Have never bought tickets on the secondary market so I called and spoke with an actual person. I know that I paid about $50.00 more than each of the seats were worth, but I was OK with that. What surprised me was that there was an additional $27.00 service charge. So two tickets that should have cost about $120.00, ended up costing me about $260.00 (I received a 5% discount from the person I talked to). So, I know I overpaid but I really wanted to see the concert and all the tickets were sold out for Brandi Carlile and this was the "going rate" on the secondary market. Hopefully the concert will be worth it. I would like to give the person I spoke to 5 stars, but because the amount I paid was so overpriced I would give VividSeats 0 stars. So I settled for 3 stars.
I was on the website but wanted to find out what the fees were before entering all my information. I called the 800 # got a quick response (spoke to Nick) who immediately hooked me up with the METS TICKETS. So easy and quick.

Luis assisted me in finding great seats at an affordable price. He explained the electronic process and how to obtain the e-tickets. He advised to allow one day for the email with the instructions however, I got the email moments after purchasing the tickets which was super good. Great job Luis!

The handling fee per ticket is outrageous and ticket prices the same. Please remove all my information from your customer base and desist from any further email correspondence. I will not buy anything from VividSeats again.
