First off I never write bad reviews but it's been two weeks since I have ordered headlights from this company still no tracking number nobody knows when I will receive it I've been given two estimated guesses in one day of different dates nobody knows what's going on... good prices bad shipping
This company drop ships most of its items and have no control of their inventory.
I placed an order for a motorcycle helmet that shows in stock and later found out that it's been discontinued. Now the company gives me the run around about issuing a refund.
It's now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received a refund. Shady online vendor practices from Vivid Racing. No wonder there are more 1 star negative reviews than positive reviews. I would've left ZERO star if there was a choice!
I needed an exhaust muffler for my car and Vivid Racing had it listed as "in stock" on their on-line web site so I ordered it. A short while later I got an email saying it was NOT "in stock" but needed to be special ordered and would take months to deliver it to me. I tried to get someone in customer service to contact me to cancel the order and get my money refunded by calling and emailing them for days before someone answered. They refused to cancel the order or refund my money. Stay away from this unethical, dishonest, disreputable company!
Ordered an item, months went by, I receive an email asking how I like the item I've never received, contact them and it will be another month, still no item. I tell them either cancel or get me my stuff. They take their time returning my money. Do not order from them.
Bought a clutch kit for a bike was on sale for $120 so I bought six of them got an email that they will not ship them until I pay the adjusted price of 185 each everywhere else has them for $150.And it took me hours on the phone to get this worked out as they keep dropping calls.And I even called and verified the price before placing the order
I had to email the Vivid Racing after over 15 days of inactivity. Afterwards, my part was located in the warehouse and finally received on December 20, when it was originally ordered in December 01. I don't really feel like they appreciated me as a customer.
This was a replacement coil for my car. The first one lasted 12 years, so I guess that's not too bad. Now coils don't fail all that often, but my old one did once heated up, but worked fine when cold. In either case, both the primary and secondary windings showed the correct ohmage

Easy experience buying and using the affirm action to pay, really easy. Quick response for the paperwork. Disappointed with the exhaust itself though, looks nice, install easy, but really doesn't sound all too different than my stock exhaust, it's just a little bit lower of a sound, was expecting a little louder.

The Vivid Racing website was one of the easiest to navigate and their images of their parts give the exact impression of the size and details it has in person. However, my order was damaged during its shipping or packaging. Only for that reason I have it 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5. I hope I am compensated for this.
They delivered my shock absorbers internationally in just 8 days (including 2 days of my Country's customs clearance). Great communication (Kevin. You're my man), fast responses and hassle-free shopping. Now it's time for the other half of my order (fingers crossed)
Terrible from the moment the money went to them. Several calls to find out when the items would actually be sent to me. Took a month... they sent everything wrong and I spent over $1500 to apparently never see my hard earned $ again. They will keep sending you a return link to fill out, but never anything to return the items. Calling is a continuous run around, support and customer service is crap! SCAM ARTISTS!
Ordered Sunday night, paid extra for two day shipping to be told it'll drop ship Friday. An entire business week to drop something the size of a pack of cigarettes. After countless unanswered emails, I called in and was told again it would Friday. Then another email stated it would deliver friday. Still no tracking so I call in (friday) to be told it'll drop Tuesday. $235 including shipping and it's taking that long to ship it? I should've cancelled my order and went to the dealer the Tuesday after. This company is nothing but a joke.
...because they'll charge your card and stall until you finally request to cancel the order.
I was thoroughly disappointed in this attempted first purchase from Vivid Racing. They made me believe that they had a tire in a size that I had been unable to find elsewhere. After my order, they immediately charged my card, and then informed me the tire would not ship for another 6 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried to get their customer service to answer my question about why they had a tire no one else had. While their customer service was polite and always responded promptly to my emails, they never addressed my concern in multiple emails about the tire being discontinued. After 6 weeks, the tire didn't ship and I cancelled my order. For all I know, they just took my money to make interest and knew all along that they would never ship the tire, but trained their customer service reps to continuously dodge the issue. I assume that isn't true, but I'll still never use them again.

We responded to your claim, the refund was processed Feb 29th back to your paypal.
Company confirms an order (does not indicate at all that they do not have the wheel), then strings you along, when called rep tells me that wheel is on B/O and wants to talk me into another wheel although my order clearly stated just need one as all other 3 are ok. I cancel order and ask for full refund! And. Only 4 days later to receive another email asking whether I want to switch my order (that I cancelled) to another wheel and supplier. When I call again the rep tells me my order is still live! I tell her that I cancelled 4 days earlier, she claims not to see anything about that call. Still no refund processed... I cancel again and the rep tells me "that she will request a cancellation". Which might be granted 2-3 business days later and if cancelled it will take another 5-7 business days to get my refund. This is super bad customer service and I believe this company is close to be a scammer in my view. So, buyer beware!
I purchased a custom carbon fiber front splitter for my Porsche 911. It arrived when my car was in winter storage, so I did not realize that they had shipped the wrong part, until after their 30-day return window. They will not take it back, and it does not fit my car.
Hello, while we apologize for the negative experience, we cannot accept the part as we show this part was delivered in February. We cannot accept returns this far after delivery date.
I waited three months to receive rival can am doors and when I finally did receive them I noticed I was missing all mounting hardware. I have been dealing with trying to return or get missing hardware for two weeks. I do not recommend vivid racing for anything. They have certainly lost any future business from me.
This business takes your money and does not ship your item! I ordered a quick disconnect, hub, and wheel over three weeks ago. The wheel and hub came, but no qd. When I requested a cancellation of the item and refund, I got no reply and good luck contacting someone on the phone. All you'll hear is a recording of some douche bag you just want to cave his head in with a steel toed boot. They ripped me off for $136.00. I opened a dispute with my creditor, but so far no luck. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.
I've called, emailed, and chatted. Finally told them to cancel the order thru chat. He then disconnected me. My next step is the bank and reporting them for fraud. They cannot confirm a transaction until it is shipped and they did just that, and I have it verified in chat log.

Ordered a Rock Hard bumper for $1649.95 with promo shipping $10.00. Order was placed on hold. After messaging them, they said it was a mistake and the freight cost was $480.
Got this response "I see what happened here, sorry for the delay. It looks like the promo currently listed on the website for the bumper does not apply due to the item needing to go freight. Freight shipping o|n this item we have been quoted at $300 for a business address or $480 for residential due to needing scheduling and a lift gate for drop off. To continue with the order we would need the balance of shipping paid for, we do apologize for this and will have the website updated asap. I understand this is a jump up and I can get the payment voided with my accounting team asap."
They said they would update the website. It now has a promo shipping $20.00
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
