Beware! Horrible company to work with! I placed an order 6 weeks ago on December 4 for 5 items for Christmas gifts. On December 22, I had not received any of the items or responses to my emails inquiring about the order, so I cancelled the order via email. The company finally responded that they had shipped 3 of 5 items. I replied and told them to cancel the other 2. I received the first 3 after Christmas so I emailed about returning the items. It took multiple emails to get a response but finally paid cos return shipping costs to return the items. I emailed them the tracking information and they harassed me multiple items asking for that information again. Upon receipt of the items, they issued me a partial credit for those 3 items but not a full credit. Additionally they claim they have now shipped the other 2 items and that I will have to pay to return them when I receive them, even though the order was cancelled. I have instructed them to send me a prepaid label and I will be glad to send them back when I do receive them, but they refuse to. They are rude and behave as a desperate retailer trying to bully their way through a transaction. Thankfully my company has an attorney who is getting involved - but my advice is don't waste your time with them. The merchandise I did receive was cheap quality as well. Horrible experience.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from them. Their product is poor quality and their customer service is the worst ever.

I ordered a shirt for my son before Christmas. When it arrived, it was huge; although I had inquired about the return policy, I was not told that there is a hefty restocking fee. When I inquired about it, they offered to send me a different size, but refused to refund the undisclosed restocking fee. The item was cheap and poor quality, and the customer service is worse. Beware and stay away!

I joined this site once to take advantage of the real estate marketing they offered. After a few months of charging me, they stopped providing material and then stopped responding to my emails. After about a year, I made the mistake of thinking maybe there had been a problem with their site, so I joined again. They charged me the monthly fee, and never provided any material and never responded to my emails. It is a scam - beware and stay away.

I have been on many Royal Caribbean cruises and become more disappointed with each one. We were one one a few weeks ago and I went to to Guest Services to ask to have the gratuities removed from my statement as we prefer to tip in cash. I was told they were, yet when I got my final bill, they were not removed. I have called multiple times and have been promised a return call, and to date, have not received any response. This is obviously their new scam, as when you get their automated voicemail, there's even an option to select if you are dissatisfied with the automatic gratuity charges. As a platinum member, I would expect much better service. They charged all 4 people in the room, which adds up to near $1,000, so I am either going to have to involve my credit card company or our attorney. I am incredibly disappointed with the service we have received. Check cruise reviews before booking with them - you'll see that their service continues to fall where others continue to increase.

I placed an order with StyleWe, and then began receiving ads from Adoryme. I placed an order with them and received the order within a week. The products were horrible quality and some were even defective. So I contacted Adoryme to return the products, and they refused to respond with a return shipping address. They even began shipping me more products that I didn't order! I finally reached out to Paypal, who contacted them, and they gave a return shipping address in China. I took the items to the post office and it is going to cost me more in shipping to return it than I paid for the order. The post office said they ship from California but won't provide a return address, and this is their scam to stick you with crappy merchandise. My order from StyleWe didn't ship for 5 weeks, so I cancelled it, and then they began shipping. Now I have the exact same problem with them. Paypal is involved in that one also. STAY AWAY! MISERABLE EXPERIENCE.

I received an email from stylewe.com and ordered several items from them. When I finally received them after weeks of waiting, the items were misrepresented and of the poorest quality. I returned the order to the address it was shipped from, and it was received and signed for by them on April 29. A month later, they still have not issued a refund, and now say that I should have shipped the items to China, which would cost more in shipping than I paid for the items. However, they did offer to give me 50% of my order in free items from their website, which is proof that they received the order. I have notified the FTC about this company and our company attorney is going to begin addressing this issue this week. If others have experienced this, please email me at *******@aol.com so we can battle this together.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away. They say they give a full refund but then refuse to issue it.
