But, my mistake because apperently that info is in the terms and conditions. So, I thought I would just resell them through vivid seats but because I'm out of country they couldn't help me. I feel they didn't make any effort to help me. I was brushed off. I feel if you are a reputable company you should offer and help all you customers equally.
