I ordered two dresses, the same size and same colour, clearly for choice. I want to keep one (even though I have to have it alternated as its MASSIVE) and i want to return one. They're now saying that I can't return it because it's not faulty... Hey!?!? Where does it say that!? Has anyone had a successful refund? If so what did you have to do to by it? I can't even get a bleeding return form from them!

I've been emailed a confirmation of refund after 11 emails with photos of the terrible ilfitting and incomplete dress. No refund has been received.
