is only a small part of the dissatifaction!

Poor customer service
March 28, 2023

I went shopping at Walmart and picked up a couple things from cosmetics dpt...when I left the customer service representative told me I could not leave and had to pay for product there. So I was not finished shopping and I told her I would leave items there and had to do more shopping and would come back to pay. So I went to other areas if store and when I finished shopping I came back and took all my shopping to pay there...the staff told me that I could only pay for cosmetics there...so I thought I would have to wait again in line to pay for other half of my stuff and I found it quite inconvenience so I just left everything behind. I purchased most of the items on Amazon

Bad customer service
January 12, 2024

Asked 4 different employee where the anchovies are. First employee said I am new here. Second employee said I don't know and walk away. Third employee said I only shop for online customer. The fourth employee said I am just visiting. Nobody knows anything at this store.
