I have just received my vividress and like most of the reviews on here it is absolutely awful. It's disgusting that this company are allowed to get away with selling badly fitting and shoddy dresses to the UK. Despite me ordering a size 10 the dress under bust measurement is 1 meter in diameter! It's a maternity dress - the measurements on their size guide must be completely wrong - either that or they do not know the difference between a womans waist and her under bust measurements. £100 down the drain. I wish wish wish i had checked reviews before ordering. DO NOT use this website!

1 day after leaving this review, my bank have contacted me - apparently someone in Singapore has been using my visa debit card details to make fraudulent transactions on my account totalling nearly £200! Needless to say - I'm fuming!

I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from this site, made to measure with measurements taken by a retired dressmaker so they were very accurate. The dresses arrived and are absolutely HUGE! Trailing along the floor, huge on the bust and waist and despite providing photographic evidence of this I am still having to send photos of the actual dresses and the measurements do they 'can compare and see where the fault lies!' It is a shame I can't upload the photos to this site to show you first hand why you should steer clear of this company at all costs. I now have to find 3 new dresses, battle for a refund and all this with my wedding just around the corner. Please do yourself a favour and don't waste your time or money using Vividress. 'Claire' if you happen to read this please hurry up and sort your customer service out and refund the people your company has let down including me!

I ordered my wedding dress from them a few weeks ago, and it got here today (yay!). The dress I chose had a very interesting and unusual lace, so before I ordered it I used the livechat to ask how accurately the lace used would match the picture, and was told "we have the same lace that is in the picture." This was a blatant lie, and the dress I received has a very different lace... HOWEVER... the lace that the dress does have is absolutely unbelievably gorgeous and I love love love the dress. It is so well made, it looks and feels expensive, and the custom measurements that I gave them for only $18 more actually resulted in the dress fitting me like a glove. I'm shocked. So so so so worth it, but at the same time I feel that I may have gotten lucky that I happen to love the lace that they used.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous! Much better than I had hoped for, given the price. It fitted perfectly, although I had to take it in a little, adding buttons down the back... but only because I added a cm or 2 to my size, just in case. So you don't need to be generous with your measurements. Everybody commented on how lovely my dress was, as well as the bridesmaids and flower girl, dresses all ordered from vividress. I would highly recommend vividress. They were super quick and of very high quality. I've actually made wedding dresses for friends before, as I can sew. But you can't even make a dress for this price!

Let me just say this... prior to VIVIDRESS, I never order online. I never imagined going in blind and gambling my money especially for a wedding dress! I did days of research on vividress and all I saw was great reviews from customers just as skeptic as I yet had great things to share about their experience with real customer photos to back it up.
My package arrived earlier than expected and the dress was truly as lively as the pictures online.
Its beautiful! Quality of my dress is super.
If only more people know your site... I will definitely and have already spread the word that this website is legit with five stars! Totally impressed with my dress and the price is affordable. Just amazing.

I tracked this site via pin, was attracted by the first view of beautiful lace dress, but which shocked me is the price is unreasonable low, so i called them and confirmed, well, communication was good, they were very polite, i made my decision to have a try. Ordered one piece lace wedding dress for my cousin, so i awaited and received the package from a TNT courier, opened it with expecting, gotta say its pretty sweet, i've ordered a lot online, and this one is definitely man-made, and the lace fabric is just astonishing me, cause they are manufacturers, i may put more investment in.

This dress was exactly what I imagined and as pictured. I'm not going to lie -- I was VERY nervous about purchasing a dress from a website without knowing how it would fit or what the fabric would feel like, but it turned out beautifully. And because it's so cost effective, I'm actually planning to buy a second (separate) dress for the reception. One piece of advice -- this did come with the dimensions as advertised, and I bought a bigger size than I should have, just in case. Buy true to your size, because otherwise it'll be way too big.

As many other brides out there I was very cautious with buying a dress online. After reading the reviews here and getting a friend to confirm the quality of vividress. I went for this lovely model in full ivory. It was better than in the photos - I loved the intricate details, the way it made my waist look so much smaller, it was holding perfectly in place hugging in all the right places and was so comfortable I did not even change into the second dress I had for the night! Thanks vividress, highly recommend.

I highly recommend this dress and jjshouse, it arrived within 3 weeks and was custom made. The veil I have also ordered here and it was perfect to match the dress.

I will be back for other dresses and thank you for making me feel so special on my wedding day!

A beautiful dress and beautifully made in a vintage style I love. I was a little worried the sleeves might be too tight (from the other reviews), but they fit excellently. The dress is even a little too big at the top, so I will need to get it fitted, but this is due to the fact that I have lost a little weight getting ready for my wedding. I was very pleased with the size, the fit, the shipping, the processing time (order to receipt was 15 days total!). I have an hour glass shape and a full bosom, and this dress is really flattering.
