I found tickets with another online broker and VividSeats gave me a better price. The agent was very nice and I was able to clearly understand him. I checked my bank account and was charged what he told me. The tickets were emailed to me and I was able to print them with no problems at all.
They sell you a ticket and say you can receive a $20.00 discount if ordered through internet but refuse payment when processed. I called them to order tickets, they refuse to honor $20.00 discount and offer $10.00 discount instead. When I printed up tickets I discover another persons name on my tickets and discover other person is reselling them at twice what they paid. Looks and smells like a scam.

I have a TBI which in some cases really suck def this case I went to order tickets online for my husband n nephew and it switched me to another site n when I went to check out literally as soon as I hit submit I saw it said NY I am n VA n need tickets n VA they said I could try n resell them since I guess I ordered wrong tickets but would not exchange or refund I went to try n sell since I couldnt exchange its 120 just wasted now because it says I cant sell tickets this close to event when I placed order litttletally last night! I will def not recommended this place horriable customer service and thanks for no help@ all I thought this world was a little better than this
It took me less than 5 minutes to get the best seats I will ever have for the concert of my dreams. I am thrilled with the ease of this process and Daniel was so polite and waited for me to find my credit card when I didnt have it right away. I called initially seeing which seats would get us closest to the stage and I spoke with a guy named Louis. He was extremely helpful and very patient and kind! He allowed me to buy tickets over the phone instead of getting online to do it! It was one of the most positive experiences I've had buying tickets! Thank yall!

Typically when you call a 1-800 number you sit on hold for 10-20 minutes listening to horrible elevator music just to finally get through to a real life human being that is zero help. Not in this case! Angel who answered the phone was sooo much help, he laid out the differences in prices between the two sections I was looking at and also told me what the pros and cons were of each! I have never been to a concert or event like this so I was completely lost and he gave me the confidence that I was making a good purchase for my husbands birthday! Thanks Angel! I waited until the last min to get tix to the Beanpot in Boston as I was not sure if I would be in town soI went on line and called these guys. The agent walked me through the process and actually waited until I rec'd my email confirmation and printed the tickets out. This was at 6:55 for an 8 o'clock game.
