Stay Away from their electronics! I bought a Sandisk SD card from Walmart September 21 2024. I put the SD card on my camera and it was not reading. I returned the SD card to Walmart the morning of September 22. Literally less than 24 hours later and they informed me they cannot accept opened electronic devices. I wonder what kind of policy this is! I asked for the manager and asked her How do I get to know something is working unless I open it? After going back and forth with the supervisor because the manager had to rush for a meeting, I finally got approval for an exchange. Stay away from buying any electronics from Walmart because once you open it, as the manager and associates informed me, Walmart does not accept returns on opened electronics. So even if you buy something and it's defective, once you open that box, the loss is on you. If you care about your time and money stay away from their electronic products. The walmart I am talking about is 1045 Wellington Road London On.
Customer service would be able to convince some old person not technically savvy with their response for the rest of us they are absolutely clueless. If they find your online issue slightly difficult they waste your time hoping you get tired and hang up or they put you on hold for an inordinately long time.
Placed an order & was to be delivered 2 days later. Order was delivered, but to wrong address ( delivered to same address, but West rather than East) contacted both Walmart & FedEx (delivery company used) both told me that case was escalated. 3 days later somebody else signed into my Walmart account & made a purchase & changed delivery address to their address. Reported this to Walmart & to my financial institution. Recieved a call later that day from delivery driver & told him purchase was fraudulent and NOT to deliver, but to return item to Walmart. Then recieved text from same driver and again told him that it was a fraudulent purchase & to NOT deliver,but to return it to Walmart. Was told okay, no problem, but delivered it anyways. I'm now out almost $400, my bank account has been closed & I cannot even access my own funds & all I am being told by Walmart is that my cases are escalated and all I can do is wait.
Ordered an induction stove,it was delayed for almost 10 days finally when it arrived I picked it up at customer service.Opened it right away as I needed it now.Upon opening it just to find the glass top was shattered returned back to Walmart and got my refund (went to Canadian Tire and bought a new one it was 50$ more but worth it beware when ordering online I will never order online again
After looking for a specific brand, boxed, frozen food item on sale, I asked for help from two "student-age" Walmart associates. They both looked at the Walmart flyer I had with me and directed me to the meat section. I looked there and couldn't see it. I went back to the two associates and they then pointed to a freezer with bacon and cold meat products, and again the product was not there. It would've been more appropriate for them to have found out where this sale item was located rather than sending me to look in multiple places where it clearly wasn't. I continued to look but couldn't find it, so I left without purchasing said item. This is not the first time, in this particular store, that associates do not assist customers. The location is the Barrie, Ontario store on Bayfield Street North. I will try another Walmart!
They sent a damaged item. Sent the photos twice via email. CS is giving a run-around. Asking to talk to a Supervisor to escalate. I was told they cannot patch me to the Supervisor unless the photos were sent. I sent it again and when they are trying to connect me, they hunged up. Called back and same routine. Customer service got Indian heavy accent and hard to understand. Gets frustrated when you want to repeat what they said. No wonder walmart is getting lowest review. You lost another customer in me.
Worst Walmart in Calgary is Northland Walmart NW. The service there is terrible, employees are never interested in customers, customers disturb them. These people are often rude and angry that they have to serve us. There are often long queues to the cash registers, and employees stand next to each other, talking to each other, laughing out loud,
and the cash registers are empty with no employees. It's dirty, there are mice and rats. I still have a problem with the old lady working at the cash register, she has very sparse, dark, dyed hair, she walks with a limp, she is very rude and unsympathetic. Now I notice that she has memory loss, she makes mistakes all the time, she can't correct mistakes, she once charged for my products and she put the customer's products on the cash register for me even though they were separated, then she couldn't fix it, she was furious, she kept making mistakes, she called for people to help, she told me to take the products out of the cart and put them on the cash register again, she kept looking into my eggs and looking did I steal something and hide it in the eggs :). This woman acts like she's lost her mind and has no memory. She is wrong, she makes bad, she doesn't know the products etc. This woman really bothers me, she is always rude, throws things, makes mistakes, doesn't remember. Other customers also avoid her and don't like her because once the cash registers were full of customers but no one wanted to approach her, everyone was afraid of her. This woman has been working there for several years, but recently something strange has been happening to her. She shouldn't work there anymore. She should retire. In general, the people working there are unpleasant, they often charge the same product twice at the cash register, you have to check the bills yourself. The lady with make-up, short, wearing a headscarf, at the costumer service did not give me $20 when I returned my clothes. She gave me less money. You have to keep an eye on them all the time. I don't like this store.
I have placed an online order 2 days ago. The postal code in the delivery address appeared wrong and I had to call their customer service. I was advised that nothing can be done 30 minutes after the order was placed, but to email the third party vendor who was a seller, with the request to cancel the order.
And that is when it all started, it is a too long story. First I got overcharged by 2$,than refunded that and then charged again the full amount; all of it on the same day. Calling the Customer service, waiting and then being cut off... and being told again to wait another 48 hrs for the refund. Not a good experience! I do not think I will order online from Walmart again and would not recommend that to anybody!
They consistently fail to deliver items & offer no solution or compensation for wasting peoples time every month!
Used to order frequently, prices have increased and delivery time is way longer.
Increased price of cat litter I buy by $4-5 a box and 1 months delivery, used to be delivered within 2-3 days!

