Plan on wasting your time. Went there for a vaccine appointment, twice and had to wait so long for them to fill prescriptions, that the second time I left.

The staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing, except for filling prescriptions. People who waited on me had to ask repeated questions from others, all the while the person whom knows how to do it, is FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS. Five people filling prescriptions. Not one could take time out.

One of the pharmacists actually said I could go somewhere else, as they're short staffed. WTF.? I was also told that the online aspect of filling out 5here forms isn't effective or useful.

I got anxious, as I was the only customer at the pharmacy. My wife and I decided to leave, not before I ranted at the manager, who appeared too old to deal with it. Certainly didn't have her house in order. Yes, there's two sides to every story as the only she said. But, the customer is always right, used to be respected.

There are lots of pharmacies in Fort Collins. I won't be back. I don't like poor, disrespectful service. They probably don't like me.

Nobody wears a mask. Even though Larimer County is on alert. None of the staff. Including the manager and pharmacist, who interacted in close contact with us Seniors.

The pharmacist actually took time out to listen to me complain and all she wanted to do was make excuses for her incompetence. She didn't say, "We're sorry. Why don't I give you the vaccine now?" She wanted to attack me. They disrespect their customers.

The worst service I've had in Fort Collins, since I moved here seven year ago.

I won't order from this company again! I ordered lenses on 8/18/14.24 hours later notified of problem with payment (I didn't realize the bank cancelled my card to protect it due to data breach at a local store). I put in another cc. No confirmation that it worked or didn't work. Several weeks later I hadn't heard from them (no lenses) so I called and learned they were on back order. No indication of payment problems. I called again (5 weeks later) tonight and was told they had a problem with the cc. I put in another one. They advised it went through on the 2nd cc tonight. I didn't change a think with that card! Now they are saying the order has to go to the manufacturer to be filled. (back order usually means their shipment is delayed. Now I come to learn they don't get shipments!) So I now have to wait another 4-10 business days. I've been without lenses for several weeks now. This might have been worth the delay if they had been deeply discounted-- but they were the full retail price. Apparently the mfg. Doesn't allow discounting of this lens. There was no benefit to using this company whatsoever. Next time I'm going back through my dr's office or some other vendor. Their customer service agents are of little to no assistance. When they ask if they can be of further assistance and I asked what can you do for me? DEAD air... They don't have authority to offer any real help..

Walgreens going downhill fast
January 11, 2022

Dont use Walgreen's if you can avoid it. I've had prescriptions filled at most of the chains. Used Walgreens for the last 16 yrs. After Covid hit the Walgreens here has become inept at filling prescriptions. Its insane. Peole leaving the lines in droves and cursing under their breath. Instead of 7 workers behind the counter they are down to 3. And two of them are always brand new to the job. Covid comes first no matter how many days your meds are late. The last two times took 12 hrs after calling in the script a week in advance. The very last scripts they filled for me were completely off the rails. The woman in the drive thru knew I was not coming back and would not give me the meds without paying $275. Its normally 45. To make a vey long story short, if you rely on your medication, use a private Pharmacy. Walgreens is in the Covid business atm. They even closed the drive thru here. And it's a very big pharmacy. You can watch a person enter, go to the Covid line, and get immediate attention. The other 20 customers all sigh at once. It's funny. I wish I would have taken a pic to post.

My husband and I have shopped at drugstore.com for years with no problems - until recently. I purchase a very costly cream which is like a miracle for older women who wish to keep their necks youthful. However, it must be used twice a day to truly work. I ordered it in March and it never arrived. After 10 days I telephoned and found that my order was sitting at the shipping point and, inexplicitly, no one knew why it hadn't been shipped. I was told it would be shipped immediately. It was but I received two identical orders, one of which I had to take the time and trouble to ship back. At least they credited my credit card for the second order. Running low on the cream, I ordered it again, but when it arrived the box contained a bottle of foundation make-up so cheap it wasn't even packed in it's own box, but just rattled around in the shipping box along with an invoice for $108.80. Now I'm completely out of the neck cream and drugstore.com is out of it, too. I only hope that the assurance that my account will be credited the $108.80 as they promised is true. I will NEVER shop at drugstore.com again and urge everyone else not to, either. They don't deserve to be in business!

BE CAREFUL! WALGREENS IS USING DECEIVING ADVERTISEMENT!

Walgreens advertised a product on the internet for a price (my product was advertised for 3.59), but in store, they wanted to charge me over 7.50 for the same product, same SKU.
I understand this practice as advertising that deceives the customer.
They refused to sell the product to me for the price advertised online.
That is dishonest!

