I ordered two tickets for mezzanine seats at $100 per ticket. My credit card was charged $256.55. I received the tickets via email. There was a red button that said Review and Print. I clicked on it and verified that they were the correct tickets (mezzanine). Then I had to click on another button that said Download. I downloaded and printed the tickets without further examination and put them in an envelope. When I got to the venue, I discovered that I had tickets for $35 seats in the upper balcony four rows from the very top (with somebody elses name on them) and I am HANDICAPPED! When I contacted Vivid Seats, they refused to do anything to satisfy me... did I mention that their website and the tickets themselves tout a GUARANTEE? BUYER BEWARE! This outfit is out to take your money and cares nothing for customer satisfaction! Use them at your own risk and only if you can afford to throw the money in the toilet!
Vivid is not a straight forward trust worthy site. Charge me $121 for $86 ticket. The difference was special delivery that I have to go to a local pickup in the area. So why the fee?
I'm so upset at this place, this was the first attempt and last to purchase tickets. All my information was entered correctly, called my bank to confirm that there was an error on their end and not mine, and they just cancel my purchase less than 30 minutes later. It doesn't even show in the purchase history on their site as if it never existed.
They are not willing to make up for their mistake, instead encourage you to repurchase, well in my case that would have meant to pay $200 more.

BEWARE - Mislead when trying to find tickets to an event. Clicked on a date and then thought I was creating an account, instead I ended up purchasing tickets with huge fees. Dont use this service! Customer Service was terrible.
Tried to purchase tickets day of the event. Vivid Seat had the wrong email address to deliver the tickets to and even after being informed of the correct email address hours before the event they could not provide the tickets. Their customer service had no way to correct the problem and I was charged for the tickets I never received! Buyer beware.
Vivid Seats' guarantee to have tickets before start of an event has proven to be unreliable. I was told the tickets would be guaranteed, for sure, up to an hour before the start of tonight's event even when UPS failed to deliver (somehow they've shipped to KY when I'm in CA).
As their first option, they tried to get the seller to reissue but could not. I was told they had alternative options that seemed to have a higher likelihood of ensuring my receipt of tickets, such as issuing other tickets from their marketplace or even purchasing from other sites, but they chose not to use these options.
I missed out on an opportunity to utilize my alternative option to purchase tickets because I was reassured by three representatives that Vivid Seats would guarantee that I would receive tickets today. I was not able to cancel my order this morning but received a call an hour and a half later saying they would have to refund my order.
Now, I have to jump through hoops to try to find tickets for tonight's event. Don't tell me that you'll guarantee delivery of tickets then tell me you can't follow through.
I do not find Vivid Seats' guarantee to be reliable whatsoever. I will recommend against using their services.
I've found StubHub to be much more accommodating because in the past, I was at least allowed the option to cancel my order in a similar situation where my order was lost.
If I could rate less than 1 star, definitely would. Charged $435 for 6 basketball tickets that were really $15 (as printed on the tickets.) Added exorbitant fees that were automatically charged to credit card without the ability to review first, and not itemized on receipt. If you want to buy from a scalper, this is the way to go! Buyer definitely BEWARE.
Update 2/5/18: "Lucy" from Vivid Seats reached out to me to try to resolve the issue by refunding my credit card for part of their fees, which I did appreciate. I did not at any point receive any kind of invoice breakdown, so I have no idea what their fees were. My advice would still be Buyer Beware and check out your charges before you confirm any purchase!
Tickets received for the wrong date. I spent 45 minutes trying to get Customer Service: Phone tree was dead-end with no person to assist to resolve the problem. "Live Chat" was a digital replication of phone tree, offering numbered options with standard scripts, but no live person responding to inquiries.

Spent $490 on 2 concert tickets that cost $50 total from the venue website. They advertised them as $186 each and then added additional fees that were not displayed.
I paid for two lower level tickets to the Seattle/Atlanta Monday night game and got nosebleed seats delivered one week before the game. My purchase was made in May and i never received any confirmation from the company on my purchase (although they got my $440). I emailed two weeks later about lack of confirmation and received a response that they had my order and that the tickets would be delivered prior to the game.
Fast forward to September (4 months later) and late in the month I emailed again about no confirmation order number (you need this to even talk with customer service, or you get hung up on by their convenient automated phone system). No response to my email.
I protested via Paypal with Zero satisfaction and after again emailing was given a response they had my email address wrong (weird as they did't the first time I got a response in May) and my tickets were now delivered via email.
The tickets they sent were the VERY LAST row of Century Link Stadium, under $100 value seats. I complained and received a simple email explaining this is what I ordered. Further emails back were ignored. I escalated my claim with Paypal and the end result was they agreed with Vivid.
So, i paid $440 in May for seats that were valued less than $200 total. On other ticket sites, I could have had better seats for $125 each the day of the event.
This company is crap and are taking advantage of good people who fall for their deceptive business practices. If there is a class action lawsuit, I am in!
