I purchased theater tickets the day of the performance and never received them! I had to call customer service 4 separate times over the course of the 4 hours leading up to the play and was continually told that my tickets should arrive within the next 30 minutes - 1 hour. Finally, 1 hour before the start time I was told that I should have just received my tickets as it showed up as sent on the company's end. Well I never received anything! To make matters worse it has been 2 weeks and now the company is refusing to issue me a refund. Horrible horrible customer service and a downright scam. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.
I purchased tickets to the Packers vs. Panthers game over a month ago. I was told they would be delivered (by email) 2 days before the event. They weren't, so the day before the event, I called customer service in the early afternoon. After spending half an hour on hold I was told they were looking into the problem and I would receive a call at 3:00pm. No one ever called and I called them back at 4:30pm, I was told MY tickets had just been delivered to my email and that everything was settled. When I got my tickets finally, I saw that they were on the complete opposite side of the stadium from what I had ordered. Seeing as it was a football game, I chose my tickets based on what team's side I wanted to sit on. I will say that the tickets I received were 2 rows closer than the one's I purchased so to them, these were considered a "fair trade" and "comparable" so I had no option to get my money back. I would have rather re-purchased tickets from another, more reliable site, in seats that I actually PAID FOR. I understand the terms and conditions of the site, but NO ONE told me my tickets were being traded until I called and complained. This is just unprofessional and SHADY. I expected better service for how much money I spent. I should've known better I guess.
Any canadians dont use this, they trick you into thinking your paying canadian dollars until you get your credit card and have to pay the difference. Also the extremely high price they charge for the service charge on every ticket is beyond redicilous. Such a rip off of a site.
We purchased Kenny G tickets three months in advance of concert. We were not informed status of tickets, ever, until I continually emailed them and they assured me the tickets would be delivered via email prior to the event. We had to drive over four hours to get to the event site and still did not have our tickets before we left on the trip. From the road, they told us the tickets would be available to print. That's true, but I received the email i hour prior to the event and had to pay the hotel a $15 service fee to print the tickets. BAD customer service.

Well, I wanted tickets for a concert in Hamilton and thought all the cheapest seats were gone. I can take some of the blame but vividseats weren't very honest and I got took for almost 3 times for what I should have gotten the tickets for. I should have just dealt with First Ontario directly. I don't recommend vividseats for your concerts tickets or any other venue. Its a rip off.
