Hello, I'm looking for my wedding dress and I like some of the dresses for this website but I'm a bit worried to order my wedding dress online because I don't know if will be good with size, color,fabric, delivery on time... I ordered two dresses, the same size and same colour, clearly for choice. I want to keep one (even though I have to have it alternated as its MASSIVE) and i want to return one. They're now saying that I can't return it because it's not faulty... Hey!?!? Where does it say that!? Has anyone had a successful refund? If so what did you have to do to by it? I can't even get a bleeding return form from them!
I ordered a champagne coloured wedding dress and when it arrived it ia a coffee/latte colour. When i emailed VIVIDRESS i was told it was champagne. What are my chances of a refund? Has anyone managed to get rufunded?
Why do you have exactly the same review by two different people on two different dates? I would suggest most of the good reviews are planted by your staff, as indicated by the very obvious Chinese English (I lived in Hong Kong for some time, and am good at spotting it!)
