Thankfully the rep. Nicholas was very helpful. Their on-line web-site wouldn't accept my address in my attempt to process my purchase, so I had to call. However, the service fees are truly inflated. Why do they need to charge a separate service fee for EACH ticket that is ordered together? I would have researched further if the tickets weren't selling quickly.

Had issues

Just wanted to give a shot out to Nick. I was having issues buying tickets using the online method. I was able to work with Nick in the customer service department and he was able to quickly take care of my issue and get me the tickets. This was important because I am taking my work crew out to celebrate the holidays and wanted to show them a good time for the hard work they put in. Can't thank you enough Nick! While Iyahna, VIP Sales Agent, was very helpful and professional, I felt that the fees for purchasing tickets online/phone (because that was the only way to purchase them) were exorbitant. It was communicated before they processed my payment that I was in fact paying above ticket prices. However, there was no way that was obvious to purchase them any other way.

I don't like buying things over the phone but Nick put me at ease. He know what he was doing and gave me honest answers to all of my questions. He was careful to get all of my payment information correct and reminded me of the money back guarantee. My tickets arrived by email in about an hour. Well done!

Watch the fees
November 28, 2017

Purchased two tickets last week to a football game, and found the next day what the fees are. Shame on me for not looking while shopping, but Vivid does not clearly provide disclosures during the buying process that tell you exactly what you are paying. I understood the ticket price, but not the full cost. I am sure it was buried in the disclosures that I agreed to somewhere, but I didn't see it. I do not expect free, I know you are a for profit business, I just find the lack of clear disclosure unacceptable, and will not be back to Vivid anytime soon. Also, Vivid promised two dates for the tickets to be sent, both passed without shipment and without explanation. After calling them today they did expedite things for overnight delivery, but it took a phone call to get that. Going through their chat service and emailing them produced no results.

Horrible

I immediately contacted Vivid Seats when I bought Tailgating tickets instead of game tickets for the Houston Texans. I was placed on infinite hold three separate times. I tried to email them but only got a survey. After they mailed the tickets, then they emailed me. It has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Highly recommend everyone stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service
November 25, 2017

I bought 6 tickets to Knicks vs. Hawks game, but did not receive the tickets. I ended up buying 6 more tickets through Ticketmaster. Then VividSeats wouldn't refund my money! I ended up disputing the charges through American Express. Buyer beware!
