Purchased tickets for a broadway show. Waited in the cold... was told at the ticket booth that there were no tickets for me.
Called you guys. Was hold for awhile before someone (rudley) told me that I just have to wait for a second email for my tickets.
So we keep waiting in the cold. 2 minutes before the show starts I get an email stating that my order has been cancelled because there are no tickets available...
