So, like many others have said before me, I was very worried about buying my wedding dress online after reading many people who'd been scammed by these sorts of sites, but I decided to take a risk with vividress.co.uk because they seemed to have a fairly good reputation... And I must say it was totally worth it!
The dress I received today is absolutely gorgeous, I'm genuinely shocked at how lovely it is, I was so prepared for something to be wrong with it, but it's exactly what was promised, (see link: https://www.vividress.co.uk/vintage-wedding-dresses-style-yw*******.html) and is very well made with beautiful material, silk lining, built in bra, tulle, lace details ( it's actually quite heavy, there's so much fabric)... It'll need adjusting a little, but I expected that. The dress was delivered very quickly also, 30 days after ordering, on there site it says it can take up to 45 days so... Overall, I'm very happy with it!

My only criticisms, and really I'm nit picking here, was the lack of communication, after I made my order I received a confirmation email of my order and that was it, I checked every now and then on 'my account' on their site to see if there were any updates but till this day it still says 'processing' on my order status... Like I said nit picking...

Ordered a dress from these bunch of cowboys and still to receive my dress or refund and i have sent numerus emails with no reply vividress got to be the worst company i have ever come across from buying online, PEOPLE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DRESS DONT USE VIVIDRESS

The dress style is ball gown with chapel train just like a princess when wear. The quality is very good and have no any other blots on it, I do like the chapel train it is so heavy and more layers, It seems like my princess dream comes true, thank you for the seller, I was panic when I found lacking of sash because my special day is around the corner, and I just look for help with the seller and told the questions, thank you for VIVI SHOP TEAM professional service I got the sash in a quick delivery. Now what I do is waiting for the day coming I can wear this beautiful dress showing to my friends, I can not wait for see them surprised face.

I just received the wedding dress that I had ordered for my daughter and the first thing that tipped me that something was amiss was the very cheap pair of ear rings that were in the parcel and the lack of return address or invoice. Also the packaging was not what I would have expected for a wedding dress. Then we opened it up and our faces dropped. They material was cheap, the style looked nothing like the pictures and the size was no where near UK size specified. I straight away rewrapped the dress an sent an email. Then realised that the after sales email address went to an outlook.com address and not a company address and I decided to bing reviews on vividress and here I am flabbergasted that I was so naïve to buy what I thought to be UK based product complete with the quality assurance and returns policy that I am familiar with. How I wished I had researched it more before buying... we have now wasted 6 weeks and have to start all over again. Lesson learnt, if the price seems too good to be true chances are there is something wrong... no one would wear such an awful dress to their wedding... It also looks like all the positive comments and ratings have come from the owners of the site themselves trying to balance off the comments from genuine customers so I suggest you ignore those and focus only on the negative reviews as those are the truth not fiction.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful maternity dress from this site for my friends wedding. Being heavily pregnant I was finding it extremely difficult to find something. When I came across this dress I was weary to begin with but saw some of the reviews that were good so went ahead with my order. When I received the dress I was extremely disappointed. Absolutly nothing like the pictures on the website, completely different shape, style, colour etc. Before ordering I measured myself to make sure I ordered the correct size. When I received it you could have fitted 2 of me in it. Absolutly hideous. When I emailed for a refund I had a reply to which she told me to give it a try and wear it as I would get lots of complaints (I think she meant compliments... although complaints would be more accurate) she told me that the dress was slightly different when she checked with the factory but it was more beautiful than the original picture. I couldn't believe the email I received. Anyway moral of the story is that I have been emailing for over a month now with no contact back what so ever and I'm still 90£ down and still have the most hideous dress have ever seen (no exaggeration)! Please do not buy from this website as I would hate for it to happen to anybody else! They know you can't do anything about it when they have your money! I was stupid enough to fall for this. I usually never write reviews on anything, but I just had to for this site for other people not to order from them.

So, I ordered a wedding dress with custom measurements. The dress did arrive on time, but the measurements were completely off. It was way too big in general, except for the shoulders/sleeves which were too tight and way too long. Also the sewing was quite messed up in a lot of parts and the lace fabric was coming off in some spots.

So I tried to contact the customer service. And that part was even worse than the dress.

First of all, I tried to contact them via the e-mail they have on their website - no response. Then, I tried to contact them via the e-mail they had in the order mail - no response. THEN (after multiple e-mails and weeks passed) I tried to contact them via the contact form on the website, which is sent to the e-mail I had tried before anyway, and I finally got something.

In all the mails I had sent them I always forwarded the order information so they would have everything at hand - the first answer I get is asking for the order information. So, running out of my patience slowly, I sent them the info again. Then I get a response, first of all greeting me with the words "Hi order number..." asking me if I want to sent the dress back for corrections. I then answered, since it had been weeks by this point, that I had to buy another dress because I couldn't get a hold of the customer service and that I was only interested in the refund (although it says on the website that they don't do that for custom dresses but since they butchered this dress so badly.) but of course, I never got a response.

I even wrote one last e-mail just asking for an answer if they would refund it or NOT, but I never got an answer to that either. So now I'm stuck with this dress they ruined completely that cost me 200,-.

I can only advise you to not use this site, although the prizes and dresses seem amazing in the pictures. It's just not worth it.

So I was looking for a dress and the ones I was looking at was waaay out of my price range and I went looking online and fell in love with this one dress and was really supriesed at the price, so I ordered it a couple of sizes bigger than me because I was going to have it taken in by a family friend and get a bit of breathing room in it. Me being me didn't read the reviews before hand and like most people I read the bad ones first, and each one I read I started to feel more sicker and sicker and think 'omg what have I done why didn't I read these first' so I was getting really nervous. It turned up within 2 weeks and 2 days, I was scared to open it and when I did I was soooo supriesed! It looked beautiful the detail the length, then I held it up and its no way near the size I ordered my mother in law is 2 sizes below me and it wouldn't even fit her, so instead of taking it in I'm having it taken out. I think its a lovely dress for the price!

I ordered a wedding dress from Vividress and didn't like it when I received it. It didn't look like the picture on the website at all. I even sent vividress pictures of it and explained why it doesn't look like the website. They wouldn't expect the fact that o wasn't happy because "they didn't do anything wrong" so I had to exchange the dress. When the new dress arrived, I had an allergic reaction to it two days before my wedding. I had to be seen by a doctor who confirmed that I reacted to either the fabric or a substance it was washed in. Then having returned both dresses for shipping cost of over £100, vividress now won't get back to me and I have not seen the refund they promised to me in writing saying they would refund me the money as soon as they get the dresses. Parcel force confirmed that the dresses have been received. Outrageous customer service and fraudulent merchant. Would urge everyone to stay away from this website, especially because the dresses look nothing like the pics on the website. Stay away from Vividress!

I now own three evening dresses. Wonderful site vividress.co.uk. Really decent service.And thank you for the gift, i really like it.

I received a dress which was the wrong colour, and asked for a refund, and was told that I can't have one! FUMING and £80 out of pocket!