Over the course of my last 2 visits to 2 separate walmart locations in Victoria,BC I have experienced the worst from customer service staff (associates) at both locations. On the first visit at the Hillside location on February 19th I had 2 associates suddenly approach my daughter and I; start looking through our bags as we were cashing out and accuse us of not ringing in a tin of juice! The young woman associate deleted the item, then rang through for a 2nd time a tin of fruit, then was told that the item was there. She then rang through a tin of juice (that she deleted!). It was absurd and humiliating. She and her male counterpart were not communicating with us and were accusatory in their behaviour. This on an almost $200 order! And she deleted the item!
2nd experience at Walmart Uptown location. Had an associate (female) literally run up behind me after I rang in my order and asked if I wanted to give her a 5 star review, then she reached over and gave herself the 5 star review! Invasive and inappropriate behaviour.
Note: I'm a support worker who shops at Walmart at least 4 times per week for our agency and the clients I support. If their was another low cost option in Victoria I definitely would not be returning to Walmart.

At your store in northgate edmonton, rudest people in all of canada. No carts, no riding carts for the disabled. They just looked on and did nothing while we cried in pain cannot shop without a car. You have no consideration for the disabled. Tried to complain. Your people would not even pick up the phone. Hundreds of carts out in the parking lot, but employees too lazy to bother to even go out there and get them. They did not even try to help or sympathize\your disability policy\i would say constitutes harassment which is now considered to be a tort by the supreme court and the courts of canada.\ you should not be doing =business in canada with so little regard for the elderly and for the disabled.\i think this is very hard to understand. Why are you not having reviews on your sites when other businesses do have reviews.\

I walked to Walmart in North Edmonton to purchase the Ufile tax software that was noted on sale on their website. The store employees had no idea what I was talking about and stated that they did not have the product.
I experienced the most unsatisfactory delivery service. The designated delivery timeframe was 11 am to 12 pm, but the driver arrived around 3 pm, consuming our entire day. Subsequently, upon arrival, he refused to wait for 5 minutes, displaying impatience in front of the building, where elevator usage takes time. Threatening to return the groceries to Walmart, he began unloading them outside, claiming inadequate payment for carrying them upstairs. Additionally, he criticized the quantity of our order, disregarding the convenience we sought through the paid grocery delivery service. This experience contradicted the purpose of a smooth transaction, and I hope this review reaches both the relevant personnel and potential customers considering Walmart's grocery delivery service.
I ordered a toy for my son almost 30 days in advance, he was supposed to be a Xmas gift and it was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of December the latest. I ordered from a vendor listed as Some-nameCA. I specifically chose a vendor that seemed to be in Canada to speed up delivery. After payment I received an email informing me that the shipping would have been delayed to the 10th of January and it was sold and shipped by wushu-something-china. On the 12th I received an email informing me that the item was delivered but we did not receive anything, and my son did not get his Xmas present in spite of my best efforts. Shameful.

L'assistant en ligne me dit que je peux les rapporter au magasin. C'est effectivement l'intérêt de faire ses achats en ligne.
