Ordered a wedding which arrived was too small contacted customer services for a refund to be told that they were going off for there chinese holiday which was fair enough. I was given a date that i would be contacted but never heard anything.ive now resebt a few emails and i still havent heard anything.its clear that this shop dont understand how important it is for a girl to have a lovely wedding dress. There just interested in talking peoples money.

I can't believe I ordered a dress, had it made and it was shipped to me very quickly. On arrival, I became anxious because of the negative reviews that i read about this company, I'm due to marry in 44 days time and although i was pushing for time, I relied on these people to do their job. I ordered this dress with confidence and beleive you me, to my surprise, vividress, did NOT let me down. I will give them 11 out 10 for their hard word, and getting my dress to me. I ordered a mother of the bride dress. Despite giving my exact measurements, the sleeves were very narrow and I could not pull it up past my elbows. They will not accept returns and you will never have an address to return anything. I asked for some fabric so that I could recut the sleeves and maybe make use of the garment. They said they would send me some. This has never happened as they wont even send me a registration number for the parcel. This company do not accept returns and do not give refunds. I am stuck with a garment which is disproportionate. I cannot wear it, I don't think anyone else could either. It is at your own risk if you order from this company.

I feel I am paying for these others to advertise and Vivastreet are milking me dry. ( Perhaps the popup advertisers also)I did not outlay all that money to advertise for others, so I will not renew my advertisement.

Perhaps I am not in a position to cry 'morally unfair,' so all I can say is that it is a terrible place for girls like myself to advertise. It explains why I get so few responses.

Two dresses purchased. 1 arrived incomplete the other so badly made its unalterable. Breast placement in gown is less than 3" from the shoulder. There isnt a bra in the world that can push boobs up that high!
Emails and photo evidence of dresses passed on to customer services and returns/refunds.
Refund agreed but none received.
Can't resell, even the charity shop refused to take them!
Discount in this case means unwearable items.

I would not trust the good reviews on this site as they are quite clearly planted - for example, there is one that is the same review (same exact wording!) on two different dates attributed to two different people. They all have obvious (incorrect) Chinese English - I am good at spotting the tics as I used to live in Hong Kong! The non-genuine reviews all have the name of the company in capitals - as in "VIVIDRESS". Pretty naughty and has certainly put me off using the site!

Upon first glance the shop dosen't look like much, but don't let it's small size fool you. There are many beautiful gows inside just waiting for you to find them. VIVIDRESS was absolutely AMAZING in helping me find the prefect wedding gown. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for bridal or formal gowns. The only thing better than their gowns are their prices. It would be a huge mistake to overlook this shop in your search for a gown. Thanks again vividress.co.uk/.

This dress is very pretty. I ordered an 8 and it fit perfect. It was however way too long and if I had kept it a hemming was in order. I didn't love how it fit in the waist but that may have been fixed with a cleaning ironing. The shawl is removable and I liked it better without it. This is a cheap dress so it isn't very thick and just hangs. The lace and upper part were very pretty. Had I not run into a prettier dress for the same price I would have kept it and I will buy a prom dress again on vividress.
