I bought a hood from Vivid in February for $1,100. A month passed and still no hood. I called Vivid—was told I'd receive it in a few days. Tracking said it was held at customs. After two weeks of calling around, customs told me Vivid was responsible for selecting a Canadian shipper. When I called Vivid back, the guy on the phone called me a liar. I even sent them an email from the broker proving that they were responsible, and the rep laughed at me on the phone. The hood ended up getting sent back to Vivid, and when I asked for a full refund, they refused. I only got $200 back out of the $1,100 I paid. As far as I'm concerned, Vivid stole my money. They knew exactly what was happening and did nothing to help—despite call after call. Avoid them at all costs.
Scott, our team reached out to you and let you know that this shipment needed brokerage set up. You stated that you were aware and looking for another broker that would provide a better price. The brokerage was not set up on time and the shipment was returned to sender. The initial shipping and return shipping costs were deducted from your refund.

Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
