The call centre fellow was very polite, informative and efficient. He asked the right questions and I have the (better have) right answers. The order was less than 2 minutes to complete and the email confirm on payment, information and tickets was fast and satisfactory. I give Vivid Seats a 10 out of... 10!

I have bought tickets online from Vivid many times. This experience most likely will my last. There are others I can do business with. Saturday, was driving decided to attend a ball game- Astros. Instead of stopping to do the process online I called. Agent & I found the tickets I wanted. I specifically asking him if at the gate I use my DL, credit card, or can they scan from IPhone. He responded they can scan. I did not receive the tickets via email so I called CS. During the time he was resending I was told I would have to print the tickets. I was in the parking lot about to walk in. Needless, to say we had to scramble to find a FedX location. Walk 1.5 miles to it and have the tickets printed. If they rep would of been honest we would of found another set of tickets that could have been scanned. Not a good transaction! Like I mentioned earlier I most likely will not do business with Vivid again.

I had a simple question about the ticket seats. I needed to be sure they were side by side since a child was also attending. He guaranteed they would be, and helped me purchase the tickets over the phone. I cant believe how quick he was with the process. Very efficient customer service.

Overall very good. The experience was really good and again thank you to the guy who completed my order. He a actually gave me more of a discount on my tickets because my friend and I are such huge fans of the band we are going to see. That was an awesome thing to do

Had received a few e-mail discount offers, but navigating purchase and including "chat" was not easy. Could not get a concise, timely answer to purchase questions. One call to Jake and I had 2 tickets for 2 separate events purchased. And, because I prefer not to use my cellular device for tix, he was able to find me quality seats and will provide physical tix. Nothing like quality HUMAN customer service. A big pat on the back to Jake because I was going to another vendor if not satisfied.
