Alex did a great job. I was concerned about th price of the tickets and he did a great job with my transaction finding less expensive seats on the same level.
I spent an hour & a half trying to get these tickets to download. Finally a man at the ticket booth at Wrigley field printed tickets for me after the game had started. I have used several other ticket sites & never had problems like this. Will never buy tickets here again.

Knute was very helpful in finding me seats for the concert I've been saving up for, for months. He found me seats that were 13 rows closer than the one's I was looking at before and he saved me a little over $60 dollars for the first set I was going to buy. He listened to my concerns when I told him that I was trying to get the best seats I could because my mother recently in the last year had a retinal detachment in her eye that causes her not to sees well as she used to. I appreciate his patience and understanding when helping me with my order. Also, if anyone is trying to order tickets from this site I would advise you to call the representatives. It makes the process so much smoother even if you are not making a purchase that day and have to think about it. I can not thank Knute enough for the help that he provided me and I hope he is recognized for his amazing customer service. I also want to recognize Jay Rod for amazing customer service as well. He is the representative who I talked to a couple of weeks prior to purchasing the tickets. He talked me through the prices of the tickets and was giving me feedback for other customers that had bought tickets from this venue before. I unfortunately had to decline because I was not sure about the processing fees that needed to be added. I tried to buy tickets last night and the operator was rude and had no patience when trying to work with me and my questions. I told him never mind Ill csll back tomorrow. I got the feeling he gets credit for sales. Well I guess he lost this one. Sorry I did not get his name Aris was great!

Had a snafu ordering on line so called customer service. The first guy who answered sounded like he fell out of bed to answer the phone. Needless to say he was of no help and disconnected me. Luckily when I called back I got Daniel. He was extremely professional and personable. He got my order with the discount quickly and easily. He answered all my questions. Before we hung up he again gave me his name and extension number which is 2732 in case he works on commission. He deserves it!

Was sent to this company from the concert arena website. Although the representative had an accent and I had to have him repeat a few times, he was VERY helpful. Prices have already skyrocketed, but he helped me find a decent seat for a fairly good (relatively speaking) price. It would have taken me much longer to run through this process on my own - comparing prices, etc. I wasn't familiar with the seating arrangement and it wasn't clear on any seating chart I could find. He had that info and was patient as he explained it all. I could then make an informed decision. Would recommend calling the *******497 number and letting the rep help you pick out a seat!
Nick was most helpful today and his level of customer service was exemplary. However, not only were the ticket prices jacked up,,, way up... so was the parking pass that I had no idea that I had to purchase until today.
