As of right now I have yet to receive my order. Order placed on 1/2/22, received update on 1/4/22 that item was shipped from vendor and would arrive 1/11/22. Never received any tracking information so I went to their website and requested a "status update" on 1/10/22. On 1/12/22 I receive an email asking if I was satisfied with my purchase, which i had not received yet, and they invited me to take a survey. Ive sent multiple requests for updates and sent emails. I never heard any response from them. I called them on 1/18/22. Stated the fact as mentioned here. The lady responded in a surprised tone stating "it looks like it arrived the day before yesterday" (1/16/22), "Dont worry sir, we will get that out to you as soon as possible". I then reminded her that i requested, and paid for, express overnight shipping. " yes sir, i do see that here. We will get the out to you in the next day or so and you will get a tracking update sent to your email..."
So somewhere someone does not understand "OVERNIGHT SHIPPING"

We apologize for the inconvenience and delays. We understand the overnight shipping, however overnight is the shipping method based on availability. The item will ship via overnight as soon as it is ready to ship, however it appears there is a delay with the manufacturer on this. We are working on getting this out as soon as possible and will provide tracking as soon as it is available to us. If you wish to be refunded down to ground shipping and ship with that method we can definitely get that changed for you! We are happy to assist any way we can.
