I ordered tickets for 51 field and they sold me 51 reserve tickets for the World Series game 7... for the same price... called cutomer service to fix the issue and they said there is nothing they can do... crock of $#*!!. I have tickets for bob seger who was supposed to appear on 10/28/17. It got postponed with no date provided. I contacted Vivid Seats today and they won't refund my $500. Read the small print, they dont refund for postponed concerts. If it were out right canceled, they would refund immediately. This is the worst experience with a ticket vendor I have ever had. I won't buy tickets through them again. They have a deceptive warranty and their customer service rep * was unhelpful, wouldn't give me their corporate address for complaints. She also would not escalate me to a higher manager. She was sarcastic and insulting. She wouldn't answer most of my questions for simple info like what is her agent id. Every reputable company I have dealt with provides that information. She said it was too personal. Seriously? So you can be anonymous in the complaint process, where is the accountability? Bottom line, they won't honor the guaranty. How long do I have to wait? A year? Two Years?

We had tickets to attend a football game at WVU and had put off purchasing a parking pass until just two days before the game. Although we ended up spending more than we had planned, the rep I spoke to, Tyler, was extremely helping in finding me one of the lesser expensive ones that were still available. He was friendly and very professional and made the cost of the pass a little easier to take. We have no one to blame but ourselves for not buying the pass at the same time we purchased the game tickets. Thank you Tyler for your courteous service!