Placed an order for 4 boxes of contacts. They took a few days to verify my prescription. Expected this. Then they said my doctor refused to give the prescription. Called doctor, they faxed it over. Few days later I get another email saying they can't fill my one year supply of contacts because I had my exam a month and a half ago and a year supply would go over the expiration date but they'd "call my doctor to get an extension" and it'd take a few more days. I've been wearing contacts for 15 years and I'd never heard of such a rule. I just had my exam for goodness sake! But, I thought, maybe there's some new law I didn't know about and they said they'd still get the contacts out in a few days. Why would the lie? They like money, right? After days of waiting for a response, I sign into my account to check the order and they cancelled it! I write an email asking what happened and they repeat the prescription expiration BS and say I'd have to start the order all over again! Wtf!? I found a competitor that was the same price for my brand of contacts and I called my doctor before I even placed the order to make sure this whole thing wouldn't happened again. To my surprise, they tell me there's no such rule limiting how many boxes of contacts I can buy and I can purchase right up until the date the prescription expires, hence the whole point of an expiration date! Vision Direct blantly lied to me, for reasons unaware to me. Save the hassle. Go somewhere else. I went to Lens.com but I don't care where you go. Just anywhere else.

I have been a customer at the local Walgreen's in Belleview, Florida for over 16 years. Last night, I bought a pack of cigarettes and some Nyquil and a few other items. I provided my driver's license as always to purchase the cigarettes and the cashier insisted that my minor child also provide her ID which of course she did not have. Is this a new policy? My child did not purchase anything and was not a customer. I have endured being asked for my ID to purchase cigarettes even though I am 67 years old. I have endured the embarrassment of hearing the cashier blurt out "Welcome to Walgreens" when customers enter the store. Publix got it right. Walgreens missed it by a mile. I have endured the endless requests to donate money in order to check out, but requiring my minor children to provide their ID when they are not even a customer qualifies as the last straw. This tells me not to bring my children with me when shopping at Walgreens. There are several other stores nearby that would welcome my business

Old Fashioned Service
December 1, 2022

I went to Walgreens in High Point, NC, yesterday to buy Iron Supplement Pills. As I looked at the display, I couldn't find what I was looking for. I found the Manager on Duty and explained my situation. He gladly walked me back to the supplements and found what I needed; He asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I thanked him and proceeded to the checkout counter, where the cashier picked up the SERVICE BALL. She greeted me, asked if I found everything I needed, as she rang me up, she made sure I was a rewards member and had entered my phone number to activate. She then looked at my account and notified me that I had a $5.00 discount in my account. I say this because I have encountered a number of service personnel who have treated me as if I was interrupting their day. I just believe in this day and age when you see good old fashioned Customer Service it should be acknowledged. Yes, that is very sad, but it is the world we live in. It should be the norm rather than the exception. Good Job Walgreens you are among the Elite today!

After reporting fraud to Walgreens corporate. Ryan the pharmacy manager is still allowed to commit fraud. He had someone call claiming to be a manager!
He manipulated my walgreens rewards card! Obviously the IT department could track this. They didn't.
DO YOU TRUST WALGREENS
This was the second BAD experience with Walgreens, Santee 9805 Mission Gorge.
The first incident: We caught the female pharmacist that filled the pain rx was SHORT. PILL COUNT DID NOT match the prescription.
She was besides herself that we counted the pills. When only half were recieved. Hmmm. She said why did you count the pills. Walgreens tried to sweep this under the rug with a 20.00 gift card. Please double check all prescriptions from Walgreens as they condone this type of activity. Needless to say this female pharmacist hasn't been seen in some time.
How funny. At this point Walgreens condones this behavior. Pretty sad buyer beware. CVS down the street on Mission Gorge and Cuyamaca accommodated with. Loved the service, loved the clerk and Beth the pharmacist rocks. Thank you CVS!

Im done with the Walgreens in Atascadero, CA.

I waited 5 days for a scrip for hip replacement post op pain management. I called and called and they said they didnt havce it. So I ent through hell and noone could figure out what was wrong.

Surgeon called them after the long weekend and suddenly they had the scrip. So I called and talked to this nice woman who merged the records from my medicare (new) into my old blue cross account. She said everything was fine and done and all my info and cards etc were stioll there.

I asked a friend to go get the scrip. Suddenly they dont have my first name anymore, no credit card is onfile and the woman is SO nasty to me its not even funny.

Accusatory, told me I was lying that Id spoken to someone else there. Ive talked to her before and it was the same nasty atacks.

Im done with the nasty woman AND the ineffective pharmacy. 3rd scrip theyve "lost" and suiddenly found in 2 months.

GOOD BYE. Im going to CVS.
