I immediately contact Vivid when I inadvertently purchased six tickets instead of 2 for a basketball game. The order sight pre-populated the quantity of 6 and I did not notice until I clicked after entering the credit card information. They refused to refund the four extra tickets even though they saw that the purchase had just occurred! Customer service is horrible! Offered me the avenue to go on their sight and relist the tickets for a 10% fee! (They refused to assist in doing it!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I had a problem with Vivid Seats in the past but they did everything in their power to right the situation. Recently I purchased tickets to a New England Patriots game. My credit card was charged but shortly after I received an email saying my purchase was declined. Due to previous issues, that were all Vivid Seats fault, I'd been red flagged and they refused to sell me the tickets however my credit card was charged nonetheless. I'm planning on complaining to the better business bureau and anyone else that will listen. I'm starting to think this business needs to be investigated by some type of law enforcement agency for criminal business practices.
I dialled their number instead of using the laptop and got right through to the rep. We looked at two days for a musical and he told me the price was much better on my second choice and gave me the numbers. I booked the cheaper performance and was pleased because a robot would not have been able to advise me that way. For me, it was a good experience.

I have never experienced the bad customer service that I did with this company, ever before with any other company! I tried calling and could not get through to anyone, I tried the online chat and was told that I would be emailed and someone would get back to me and no one did. The cost of the tickets were 3x the price of the actual tickets and higher than sold anywhere else. Then they said they responded to me and I never once received a response and I never got the tickets before the concert and they still did not refund me my money! The worst ticket sales company ever, beware and do not use, look at BBB they don't have an accredited account for a reason and they are all negative reviews!

I was so stressed and upset but he was so patient and calm. He spent a lot of time on the phone helping me and making sure I felt good about the entire situation. I can't say enough about his customer service. He went above and beyond. He was the reason I was willing to buy the correct tickets without having sold the wrong purchased ones yet.
